Excellent top quality product I’ve brought several for myself and as presents , the perfume oil is long lasting and smells amazing I purchased the oriental . The body oil is very moisturising and very light weight with a long lasting smell. Definitely recommend for males or females,

My order never arrived,
I then had someone else call me who’d received my parcel & managed to obtain my personal info which is a HUGE DATA breach & I am absolutely fuming! I’ve been trying to get hold of Jax for over a week emailed / insta messages & facebooked them & no one bothers to help me & get back to me.

Disgusting! I’ll be calling my bank claiming the money back

My new go to beard oils, not only do they smell great but they do actually help with beard growth and condition.
Most scents have great longevity but there are a couple that could be better.
So far, the service from Jax of London has been excellent.
All in all, no complaints so far.
Highly recommended!

Received someone else’s order and no one is replying to emails or messages on Instagram either! It’s a shame because the one correct item I received is nice and I would have continued to buy off them but not now this lack of communication is shocking! Seems like it’s happened to a lot of people too!

I placed an order for some fragrances for my dads bday. They arrived yday which was great I come home opened the box & discovered the order was wrong.
(Not usually a problem I’ll just let them no)
So I called the number on the paperwork only to find that I am not calling Jax I am calling the customer of who’s order I received (which was worrying) as I had in front of me ALL her personal details..
she wasn’t very impressed!
I explained what had happened & asked her to check her parcel to see if it was mine. It wasn’t she had received someone’s else parcel. Very strange!
I then tried to email & contact the company worried someone else had not only order but all my personal info
& it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone.
No ones replying to any of my emails / insta messages or Facebook posts.
I then speak with my partner last night told her what’s happened & little
Be known to me she had placed an order too for my bday next week & she’s received a message of someone saying I think I have your order do you have mine?

Wow… what the hells going on here this is a serious DATA breach & in 2021 this s**t shouldn’t be happening they’ve not just messed by my order but by the sounds of it many more. I’ve reported this to the Sun newspaper & have been contacted by a reporter who’s going to contact Jax for more info & try see how many more people this has happened too before writing a story on it.
