I ordered “in stock” rat tests on two separate orders first one being on the 3/1. I have not received any yet. Received an update a while back saying on back order but weren’t when I placed either orders.. clearly stated in stock and ready for shipment 1-3 days. I understand businesses have been inundated with orders for RAT tests and emails at this time so I’m giving them longer to see if they come through. Will update a review when I finally receive my orders.

Ordered Thursday and received today (Monday) and couldn’t be happier.
Bought a 2 pack of in stock RAT tests that then went to back ordered very quick after I purchased. Was slightly worried they would arrive late or not be in stock but I got them today! Thanks so much!

I give ink masters zero stars as I ordered ink cartridges on the 10th of this month still have not arrived I have rung the office numerous times and I can’t get any answers from anybody only keep saying to me they’re have been dispatched but do not know where they are not good enough when they say they will deliver by the next day Ink masters you need to get your act together and do as you advertise you need to make sure that your customers are happy when they ring up and no one can say where there order is then put you on hold leave you on hold and come back and say unfortunately there’s nobody that can answer those questions for you at this time I will call you back or I will email you and then never receive a call back and never receive an email I would not recommend ink master to anybody at all

I received my RAT tests before the scheduled delivery date, 5 delivery days and that included the weekend, I am very happy with the service inkmasters provided, this company IS NOT a scam, tracking numbers were provided, mine was through couriersnow thank you Inkmasters :) I have recommended your company

Update: no replies to email, no tracking number and it was ordered Jan 5,2022
No tracking number for order. Placed an order for PPE masks that were shown as in stock, received an order number but no tracking number 7 business days after ordering. Tried calling the number after 5 business days but it disconnected a couple of times before getting a voicemail box. No doubt people are trying to fulfill orders but taking orders without any type of updates on delays is unacceptable. Order was for a box of 20 PPE masks - showing instock at time of order. Expect big delays at this point in time.

I ordered RAHT tests several weeks ago and am still waiting. I have tried to contact them several times and have heard nothing. I think this company might be a scam. Watch out.

Ordered tests 3/1 as showed as in stock. Still waiting even though seems other customers are getting the same or similar products. Not offered an alternative product or any email about when it will be sent.

Ordered RAT with same day delivery. After some unexpected shipping delays tests were ordered and arrived same day. Appreciate your help in this challenging time

I ordered a pack of 5 RAT tests and was told I would recurve a shipping number and shipping info which I have no received I ordered over a week ago with no follow up what so ever. I am concerned for my privacy and safety of my private information. I am rather disappointed in how poorly this whole “transaction” has been handled, tried to contact you via the phone numbers provided and was ignored…. A follow up from one of your “team members” would be helpful otherwise legal action will have to be taken.

Bought 7 RATs for $144 from these guys a week ago and still haven’t received my items.

Have tried to get in contact with them 5 times and have had no response.

If I was on my death bed and I could only give my first born son one last bit of advice, it would be to AVOID Sam and his team at InkMasters at all costs!!

These guys are running a very elaborate scam with Capital Transport. After telling me on calling to ask for 2nd day running where my $400+ RAT order with same day fee added was, was told "I am F%Cking Pi$$ing him off" I was taken aback and said HOW DARE you speak to a customer with such language" - Seems to be a Sam special if you read the reviews from female customers. Seconds after
the called ended received SMS and email from Capital stating order delivered. Thankfully I have a property full of security cameras and in a cul-de-sac. No traffic since pharmacy delivery at 5.49pm and only myself going out to find the alleged parcel . Email to capital repond email bounces back as not permitted.

Capital Transport have non record of the order. Bank is voiding the extortion and fraudulent payments and will be referring to the fraud recovery team.

This order was for an IN STOCK AND CONFIRMED SHIPPING IMMEDIATELY 25pack of RATs. After multiple failed contact I got through on a different phone option. Claimed never any stock but for addition $101 would ship 12 twin packs. Extortion at its best. Even then after this, no order delivered.

DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR MONEY. They have been reported to police

Purchased some RATs and accidentally added a backordered test kit to my order. I figured it was no big deal as it would be supplied once it was back in stock. Sam rang me while packing my order at 8pm and offered to swap it over for the other type of test kit I had ordered and I paid the difference over the phone. My order was shipped the following day. Fantastic service, Sam went above and beyond to sort out any issues with my order and make sure I wasn’t waiting on products.

Disappointing experience, ordered item was told it was in stock and told it had been sent only to find out a week later it was back ordered for another few weeks. Really disappointing customer experience.

I ordered RAT tests this morning and paid the $44 same day delivery.Received no notification of it being shipped. When we contacted them we were told to “F off you mother f ker”. When we called again we were told that they had been out of stock for months, then told they had sold out this morning. Then told that it said back order on the website. None of this is true. It is a SCAM. And if by some miracle it is not a scam then it is the most disgusting service I have ever received from a business. I am reporting them to the ACCC and going to the media so no one else has to go through what we have. I have requested a refund - no response.
We have sent emails and made phone calls but no response.

It was the customer service officer that initially used expletive language at my son and when I called back he confirmed what he had said and that he didn’t care and that he deserved it. They were told this but refused to listen to that conversation recording. (no stage are customers told that their conversations are being recorded either). The customer service officer also confirmed that the site was updated after the complaint was made because it didn’t initially indicate that they were out of stock. The manager was extremely rude. Yes I did get my money back but only after a run around, dreadful customer experience and being spoken to appallingly.

Same day delivery scam!
Paid $44 for same day delivery and still haven’t received anything. There’s no update for my order and no response on the phone either. No idea if my orders will arrive or not.

Ordered via MyDeal said postage time 1-3 days, APPARENTLY sent via courier with NO TRACKING number then changed to Australia post (who always supply tracking with parcels) been 11 days now and still no tracking number or items

My experience with this business was so bad that I referred them to the ACCC, Victorian Fair Trading, Department of Consumer Protection (WA) and to my bank. With an extremely strong legal case against them, my bank quickly returned my money and the matter was referred to the ACCC as per Section 16 of the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Inkmasters told me the cartridges they could sell me were suitable for my printer; they weren't - they were not fit for purpose. Inkmasters refused to respond to my emails and, when contact was finally made, refused to provide me with a refund and to this day still hasn't collected the unsuitable toners.

Inkmasters told me they would see me in court so I referred the matter legally.

Avoid this business.

NB - Sam from Inkmasters has said in his response below that there is "more to this case" and this is true - did you know that Sam didn't debit my credit card on the date I spoke with him on the phone when I authorised the purchase, but kept my full credit card details in his possession for seven weeks and then; after being informed by me in writing that the goods were not fit for purpose and informing his staff, also in writing, not to debit my card; overrode my clear requests and instructed his own team to debit my credit card. In his defence he had my initial permission to debit my credit card but he did not have my permission to keep my credit card details in his possession and this is one reason why the matter has been referred to the ACCC. Official responses from HP and Inkstation each confirmed and in writing, that the toner/cartridges from InkMasters were unsuitable and unfit for purpose in regard to my HP printer. As noted above - the full legal file documents for this case are available for interested parties.

NOTE TO READERS:
After I posted this review on 28 November 2021 Sam from InkMasters sent me the two emails which are pasted below (N.b: my email is a valid domain). There is not enough space in this section to paste the legal case, but the ACCC REF is 3526851.

"Hi Jac, I hae seen your public email embaressing Inkmasters in public see below proof of the email prior to your purchase saying it will need the old chip but you still chose to embaress us in public, thanks I will await your lawyers papers and will take the appropriate action"

"Your domain name doesn’t exist im seeing a lot shady things so I will be glad waiting for your lawyers paper work im clear and excited about this now its getting interesting. Should there be anyone that wil inform me that he didn’t purchase because of your false review I will glady take the right legal steps."

BELOW IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE of an email I received from Sam on 12 October 2021 when he told Robert to use my credit card to pay for goods that I told them (with HP evidence) that they would not work in my printer and were unfit for purpose - he still proceeded to use my credit card (now closed) to pay for products that were unsuitable. I tried multiple times to get InkMasters to collect the unsuitable toners and they still haven't.

“Not approved. Period. Not interested in going into a hugh email trail here I dnt appriciate this. Robert this is not approved and this is final. If it’s a legal battle we’ll see each other in court bye bye.”

I was told my toner would arrive 3 days ago (22nd November 2021), been waiting since the 4th November 2021 for this delivery. Unhappy it has taken so long, I have a court case that requires colour photos, I can not print them and the case is next week. I have received a quote to have a printing provider to print them for me it came back as $471.00, I don't get this money back.
