Had an emergency with an underfloor heating pipe. Home insurance sent out a check and trace company who identified and opened up the concrete floor exposing the fractured pipe and then left saying it was something he couldn't repair Meanwhile the distured pipe began leaking proffusely filling the opening and about to spill everywhere,I called Woodhouse who arrived within a very short time and carried out the repair in my view veryproffessionally

Job was to install new taps, easy booking with a 4 hour slot. Will was efficient in installing the taps, quick demo and left the space nice and clean. Old taps were stiff and water pressure poor, now looking good and water pressure is great.

Matty arrived prompt as always 😊 friendly & professional at the same time along with being respectful of our home

We have just had a new boiler fitted. The whole process from start to finish has been very efficient. Matty and River arrived early and worked hard all day in extreme heat.

The call is always answered promptly and politely. Questions are listened to carefully and restated to confirm understanding. The staff are all professional and friendly. In this instant we changed our minds several times during the quotation process which must have been frustrating for Woodhouse. However a video call was arranged our needs confirmed before an estimate was given. We look forward to the installation in a couple of weeks.
