JFJ Wood Flooring Recensioni

The product itself is fantastic, it's super well engineered and is so easy to fit. I've done 3 rooms now and have had no issues fitting.

The help I received on the phone, prior to ordering was also first class, and left me feeling confident I had ordered the right product for our use case. You don't get that level of service or product knowledge in B&Q!

Excellent service and the product was outstanding. Hd tried for three or more years to get structural oak engineered flooring (21mm) in single lengths. JFJ's product was perfect all round.
I shall not bother going anywhere else when I need to put in a new floor in the living room as I can do without the hassle of looking for a product I now know I can get from JFJ

Very good product and customer service.
I ordered flooring for a significant home renovation. From the start Tom was very helpful and informative. The product we purchased is great and have now had it in place for almost a year. Very happy to recommend.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company. They have a very good range of options and nothing was too much trouble.
They will accept back unopened packs which is very useful.

Very quick delivery of samples and then equally prompt delivery of flooring, which is of truly superior quality. Can't fault JFJ, really nice to deal with an independent business like this.

We have 6 dogs and were unsure which type of flooring would be suitable for our kitchen. Tom explained that BML flooring 100% waterproof, didn't need underlay and was easy to install. We liked the wood effect design and the 30 year guarantee was a big plus too. Tom and his team were very helpful and we will purchase additional flooring in when we redecorate our dining room.

Exceptional knowledge and customer care received from Tom and the team. So glad I didn't go with an online company and got to see the quality of the products and discuss all my options and what worked best for me Would highly recommend.

We were recommended JFJ flooring by someone local who also had purchased from them. It has been a very pleasant experience, dealing with a small, serious, family business, communication was great from the very first approach all along every step of the process. We are extremely happy with the new floor, really high quality. Can’t recommend them enough.

My SIL and daughter did extensive research on what type of flooring they wanted for a house refurbishment and eventually chose JFJ. Primarily because they were competitive but also because of their personalised customer service - dealing with real people that have an interest in their products and company. As dad it became my task to lay the floor and the finished product was fantastic. So much so that when it came time to refurb our house next door we naturally went with JFJ. Once again a seamless experience.

Really easy to order and I can return unopened boxes for a refund. Even got the delivery team to bring the wood into the house. Good quality product.

The team at JFJ were great to deal with. They are very knowledgeable about the different flooring types and helped us select the wood flooring for our new kitchen which looks amazing!!

Big shout out to Bradley and Tom who helped me through the process. I feel we selected a wood floor that wasn’t something I would have considered ordering at first. (Un-treated and rustic finish). Once this was laid and treated it looks simply perfect!!

I had done a lot of research before I committed to replacing the entire upstairs floor of our house. I’d reached out to a few companies, and was met with mediocre enthusiasm by most. However, JFJ Wood Flooring took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve, and offered me great advice and a great product. I researched the advice given by JFJ and found it to be sound. It is obvious that JFJ is a family owned and run business, their passion for their product and their commitment to service really sold me.
Now the engineered floorboards are laid, they look excellent! My Architect commended me on an outstanding installation job, which I undertook with the advice and tips from Tom at JFJ.
Would I buy from JFJ again? Absolutely!
If you want a top quality product, supported by years of experience and sound advice, look no further that JFJ Wood Flooring.

JFJ Wood Flooring were an amazing company to deal with, they were extremely helpful and gave me very good advice on my choice of wood flooring.

Due to the fact that they are a family owned company they treat all their customers with respect and they are happy to give you advice and help on all your flooring requirements.

They are very price conscious and they like to give all their customers a superior service.

Tom and his Team were exceeding helpful in helping me select and purchase the right type of wooden floor I was looking for to achieve the look I wanted.

After I purchased the wooden floor and underlay they gave me advice on how to keep my wooden floor in perfect condition.

I would highly recommend JFJ Wood Flooring to anyone looking to install a wooden floor as they take pride in their work and want all their customers to be happy with their choices.

From the choosing what type of floor to having it fitted we had a great service. The recommended fitter did a lovely job too. I have no hesitation in recommending JFJ wood flooring,

JFJ and Tom were extremely helpful, the customer service was great, the knowledge and easiness to purchase and advice was top end. Best quality/price ratio I found and delivery was easy. I was doing an own project at home and Tom was really, really, helpful on making the choices and even calling me to help and offering to help!

In contrast, I went to some of the local vendors in West London, they would start the conversation by asking if I was builder or not, and as soon as I confirmed I was not, they weren't interested, the service was awful, if at all serviced, they would just give a price and basically were waiting for me to leave. Some were nice but essentially told me they would not take on a project of less than X sq ft, so my custom wasn't good enough.

So when I spoke to JFJ, it was a restoration of belief in family run businesses and simple but useful customer service.

Thank you Tom

Great company! Really knowledgeable & helpful team & product & service was brilliant.

10 years ago JFJ supplied supreme oak boards for a hallway, living room and dining room. the floor was laid traditionally and Treatex applied. 10 years on the floor looks as good as new so JFJ was the obvious place to go for a new build floor of some 30 sq m. Again supreme oak boards were used but this time laid on Elastilon Strong sheeting over an infrared underfloor heating system. The floor went down very quickly with minimum fuss and looks absolutely splendid. The heating system works well with no adverse effects to the floor.
JFJ Woodflooring have excellent products at competitive prices and are extremely helpful with advice before making your purchase. Highly recommended.

Great company. We have been slowly renovating our house and have used flooring from JFJ in many rooms and we love it. Great quality and great costumer service. It is good to use a family company that seems to really care. Tom is very helpful. Many thanks
