Great company and very good products. We have three radiator cabinets and will be ordering more. The product comes flat packed but is easy to build.

Such nice people to deal with. They made every effort to ensure that the radiator cover for a really tricky corner over a window sill fitted perfectly, which it did. The software took a little patience as it allowed me to create the complex design I needed. When I needed help they were amazingly nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The radiator cover looks fantastic and is robust, not one of those flimsy things that will chip and deteriorate quickly. Given the bespoke nature, and particularly the quality of the cover I thought the price was very reasonable.

I've had 3 items made by Jali so far and can't fault their service, quality and customer service. I will definitely continue to use and recommend them.

This is the third bookcase we have bought from Jali over the past 15 years. Excellent delivery, we were told a week before the day of delivery, and then texted an aproximate time the day before.

The bookcase is 2.8 metres wide and 2.2 metres high. It is assembled in three sections, which makes it easy to manage single handed. Very clear instructions.

We purchased the oak veneer, which was very reasonably priced and is excellent quality.

We are very pleased with the result.

Just finished my latest Jali construction. It was my second radiator cover with an oversized top to fit into a windowsill. The delivery was fine and quality up to the normal high standard. Customer assistance was also first rate. I previously designed and fitted large multi use projects in 2004 and 2010 and am pleased to see only improvements to the already excellent product.

I love this company. I recently placed my third order with them for 3 custom doors for my wardrobe. I ordered the shaker style but asked for the panels to be left loose as I wanted to fill my panels with cane instead. The doors were perfect, delivered in very good time and I think they look great.

First time client of Jali but will not be the last. High quality cabinet received promptly. Excellent service and even provided me with the paint used on the cabinet as it matched my original units perfectly . Will definitely use Jali again and can highly recommend

I now have 19 Jali designed furniture units. Radiator cabinets, craft drawers, cabinets and book cases. They are all bespoke and designed to fit my home and from dimensions I supply down to the last mm. Choice of finishes, I always have them supplied primed ready for painting. Assembly does need basic DIY skills, the components are solid and of a high quality. Fretwork panels are detailed and take a metallic spray paint to great effect. Overall the end result is stunning.
Jali customer support is first class. They are only too willing to help on the design and quick to help should a problem occur. They provide good documentation on ones design for review. As with all good things it does take some time from design, order to delivery. Delivery is most often done with their own delivery people, units are very well packed. I have slowly built up my Jali furniture over many years and I cannot fault them.

We wanted a radiator cover and followed the website’s instructions for made to measure style, design details and size. We telephoned to double check that we had all necessary details and Adriana could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable.
The cover is very good quality and straightforward to assemble and fit. We are absolutely delighted with it, such great quality and a huge improvement on the old radiator, it really updates the room. We have immediately ordered another, confident that we couldn’t find a better product or better service.

We ordered 3 items from Jali. Although we had to build them ourselves the components were extremely well produced and very true to the dimensions we specified in our design.

Additionally the all the people we interacted with on the phone or by email (and not forgetting the delivery driver) were excellent.

I ordered 2 alcove cupboards for my new apartment in Surrey on the 23rd of September and I only just got around to assembling them. I have never dealt with such a lovely company!!

When I ordered they still had a very long lead time due to staff shortages during the year, however they made a point of contacting me and letting me know even though it was already written on the website. On top of that, after designing my cupboards on their online 3D designer tool (which is wonderful btw), I received a follow up email from the technical team making sure I understood all the technicalities and nature of their design.

It was a wonderful surprised that they managed to reduce their lead time and my order arrived sooner than expected.

The driver who delivered these was ever so nice and also helped bring the boxes inside the room I needed them to be in. I had to do some minor scribing along the front skirting as I wanted them completely matching my own skirting in the room. Initially I didn't know how to do this but when I called to ask they were able to send me a video tutorial.

I have never ordered their DIY kits of furniture before but I will certainly order again! MUCH cheaper than a carpenter and much better quality than any other furniture I have every had.

I thought that paying over a thousand pounds and waiting over 8 weeks for a cupboard meant that I would receive a quality made bespoke product. Not at all,there were several problems. The first issue was the packing, it came in 3 cardboard boxes and inside all the parts were cling film wrapped together which meant I had to cut it open with a sharp knife risking scratching the paint work. Next I found the instructions were pretty much useless, now the main issue the fixings which were the cheap twist to lock type that you would expect to get with a budget Argos cabinet, not what I was expecting on a supposedly designed bespoke piece of furnature. After getting it all together I found that the doors were sagging, this was due to the fixings pulling out of the holes despite being fully tightened. A few well placed screws and small support battens soon had it firmly fixed together. Another skimping was that only 2 magnetic catches were supplied so the doors were nice in line at the top but were loose at the bottom, so now I had to fix that too. Finally the touch up paint supplied was not the right shade and could not be used, fortunately there was only a couple of minor scuffs. However after all my problems I must say the cupboard does look good but I wonder how long it would have stayed together it I hadn't put in additional more substantial fixings.

Update
After corresponding with Jali I am satisfied with their response in that they will address the issues I have raised. I am impressed with their customer support discussing the problems at depth. Many other companies would probably just argue and ignore my points rather than take them onboard.

Ordered a made to measure radiator cover as I couldn’t find a readymade one to fit.
Delivery was about 9 weeks but the website said it could take 2-4 weeks longer so I was expecting to wait .
When I did call up it was easy to speak to someone and they told me roughly when to expect it which was accurate.
They are not cheap and it arrives flat pack but really well packaged and quality is so good. I am so pleased with it and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

As a keen DIYer, I have to say that Jali is the place to go. To begin with, the website is straight forward and easy to use, on top of having a wonderful 3D designer which allows you to create your unique piece of furniture. The wide array of options helps you find exactly what you need in no time and the customer service is excellent. I had some questions as to what I could and could not do on the 3D designer, and the lady on the phone was helpful, polite, and very patient. This is something you don't tend to get with big off the shelf furniture manufacturers!

Even though I waited a little while for my furniture to arrive, (just over 4 weeks), I would not expect any less from bespoke furniture, especially since they've kept going through lockdown!

The furniture arrived flat packed and in perfect condition, and on the weekend we got our tools out and started building our dresser. I have to say, this is no chipboard, this is good quality MDF with a fantastic real oak veneer finish. Upon opening our boxes you could tell this was excellent quality furniture, which you can rarely get in many places unless you hire an expensive carpenter.

Easy to assemble, and even though heavy, I am so proud to have it in my house. I will always recommend and keep recommending Jali to everyone I know. We need to keep supporting these family businesses, especially with the current situation. Money well spent I say!

Fantastic company, excellent customer service and (despite what that lady says below) my mdf kitchen doors look superb.

You can easily create your own doors with the website tool designer to your own measurements. Despite the slight delay which we can all understand due to COVID-19, I am so grateful that they’ve kept running and providing the best quality furniture I’ve ever had - especially for those of us in lockdown.

I’ve been ordering from this company for the last 20 years and they’ve never disappointed. Well done Jali! And thank you!

From using the Jali website to bespoke designing shelving units to fit an awkward area for a specific use, to interactions with their customer service team and receiving the units I designed, I could not fault the whole experience. As this was the first time I’d had to design made to measure furniture myself I was quite nervous that I would make a mistake, but Jali’s design platform was so easy to use the finished article arrived exactly as expected. I’d recommend Jali to anyone who needs a bespoke made to measure piece of furniture creating.
