I had a really easy and simple process supported fully by Habib at Jigsaw. He responded to all questions within minutes even when I was sending links to vehicles out of office hours. For me that made a huge difference in the whole experience, actually feeling seen and heard in what I wanted rather than being pushed towards something. As soon as I decided on a vehicle the documents were sent straight over with Habib following up and offering advice throughout. Would definitely use the company again!

From start to finish I’ve had an amazing experience all in thanks to Martin Lister. I was extremely happy with the service attitude and speed with which everything was done and couldn’t recommend jigsaw highly enough thanks to service o received. Quick easy and taken through things step by step with my hand held all the way.

Worked with a lad called dean from start to finish kept in with everything what was happening very good service from this young man….
But was not happy about a call from someone telling me about a warranty and the extra price which I did not now about and then said you can fill all of this in while I am on phone that’s putting loads of pressure on people and he is making sure you fill this in I am not happy about this bit

Andy Gibson managed the process and made it extremely smooth was really happy with his advice and service and extremely happy with my new vehicle. Andy was diligent and organised and made sure everything went through without any hitches. He also worked outside of regular working hours to get the deal completed. I would recommend him to anyone.

It was a okay but once the paper work was complete didn't seem to care I asked a question after and was told to deal with the car dealer ship. Which was weird because they managed everything before all contracts were complete.
