I requested to cancel my RAT order but they sent it after they received my cancellation request

I requested to cancel my RAT order. I made an order on 7/Jan, but still I haven't received it yet. I needed it for this weekend. Then I found Chemist warehouse that can dispatched it within 48 hours and they did. Also I purchased a couple of them from the Chemist. So I don't need RAT from InkMasters.
I sent this cancellation request at 12:25pm on 9/Feb, then InkMaster dispatched the item on the same day at 4:04pm. Why??? They haven't taken any action until I sent the cancellation request. Even they didn't reply to my cancellation request.
Not only that, now the same item reduced the price. I paid $80 + $12(shipping) + $9.2(GST) = $101.20. Now $75.08 INC GST.I sent an email to them again and asked them for a refund. I hope that they will refund me, because I have waited for more than one month and it was over priced.

I found that I had a couple of missed call on the 9/Feb around 1pm. And I googled it and hit Inkmaster website. If it is really their number, they must know my cancellation request. But still they sent the item without my agreement next day.
I am waiting for their response. If they give me refund or take good action, I will update about it here. If not, I will update here anyway.

Still no reply from InkMasters.
And you know what, they removed the link of Trustpilot from their website and just shows good reviews in InkMasters website. They don't want the people to find out bad reviews obviously. Very dishonest.

Finally, InkMasters replied to my email.
Well... Now I understand why some customers said " Sam was rude & aggressive & sent unprofessional emails." in their review. I have to agree with this comment. Also I understand why they are so angry.
What Sam said to me is, basically if I want to continue to negotiate, I have to remove my "horrible" review. And he called me "rude" because I left negative review rather than speaking to them in a human way. What are they talking about? I sent them email four times but they didn't reply to me until I wrote the review. And what my review is about my experience, not more than that. Why does he call it "horrible" review?
Anyway, I gave up a refund from them. I was going to return the item but I can't expect any good service from them. I wasted over $100. But I will keep my review here for other people. Please read other customer's reviews too before you purchase. Then you decide.

I don't wish to contact them anymore. I had enough.
If Sam or anyone from InkMasters sends me a more aggressive email again, I will update it here.

Non responsive, incompetent company with no integrity

Ordered masks in December and still not received in March 2022. Company won't answer phones, reply to emails or respond to online feedback other than to thank me for my "kindness" They are a lying thieving company - stay clear of them. They have effectively stolen my money. Clearly the company and it's owner operators just don't care and are likely to fold. It would be very risky for anyone to order from them - you will do your money with no recourse.

Buy elsewhere

Over priced rapid antigen tests and then you are sent different tests to the instock ones you thought you had purchased over a month later and not refunded the difference. So glad I didn't spend $55 on same day delivery! Another company taking advantage of desperate people in this pandemic. They should stick to selling printers and ink. Buy elsewhere.

ETA - thank you for taking the time to reply to my review with more lies of a non-existent refund with the bonus of some sarcasm thrown in. I genuinely hope your practices and customer service improves but my kindness is for those considering purchasing from you, I stupidly didn't read the reviews before ordering so that is on me (and your Facebook reviews are even worse!).

Does not deliver!

Ordered 5 pack of RAT oral swabs in early January where the ETA for product arrival was 5 days later. No updates received from company about delays. Contacted on several occasions requesting updates and was either told order had been delayed or received no reply at all. Attempts to call required me to try different phone numbers as choosing the option to 'speak to someone about an order' gets you a voicemail telling you to send an email. Finally spoke to someone at the beginning of Feb (after choosing the option to place an order) and was assured product was in stock and would be dispatched last week - DID NOT ARRIVE and a further phone call today advised the order hadn't even left the warehouse. I have now requested a refund - lets see if they can achieve that.

Pandemic profiteering at its worst

If an item isn't in stock, your website should say so. Paid for N95 masks nearly a month ago and was eventually told different masks will be available in two weeks and to select which type I'd like to change my order to. I don't want to change my order. I wanted the masks I paid for a month ago that your website said were in stock. Cancelled my order after giving up on ever getting a straight answer from them. Hopefully the refund doesn't take a month to arrive but I'm not holding my breath. Profiteering during a pandemic? Yeah, that's just low.

We cant do much if it is displaying Backorder other than wait for the Backorder to arrive we are eager to send the goods as soon they arrive.

Don't buy here.

I placed an order for Rapid Antigen Tests. The website clearly stated they were in stock. I received an invoice for the purchase the next day. 5 days later I was sent an email updating me on the delivery time, stating it would likely be another week before they received them (even though they claimed to already have them in stock). The offered a refund which I accepted only to receive an email 4 days later saying my order had been shipped. It has been 2 weeks since it was shipped and I still have not received them. Whatever you do don't buy from Inkmasters.

Unprofessional

The Website indicated there is stock of mask and email was sent confirming that it is on the way. 7days it did not reach and I followed up. Response receive that it is out of stock and will deliver when order is restocked. I waited until the date they provided would be restocked. There was no confirmation that order is delivered and emailed again to which there was no response. I followed up again to which they again sent email that it is out of stock again. I asked for a refund and there is no response till date. I rang the 1300 number and they ask to email. So the communication with them is very difficult and misleading information on their website

Website showed stock for RATs, a month later still waiting for my order after more lies

Ordered 2 x 5 pack of their oral fluid RAT kits on 3/1/22. Website showed 400+ in stock.

Received an email the next day saying they’re ready for dispatch. Then an email later that day saying they’re on back order. So misleading.

Two emails since have said they’ll be dispatch 12/1 and 21/1, but nothing.

This company should be ashamed for taking advantage of the pandemic and trying to capitalise on the situation. They clearly can’t deliver. Many other reviews share the same story.

I’ve now wasted a month waiting for them to deliver on this order when I could have jumped into a queue with a more reputable seller. Very frustrating.

I’ve reported them to ACCC for dodgy sales techniques such as advertising they had stock which is designed to clearly trick consumers into buying these products when clearly they don’t have stock. Absolutely appalling.

Avoid them at all costs!

UPDATE 7/2/22
Have requested a refund twice - no reply, have resorted to opening a dispute with PayPal. Absolutely shocking service. I ordered 10 oral kits elsewhere 31/1 and received 4/2. The irony that I’ve been sent two of InkMaster’s garbage marketing emails in the meantime promoting “in stock and same day dispatch” RATs. I have a work colleague in the exact same boat, no word on their kits at all, yet still getting spammed with these RAT marketing emails. ACCC has noted my complaint and is aware of these misleading tactics, hopefully they’ll soon get a wake up call. If I don’t have my refund in full by the COB tomorrow, my next call will be to their local Fair Trading who are normally way more heavy handed!

UPDATE 12/2/22
Finally after my threat to go to Fair Trading, all of a sudden my refund was processed.

Some tips for others: always pay with PayPal if you have the option (somewhat more secure), and report this company to the ACCC and Fair Trading for these tactics. They are clearly doing the dodge!

Unable to deliver

Such a bad business.

Ordered RATS on 12/01 - dispatched within the week , no sign of tracking details or product arriving.

Repeated followups with Robert for an update - to be told “it’s dispatched, you’ll get tracking details soon”, but Robert fails to provide tracking details, despite repeatedly asking for them.

Clearly product hasn’t been shipped!

Company has very little stock, and is just flagging items as dispatched even though they are fully aware they have not been.

Don’t bother calling this company - they won’t take calls, and yet to receive a returned voicemail.

Escalated to PayPal for refund.

personalized experience

I always like the personalized experience. All the staff are easy to deal with and they do their best to help. There was a bit of a delay with RATs, compared to my previous orders, but understandable given the current climate. Would recommend.

DODGY SCAMMERS

Placed an order online, paid and recieved a confirmation straight away. Their website says orders despatched immediately and tracking number sent to you. 2 weeks and complete Silence from them. They do not answer emails or answer the phone. I have escalated this to Paypal for a refund.
UPDATE. After lodging our refund request with Paypal the order was suddenly dispatched and delivered. Still no communication from InkMasters.

Appalling service. Avoid this business!!

This business does not care about their customers. They take orders for RATs advising they are in stock and then don’t bother shipping. It’s impossible to get in touch with them as only their sales lines will take calls but all sales follow up lines and staff are always too busy to take your calls. Then they continue advertising the same RATs I already paid for and never received to others on their site at inflated prices. Had to go via PayPal disputes to request refund. Definitely give this business a miss.

Scammers

We ordered RAT kits and facemasks as they advertised they have these products in stock. They did not contact us they received our order but took our online payment very quickly. We tried to contact them online, phone, with no reply. One week later they called us on phone and apologised they are too busy, but said our order is now processed and they are sending our order with tracking number. 10 days later no delivery no tracking number no contact either the company. Do NOT deal with this company as most likely hey are negligent or plain scamming people. We will go to Cosumer Council to report them.

Dodgy

Dodgy - Very poor communication and misleading website on available stock. Ordered black ink, none arrived with the order, I had to contact them to be told what I ordered and the order they accepted was unavailable, only a more expensive cartridge was available.
Same with RAT test, advertised they had them in stock, which is the only reason I ordered anything from them, then after you pay they advised they were on back order arriving on the 12/01. No communication, I contacted them on the 23/01 to be told the test are ordered wouldn't be arriving, they would be receiving different tests on the 29/01 and I could change my order. There account department has called me 3 times chasing the extra cost for the black ink ($23) when I still haven't received all of the order ($90).
So I checked my messages on the 12/01, nothing from InkMasters, so what you rang and hung up without leaving a message... dodgy

I ordered 4 boxes of 20 maxisafe conical respirators. I received 3 boxes of 20 'Eagle' moulded dust masks. They couldn't even get the scam right and send the same model or quantity!

Just illegal business practice. I have notified maxisafe that inkmasters are using their brand name to falsely profit. I am also going to notify Fair Trading.

Placed an order on 29th December for RAT tests! It was in stock at the time and should have been delivered a couple of days later. It never arrived. They jacked up the price and now they keep delaying my order and tell me I should request a refund! Clearly they want the jacked up price now! I’ve phoned and emailed many times. They never respond and when they do it’s only with another delay on the order! Worst customer service!
