I created designs for x2 covers which…
I created designs for x2 covers which was very easy to do online and the production was very fast. I had a handyman assemble and paint the covers for me and they looked wonderful, better than I ever expected. I would definitely be looking to purchase again for my next project.

I love the way Jali enable me to design…
I love the way Jali enable me to design bespoke finishes on ordinary products. So for example I have a plain white B and Q kitchen but instead of boring kickboards at the bottom I have a decorative scalloped pelmet which is ornate and pretty instead . Another example is we had to remove a door for wheelchair access, which looked obviously missing and featureless, so overhead I designed a scalloped feature using a Jali decorative molding around the top of the door frame . I have always found the staff at Jali to be very helpful as I'm not competent using the online service alone, so I telephone and they talk it through with me.They will cut the length and height to my specifications which helps enormously. I always have them primed in white ready. Order well in advance if you can because they are bespoke and beautifully made and take three to four weeks to be delivered. Thank you Jali, you never disappoint. I always get a lovely call before delivery advising me of the delivery date and checking my address.Your products are wonderful and many people ask me where I have bought them from and they are packed and delivered with great care.

Fantastic service, Fantastic product
Fantastic service from start to finish. Bought some custom jali to incorporate into a bespoke piece of furniture. Never used Jali before but whole process was seemless, with confirmation of what you would get via CAD drawings and the end product received was fantastic. I love it and my customer absolutely loves it.

I cannot praise this company enough
I cannot praise this company enough! I have made several purchases from Jali over the last ten years or so and the quality of service, and product, has been excellent. The website is clear, well-laid out and easy to use. I have been kept informed of my orders’ progress and deliveries arranged for my convenience. The shelving units I have purchased look good and are still in use. Assembly is straightforward. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They have only improved over the years and I thoroughly recommend this company.

Bespoke radiator Cover
I recently had a large bespoke radiator cover made by Jali.
It required self assembly and the instructions were clear and the components fitted together with ease.
I am delighted with the look and finish of the product. It is beautiful.
The customer service has also been friendly and very helpful.
I would highly recommend this company.

I have been using Jali products for 20 years
I have been using Jali products for literally 2 decades and love them. In particular I have a love of the decorative lattice pelmet now known as number 10. With imagination, this can be used to enhance and prettify almost anything boring. I have used it as kitchen kickboards instead of the dull ones usually supplied and most recently we had to remove a door of our little holiday let for disabled (wheelchair) guests. This looks dull and horrid but the Jali lattice pelmet can turn it into an interesting feature. The staff at Jali are very helpful too as I have difficulty with any on line design system. Following a long helpful discussion with the team ,my order was processed easily and my pelmet cut to my required depth. Today, less than 3 weeks from ordering, a delightful Mark Sandwell rang me and told me it's out for delivery! I love this company, they all try so hard to be informative and helpful, which must be very difficult at times and actually answer the telephone! Annabelle Isle of Wight

No instructions, unlabelled pieces, missing screws
I ordered a simple drawer unit, and waited patiently for it to arrive. Unfortunately, when it came, there were no written instructions, no inventory of fixings, and the wooden pieces were not labelled either. I contacted Jali and was told that they do not supply written instructions! Instead, they've sent me a video, which goes at breakneck speed, and is really tricky to follow. I am no DIY novice, and can happily assemble an IKEA unit with the best of them. But I've been pausing and rewinding Jali's wretched video over and over again to try and work out what they're doing. As for the missing screws: when I rang, I was asked "which pieces do you think are missing?", with the implication that I was probably wrong. Then I was sent a cryptic list of fittings, identified by codes, not pictures or descriptions. Eventually it was accepted that the screws were indeed missing. They will be couriered to me. But I'm still left assembling this heap of unlabelled pieces of wood, with a set of unidentified fixings, and no written instructions. I'm seriously unimpressed and would not recommend this firm.

I'm really sorry about your experience. The missing screws are on their way to you now. Please note that the majority of parts are engraved with a label.
I do understand the difficulty with instructions. We have a hard time making this content since our products are not fixed sizes. We allow customers to design custom products with infinite variations, and we must rely on generic instructions to suit all purposes. The physical design approach is also slightly more involved than Ikea, since we strive to offer products of decent structural integrity - whether (for example) your unit is 100cm wide, or 10m wide.
However, there are written Drawer Unit Instructions on our website (under Help > Assembly Instructions), but I am still developing them to the standard of our other help documents. Not to leave our customers short, we created the video available at https://jali.co.uk/help/how-to-assemble-your-drawer-unit. I believe this does offer the requisite detail, and since it is hosted on YouTube, can be viewed at slow speed. Rather than promote the unfinished written option, I have asked our team to temporarily refer to the video instead. I promise we will have the written option finished as soon as we can.
Please also bear in mind that we are available to help with assembly via phone, email and video messaging during office hours. If we can be of any further assistance, please let me know.
By the way, my colleague Adriana apologises for not replying to your email earlier today. I'm afraid she was in hospital this weekend, and has only just been able to bring this to my attention.

Excellent design sw, product and support
The design software Jali use is excellent. The lead time for my shelving units was 3 weeks as promised. I would point out that the assembly instructions are somewhat generic, as they point out, so some interpretation/adaptation is required, but the quality of the materials is top class and easy to assemble. The labelling of the boxes was not quite accurate but a call to the support line very quickly answered my queries - I would use Jali again and recommend them to all.

Bespoke Radiator Covers
This is an absolutely first class company. Have recently ordered and received bespoke radiator covers for our lounge.
The company are a pleasure to deal with from the initial online order to the complete delivery of the goods. Such a change these days for a company to go above and beyond expectations. This was the second time I had ordered from Jali having had some bespoke cupboard doors made previously. I will be ordering from them again. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent company. I got some very useful advice about using tech remotes by using fretwork for cupboard doors. I have used their stuff over many years and, although a certain expertise with DIY is needed, I have always been pleased with the results.

Incredible customer service and products
In November I ordered a customised room divider in walnut veneer for my bathroom. I can’t recommend Jali enough. The quality and finish of the room divider is beautiful and so well made. I also would like to thank Adrianna and Jenny who helped me through out the whole process from start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble and their customer service is impecable. unpainted bespoke cabinet order
We ordered an unpainted bespoke TV cabinet. The customer service was excellent and they even remembered to put in paint swatches that I had requested in case of future orders.
I wanted to do a small order to see if it was too good to be true! The unit was excellent value for money and the delivery time was way faster than they had promised. You will need someone fairly handy to help put it together. It is not as straightforward as IKEA furniture, but this is no surprise given the bespoke nature.
I have just made a much larger order for a 2500mm sideboard (painted finish) and am nervous/excited about the end product. You can not beat the value for money and the customer service is second to none, they are easily contactable and were knowledgeable and really helpful with any kind of query. Will be my go to from now on. Thanks Jali!
