Very pathetic service , they were distributing the sales offer pumflet and when i went there(Life pharmacy in Deira city centre ) to buy 01 thing the staff told me that its out of stock and she told me to go to another branch when i went there they also give me the same excuse extremely disappointed with the service and i will never visit again this life pharmacy .

لا انصح بها أبدا، من اسوا الصيدليات في البلد، يتعاملوا وكأنهم سوبرماركت وليس صيدلية للأسف الاسعار مختلفة والخدمة سيئة والتعامل اسوأ ، مجموع شرائنا منهم بحدود 9000 درهم في الابليكيشن ويعاملونا معاملة لا تليق بزبون ، موظفين متعجرفين وكأننا نعمل عندهم ، صيدليات الدولة والمستشفيات افضل منهم بكثير

Appalling service. Incorrect medication dispatched and calls or emails have all been left unanswered. Stay away from these guys, there are better companies out there.

The call centre lady could barely listen to her voice and line was so bad and not clear at all and she did not even bother to call back!
What she said was I will let someone from customer service call me back which again is not true as nobody got back to me
My purpose of my call was that after multiple times of ordering online they miserly issued a 50 dirhams voucher which expired without even notifying me!
The question is why to give a voucher with an expiry date when the system doesn't even have the facility of notification to the customer!
Extremely disappointed with the service and terrible customer service!
What a shame to be like this when you are running such a big enterprise!

Please do not trust the Life Pharmacy online app at all. I checked a medication online, drove all the way from Jumeirah for half an hour, only to be told at the pharmacy that the medication was not available. This is completely unacceptable. Shame on such poor management and misleading information.

I visited the store in life nesto rak and ordered mineral water after seeing the offer mentioned in their promotional booklet. However, when I tried to get the offer, the staff refused to provide it and did not give a proper explanation.

If an offer is advertised in the store’s booklet, customers should be able to receive it as advertised. Very disappointing experience. I hope the management looks into this issue and ensures that advertised offers are properly

After payment, the delivery was scheduled for 7 PM; however, after much follow-up, the insulin—which should have been injected at 8 PM—was finally delivered to us at 11 PM, and it was warm. I was given a 30-dirham voucher that required a 300-dirham purchase to redeem.They put my mother's life at risk, and I intend to file a complaint.

Prescription handed in on the 9 September 2026 - still no delivery, no contact, not answering any of my messages. AVOID using this pharmacy in the UAE. They are really crappy.

Its the worst place you can order from , i ordered my medicine ( not cosmetics , was medicine for my pain ) its kow three days i didn't receive it , they never answer my calls every time i call they say we will check and get back to you and no one calls me , its the worst place ever till now they don't want to refund me and they didn't deliver my medicine

I went on sunday burjuman lifepharmacy store buy 2 items around 70 dhm with my daughter after payment we were coming outside from store first I was in front and after back my daughter coming suddenly near perfume section 1 bottle tester was so much out near by mistake my daughter knee touch and tester fell down and broke and they confirm in cctv she dont done intentionally by mistake she was just coming out so much public there staff was so rude u have to pay full amount we cant do anything, after so much discussion they gave 10% disc on tester bottle by mistake she broke i have to pay 123 dhm after disc so rude behaviour of staff ,only for tester we have to pay and its already used half bottle .They should write in big letters in board by mistake anyone who broke tester has to pay amount ....

Shocking, rude, obnoxious staff! Ordered and paid no confirmation received had to ask 6 times for confirmation and if it was being dispatched.

Paid £8 for next day delivery it's been 72 hours and my tracking has not moved!

I have informed my clinic that if they send my prescription to lift again I will be cancelling

No need to buy from Life Pharmacy, because other pharmacies are happy to deliver medicines even when paying by cash.

I've already started placing my orders elsewhere. There's no reason for me to visit a pharmacy with such unacceptable policies for cash on delivery.

It's better for me to stop buying from Life Pharmacy if this is how cash customers are treated.

Please forward this message to your management. This policy is frustrating customers and is causing your company to lose business.

I will also share my experience with others so they can make an informed decision and consider switching to pharmacies that provide better customer service for Cash on Delivery and I stay in Sharjah Tawoon.

I bought today a milk online for my 2 year old son online and it shows available in grnad united pharmacy in dubai mall near fashion parking, after work i went there directly to collect, but unfortunately they said they dont have milk in their shop, and then they cancelled my order online and the amount goes to my life pharmacy app. My question is, why life pharmacy still selling this milk online but customer service said its not available in all life pharmacy branch, and how can i buy a milk for my son now as i dont have enough money in my account. Refund will take 2-5 working days. Where should i get money for the milk of my son. I hope this will not happen to other customer.

Product wasn’t shipped. No tracking record. Tried to contact them by email but no reply. When I called them, they were reluctant to refund. Now I have to wait and hope for a refund

Not even any village u will got this experience what I got in life pharmacy.. I was so bad condition under migraine attack and I ask my friend to order medication from app.. they confirm. We wait one hour.. no one contac us then we call .. and they said sorry we don't have in storage.. my question what are u waiting for 1 h . Why u didn't cancel or inform costumer.. after this we call back for refund money and they give back it in app .. then we request for give back in card.. we wait 3 day nothing .. we go in pharmacy assistant by pathetic face was explaining it was not him problem . But once he saw I got crazy he call management management say 3 more day.. we wait more 3 day and sure money not refund then we go in pharmacy.. same asistent under name christu.. who tell us if ur money not come back in 3 day it's will be under my responsibility.. telling my friend we have to wait more .. it's not absolutely about money it's about way they treating people .. then i ask her give us your complimentary vaucher wich your company give us.. then what he said to us was big surprise ... I am not talking to u..I don't like ur talking way and he continue talk and watching to my friend face he act he like ignore me.. am asking what doese mean u not talking to me I am the one who was sick and order this medicine .. he repeat I am not talking too u.. now it's truly clear why this company have 1 star and even it's much more for them ..but they do mistake when they choose me for treating this way bcz beginning from department of health care and economic development consumer protection end of police bi Will complain them everywhere for next time they will get lessons

Life Pharmacy seems more concerned about protecting its financial interests than supporting patients when a serious medication issue arises.

I contacted them regarding a problem with my Mounjaro KwikPen after being unable to administer my fourth dose. Rather than focusing on the impact this had on my treatment, I was repeatedly told that nothing could be done until the supplier responded because it was a high-value product.

As a patient, I expected empathy, support, and a genuine concern for my health. Instead, I was left feeling that the financial value of the product mattered more than the patient’s experience and wellbeing.

Very disappointing customer service, especially from a healthcare provider that should put patient care first.

This hits the point very clearly: money first, patient second, without making claims that could be challenged.

I order online service its very but i wait my order almost 2hrs
In then i got notification they said i wait 24 hrs to 48 hrs they are checking to the warehouse
FYI LIFE PHARMACY IF THE ITEM ITS NOT AVAILABLE REMOVE THE LIST IN ONLINE SO THAT MY WERE ARE WASTING MY TIME ??????😡😡😡😡😡

Your service is the pathetic, okay? This is the third time this happened with me, okay?

The service is very prompt...the staff is friendly and helpful...and an added bonus is the vouchers we get to spend at the pharmacy for some very nice stuff...like tablets..body care products etc.
