JFJ Wood Flooring Recensioni

Tom at JFJ Wood Flooring initially provided me with very helpful and knowledgeable advice and following that I ordered some samples of their 21mm thick engineered oak boards with some Treatex wood stain and hard wax oil, so that I could test the difficulty of application and the final colour. I was happy with the results and then went on to order boards for my kitchen and new extension.
My wife and I installed the boards together over a screed floor with underfloor heating. Tom suggested using the Elastilon Strong underlay rather than glue and we found this reasonably straight forward to use with no mess or time pressures that might result from using traditional glue. We had never laid boards before so were by no means expert. With two of us working together the stain and wax oil was also reasonably easy to apply.
We purchased oak skirting boards from another supplier and when stained they showed awful machining marks which then needed thorough sanding. There were no such issues with the floor boards which highlighted their quality.
Based on my experience I’d certainly recommend these products and JFJ Wood Flooring.

We were planning installing oak engineered flooring and the advice we received from the JFJ team convinced us that this was the best solution for us.
We are extremely pleased with the finished result and the technical support that helped complete the project so well.

They gave me great advice to take the job myself , saw my out free samples and were on hand for any question I had .
The product was excellent quality and I dream to fit over a challenging floor .
I was very satisfied with the job.
Also the prices were excellent.
Thank you guys until the next time .

This company is a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and will give you honest answers. I was sent sample of the engineered flooring that I was interested in and when I asked about the oil they supply I was then sent a sample to try it out on the pieces of flooring I had. In the end I ordered the flooring, some oil and the underlay, which when I had the flooring fitted the fitter found it such an easy item to use. I had 62 square meters fitted, the rooms are fairly square, but it was fitted over 2 mornings, it was so quick to use. So would I recommend these guys, I defiantly would. They are friendly and very informative.

A lovely company to deal with and excellent products.

Purchased the Elysian ‘Invisible’ Matt lacquered herringbone flooring from JFJ and couldn’t be happier. Great product at a good price. Tom was amazingly responsive and accommodating to questions and changes in my schedule. Smooth process throughout.

I bought new engineered oak flooring from the 'Lundy' range from JFJ flooring this summer and my experience has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were extremely knowledgeable about the wood flooring, were able to answer all the questions I had (and were always fast to respond) and were simply a pleasure to deal with. The flooring arrived very well packaged and the quality of the floor, the finish, the grain, how it assembled was absolutely faultless. The floor is stunning. Huge shout out to Tom and Brad and the team at JFJ, Fantastic company with a fantastic product.

We had JF Joinery lay Classic engineered oak flooring in April 2026, and the results are fantastic.
The attention to detail around corners and doorways is absolute perfection. The floor looks stunning and feels incredibly solid. If you need a skilled, reliable joiner in North Devon, JF Joinery is the top choice.

Great for samples, quick delivery all round and provided sound advice. Floor has come up beautifully and I’m so glad with my choice. Lovely to support south west businesses too.

A great flexible company and very helpful for my son’s small, by the company’s standards, project

Could not have been more responsive or helpful. Thank you.

Expert and appropriate advice with projects now going back 40 years when they supplied us with American white oak flooring for a barn complex. These days we use engineered products and have not found a supplier to match JF Joinery on quality and price criteria. Will continue using their products on all future projects. Tom, John and all the team make the difference!

After successfully installing JFJ's engineered wood flooring upstairs, I returned to order a second batch for the ground floor. I was hoping for the same quality and service as before, and they delivered exactly that.

The flooring looks beautiful, the machining is precise, and the consistency between boards made installation straightforward.

Having now completed both floors of the house with their flooring, I can confidently recommend them based on first-hand experience over multiple orders. A great product backed by a great team.

Dealt with Tom and Brad.
Tom has been absolutely amazing during what seemed like 6months trying to choose very specific flooring that is going in to a very high end villa in Croatia.

When Tom wasn’t available Brad stepped in to with full knowledge of what was needed.
I am project manager on this v high end villa on a small island in Croatia.

It speaks volumes that I purchased the flooring and shipped it to Croatia from JFJ Wood Flooring.

Thanks guys
You are the best.

Great experience, came out to the showroom and selected the product and had it delivered. All fitted and the finished product looks amazing, thanks for your help!

Fabulous company with great customer care. Tom know’s his stuff and is happy to impart his wisdom in helping you make the right choice. Beautiful flooring at a good price - we have two different styles of wooden floor and both are gorgeous. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great service and fast response to any issues ( I ordered a box short and they managed to sort a speedy delivery so my project kept on track)
The timber flooring( Lundy 2 ) looks perfect down and a great quality product.

JFJ Wood Flooring is a great family business. We purchased their Supreme 190mm x 21mm Engineered Oak flooring and are thrilled with the product in our new house. Tom was always very happy to answer any queries and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Second time we’ve bought flooring from this company. The service has always been excellent and nothing is too much trouble

Fantastic quality 21mm engineered oak flooring. Hardly any knots. Nicely machined tongues and grooves go together without hammering required !. Great service.
