Amazing service! Engineer met us at Heathrow airport after a holiday accident with my partners mobile phone. Sent an email the day before and WhatsApp’d to arrange a meeting place. All fixed within 1 hour whilst waiting for our flight. 1 Year guarantee as well. Would definitely recommend.

they managed to get my iphone 13 back on and repair the back in a really short space of time which i appreciate a lot however my front screen isn’t functioning as should and i’ve gotten a notification in my settings stating that the “display is not recognised” it’s manageable at the moment however on the first day of having my phone back it rung two people several times on it own.
edit: my torch also doesn’t work

I had my iPhone 12 Pro battery and rear glass replaced. To my surprise, the engineer came right to my office: fixed it there and then. Took him just 30mins and the phone is as good as new again.

I got updates on the engineer’s journey and on arrival,he was professional and very amicable.

A great service and good value, especially if you consider that the repair has a 1-year warranty.

What an outstanding service! I was due to catch a flight out of the UK and desperately needed a phone repair first. I couldn't find anyone with the neccessary parts in-stock. One phone call, and I had an appointment for someone to meet me at Heathrow 2.5 hours later. A lovely gentleman who was well turned out and had an ID badge, for extra peace of mind. He set up a professional work station in a coffee shop, performed surgery on my device, and 40 mins later I had a functioning device. Excellent service, and payment was really easy online using my credit card.

I contacted Irepairman who I found via Google search. They answered my call on the first attempt and booked a same day appointment for me at my home. They fixed my phone in front of me within 30 minutes which was quicker than I imagined as I needed a complete new screen. Even though I never used their service before, they were amazing and so quick and I will definitely be using them again when the occasion arises.

The technician arrived promptly at my home and quickly got to work on my phone. In no time, they had diagnosed the issue and skillfully repaired it. The process was efficient, professional, and hassle-free. I was impressed with how fast and smoothly everything went, and my phone is now working perfectly again. Highly recommend their service for anyone needing quick and reliable repairs!

Communication wasn’t great, they were due to fix my phone between 6 and 7pm on a Friday but I had to phone them at 7 to find out where they were only to be told they didn’t have the part they needed so would be coming the next day. Again throughout the Saturday I had to keep calling and messaging to find out when they were coming. Eventually I was told 7pm but they didn’t turn up until 8:20…Then I was told they could replace the button on my phone but not the fingerprint recognition which was the whole point. So it was £90 for not a lot and I still ended up having to get a new phone. If I was told this when I booked I wouldn’t have done it and I was a bit annoyed I had to pay in advance and wasn’t offered even a partial refund for the delays and the fact it wasn’t properly fixed. The man was very nice when he eventually came but I wouldn’t recommend.

I requested a same-day repair of an iPad for our office, which had to be scheduled 3 days in advance and on top of that they arrived 3 hours late.

The repair they completed was with an incompatible screen. We have been left with an iPad that has cracks all around the screen, is extremely dark and cannot use Face ID. Their service is not worth the money.

I have been requesting a refund for a job that was not completed to the standard I was promised, however all they ask for is me to spend more money and send the device away for a week.

Do not use this company, they do not have the expertise to carry out the services they sell.

They've switched it "ON" then sent me a video via Whatsapp showing it
Confirmed by email quoted "it's been repaired and fully operational"
Asked the payment ....and to find out in fact it has not been repaired...
Anyway happy to get my phone back God knows what they have done to my datas as I cannot switch on the phone

The Stress continues!!
since yesterday i was waiting for my phone to arrive
and today i was also waiting
then i received this email from royal mail
"Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 08-08-2024 as the address was inaccessible. We will attempt to deliver your item again on the next working day."
they were able to collect my phone from the same address 2 weeks ago and now i have asked them to send my phone back they are unable to! i wonder what address IRepairman used this is ridiculous!!!!
I will not stop reviewing this shop until i got my phone back! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST!!!

They have provided me with a track number delivery guaranteed by 1pm yesterday...it is now 3:31pm
still not have my phone...and they know i am going on holidays today!!! Horrible shop!!!!

Update from my review 05.08.2024

This is an update of my experience with IRepairman:
yesterday i have received an email from Trustpilot informing me that my previous review (05.08.2024) has been flagged by the sellers because it's contained harmful or false information.

I am thankful that Trustpilot decided to put my review back as this remains a honest review of what i have came through.

Looking back at the other clients reviews about the fees they have been charged, i have myself beeing charged for £75.00 because of what they've called diagnostics time consumed with my phone.
as i didn't want to deal with the stress and frustration i ended up paying this fee
I still find it awful that once again, they've emailed me saying my phone was repaired and fully operational, that they will be sending the phone by 1pm "tomorrow", that they've asked me for payment for a total of £189.99....which i have paid within 15mins...then they've contacted later telling me that they've found some other issues involving battery and this will take more time...
i did tell them when i sent my phone the battery health was 84% and this was checked by Apple Store and the port was the issue...

Anyway, i did tell that i am not willing to pay anymore on top of what i have already transferred as based on their email my phone "is fully operational"
I've asked them to resend my phone back.. by emails ad by whatsapp...total silence!

And when i told them that i have got my bank involved all of the sudden i received responses not one but twice!!!! Miracle!!
I have asked them again to resend my phone as it was as i had enough of this nonsense specially that they have access to all my data, ID, Banking, Pictures, Emails etc... -remember i provided them with my pin code they've asked me enabling them to fully assess the "battery" (i still don't understand why pin code is needed as if they want to test the battery all they have to do is to open the back of the phone, anyway i am not a technician, this is just my thoughts)

After exchanging emails back and forth they finally decided to send my phone back and they've taken away the so called "repaired fully functional" from the phone.
They've explained that it took more time for them to put back the phone as it was and plus diagnosics etc..that according to them it is a win-win situation that they ONLY charged me £75.00 and they refund me £114.99

Awful and disgusting! they've kept my phone for 2 weeks, frustrations and stresses they've caused and they cannot even fully refund my money!
I have suggested that i will pay for the delivery only but hey this is what it is...

I am today waiting for my phone to arrive based on their email yesterday.

AGAIN do not use this Company thinking you will save money and time..because clearly Time, Communication, Service are not their strong points...but if you have money to throw away and fancy some frustrations and stresses then feel free to get in touch with IRepairman they are very good on that indeed!

Maratib was fantastic! I got in touch with him on behalf of my sister, who had an issue with her screen and couldn't use her phone.
Maratib swiftly responded to my query and arranged a meeting within an hour. It took him 25 minutes and my sisters phone was good as new! He was very patient, explained his process whilst repairing the phone advised on ensuring the issue doesn't happen again. Couldn't recommend this company highly enough!
