Charger - I requires a docking charger what this actually meant was a plug for the USB Cable
As all security cameras a Docking station to drop into chargers was required the device has this facility so the accept is very miss leading as the pictures show the item has Docking connectors

We would however point out that you ordered this item on the Wednesday and it was dispatched on the same-day on the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service with the first delivery attempted at lunch time on the Thursday (Next Day). You were not in and so Royal Mail redelivered the day after. This is clearly listed in the tracking history.
With regards to the misleading description. We are unsure why you believe that it included a docking station. In our product descriptions, we include a section called "What's in the Box". For this item, it states:
"The Elog X4 Personal Body Camera ships with one camera, a USB cable, charger, a radio loop/epaulette clip, a crocodile clip and an instruction manual."

A docking station is not just a charger as it also is used to move files from and to the camera. If a camera comes with a docking station, this will be listed along with a photo of the docking station. When we state that a device comes with a charger, this will have the same meaning as charger for any other electronic device, a wall plug with a cable.

Typical of today’s products
I thought the instructions were quite poor. Having to find your way around on your PC while not actually having a book. Certainly not the easiest when you’re not terribly PC knowledgeable.
These people seem to forget there is an older population.

Thanks for leaving us this review. We are sorry that you had trouble using the USB drive for the the instructions.
As the camera requires software to use it, we include a free USB drive that includes the software as well as the manual and any drivers you may need. This makes it convenient to have everything in on place.
On the letter that contained your USB, we also list our technicians phone number so that if you have any issues, we can talk you through them.
I understand that since this was written, my colleague Chris has now got you set up and running. Should you need anything else, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Making a safer/better future
Interconnecting is a great support to anyone who needs public protection: As even when not switched on it has a most posative effect and a couple with one intent went the other way. This will not only help skilled/vulnerable/ members of the public but reduce potential crime and help assist police in the future to resolve crime which is at intolerable levels. The delivery was excellent with Royal mail. Directly into my hands and not the wrong hands. It has made an unbearable situation a much safer one. From timid, back to confident self.
