I have used Jax a few times before and always found their products to be of excellent quality.
This time I ordered Angel body lotion, perfume and perfume oil, along with some ‘Attraction’ items for my husband. The body lotion and perfume do not hold their smell like they used to so I’m constantly reapplying. The men’s Attraction doesn’t smell like they claim and I had an issue with the Angel Perfume Oil. It had no fragrance apart from the carrier oil.
I used their contact form to express my disappointment just in the Perfume oil and included my order number and expected to have some contact from customer services.
To date I’ve had no response.
I won’t be ordering from Jax again, I’ll just spend the extra money and get something decent.

I couldn't give Jax Sun Services enough credit! Great communication, super friendly and extremely helpful. Bent over backwards to help me out. I would highly recommend this company this for any of your solar needs. Simply brilliant, thanks guys. Very happy customer!!

Ignore all emails - I contacted the customer service team to say I jave not received my order. Afyer an email stating "There is nothing we can do" they have ignored all further emails requesting assistance.

I would avoid this company.

Have used twice previously with no problems. This time spent £60 and Oder was completely wrong when delivered with items missing from order. Have used their contact form to get in touch three times and no response. Their contact form provides no evidence that you have contacted them, so they simply ignore it. Will have to raise a credit card dispute now. Appallingly bad service and would recommend people avoid them.

Absolutely gorgeous beard oil purchased as a gift for my other half. They loved it and said the smell was divine and the quality was brilliant.
The packing was really lovely and the delivery and shipping were all fast within 2 days and fantastic. Can’t fault JOL at all. Absolutely love this company - and as a 1st time buyer really impressed.

First of all they sent me the wrong product. I ordered a body oil as I decided to try it out. Shambles... instead they sent me a cologne, smelt cheap as it should considering the price, didn't expect much.

Emailed their so called customer support, addressing me like they're a director and I'm their subordinate. No apologies initially when advising them I received the wrong product, made me send photos for a £10 product to confirm so they can send me what I actually ordered.

They replied back saying they sent the actual product I ordered, which, never arrived!

Addressed this to them now they're not replying...

I never leave reviews but this is probably the worst customer service I've ever encountered, I had to do it.

Nevertheless, the product they initially sent me, compliments my bathroom well!

Used these for a while now, settled on their products over others due to the range of fragrances, price, speed of delivery and those cheeky samples keeping me hooked. Can't see me switching.

Seen Jax of London on an Instagram add I was looking to try something new. I ordered a fragranced beard oil set from the website it arrived very quickly the oils themselves are as good if not better than other beard oil's I have used but OMG the fragrances are amazing to the point everyone has mentioned the great smell Definitely upping my beard game.

Great products, quick delivery, well packaged. Amazing scents and the beard oil does what its supposed to very well.

Will be back for more.

For me Jax of London beard oil is better then i expected. ive boutght other brands and thought that they smell like my nans old perfume. As much as i love my nan. they were not for me. but well pleased with Jax of london beard oil range of product. Value for money is good. ;)
