They stuffed up

I ordered masks after reading their website information. I noticed on the order confirmation that it was different so I emailed. Sam said it was a website error and he wasn't going to honour what the website says and he'd fixed the "incorrect information".
He then tried to tell me that KN95 and N95 masks are completely different. His emails are the opposite of what customer service is supposed to be when the mistake is theirs. I'm waiting for my refund and will never deal with them.

If I could give lower than 1 star I would.

If I had seen these reviews before I would have never ordered from them. I ordered a toner as my usual place did not stock the one I needed. i had to chase the order up as two days later it had not arrived. as per shipping on the website delivery is next day if ordered before 3pm cut off for metro areas. i ordered at 2pm and am in a metro area.
I was told the toner left on Monday but they could not provide me with any tracking number that was on Tuesday that was a little weird as soon as you ship something you get a con note. Then I find out the toner hasn't even left the warehouse yet.
Jamil was no help at all I was getting the run around and was frustrated and all he could say was do not abuse him. I was in no way abusing him I was just being firm that I needed a tracking number and the truth.
Not once was I told there was a hold up with the order or any problems with sourcing the toner.
I think being honest with customers is the first and foremost thing that they need to focus on. It was obvious I needed that toner urgently and I felt there was no urgency to help me.
If I was told sorry we can not get that toner to you tomorrow I would of appreciated that and said no problem I will get it from somewhere else. Not to be lead to believe it had already left the warehouse.
Still yet to receive the toner that was ordered a week ago.

I placed an order a month ago , I am still waiting every time try to ring them you end up with an answering machine stating that they are very busy , Do not deal with this company I am also disappointed that I went through Amazon and ended up with inkmasters . Will ring my bank and try to get my money back .

InkMasters are unresponsive, untrustworthy, and misleading in their actions. Unprofessional and extremely poor customer service. There are multiple reviews across platforms from countless disappointed customers.

I purchased PPE equipment in January which was in stock when ordered. After I followed up they said that it was on back order, which the website then showed it was.

I checked back regularly over a couple of months. I noticed that they increased and decreased the pricing on the page drastically. Meaning people would have been paying double the price at some points. This was during PPE shortages.

I noticed after some time that they added an extra line to their product page to say that they would increase price on backorders. That wasn't on the page previously.

It finally came into stock. I emailed numerous times over several weeks to ask when it would be shipped. After several follow ups, Sam replied with one sentence to say that they couldn't fulfil the order from three months ago, and it would be cancelled. This was untrue because the website showed almost a hundred items in stock.

I emailed to say it appeared they had stock and asked to have the order go through instead of being cancelled and refunded. After several more emailed over numerous days, Sam finally replied to say that it was now refunded (which I found it was) and that I had to reorder.

I found that the price has increased considerably from when I ordered and emailed Sam to request that the order be put through at the original price I had paid. Again, after four emailed over three weeks Sam finally replied. He said that the price had now increased and they price I paid four month prior was not lower than cost. Considering the price on the page changed drastically over the four months since they first took our money for the purchase, it struck me as both unusual.

Again, extremely unprofessional, misleading, untrustworthy, and unresponsive. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Suffice to say - would not use them again.

Poor and negative behavior from a lovely person about a box of some masks on backorder for a long period of time and finally gotton back in stock! we're not going to mention about how pricing is structured based on supply and availability, nor will we mention about Inkmasters keeping the 100% lowest prices for our valued customer base, nor will we mention about our price beat guarantee, nor will we mention about our thousands and thousands of happy customers and satisfied clients in Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Tasmania, Sydney, ACT. what we can say is we keep high volume of stock in warehouses across the country with same day dispatch we review our pricing on a weekly basis and keep our pricing to the bare minimum to bring our customer base the best price in the market for Healthcare ppe, Printers & Printer consumables.

DO NOT EVER ORDER from this company

DO NOT EVER ORDER from this company. Quick to take money. I ordered a box of heavy duty wipes Feb 8th. 3 weeks later no box arrived. Made complaint via their web page... no response. Sent them all an email ..... no response. Rang to complain.... had to leave a recorded message.... no response. Decided to ring their order line and spoke to Sam said he'd look into it and call back in 5 minutes. 3 hours later said sorry and the box will be delivered asap. 3 days later box arrived with the WRONG box of Regular wipes. Made a complaint with no response. Weeks went by and decided to raise a PayPal dispute. They started responding but kept dragging the chain and wasting so much time that PayPal eventually closed the dispute claiming that I didn't escalate it in time. I didn't escalate it because it seemed to be finally getting traction. Once dispute was closed again no response. So at the end of it after 2 months I'm left with a box of 6 large rolls of wipes $90 worth that I can not use and to be honest I have dealt with better phone scammers that were nicer than these guys. Do yourself a favour and NEVER EVER buy from Inkmasters.net.au. Oh and Sam or Robert if your reading this and reply with the usual "but the item was delivered so stop complaining" If you were in Sydney I would have paid you a personal visit and put those rolls of wipes where the sun don't shine.

Also they replied with a label to stick on the box for a courier to pick it up next day. The box has been sitting here for a week with no one picking it up. But to make it worse I'm still waiting for you to tell me after they pick it up and return it will I ever get the order of wipes I paid for? Am I returning for a refund? Will you just not do anything after this box disappears?

Update 10-04-2022 box still waiting to be picked up since 23-03-2022 and still no reply to my emails. So now officially 8 weeks since time of order and still no goods I ordered in sight. Since paypal won't take responsibility I will now place a transaction dispute with my bank. If that fails then next stop is Fairtrading and A Current Affair.

oh if only i had read the reviews prior…

oh if only i had read the reviews prior to ordering..i would never use these guys...ordered masks in January...still waiting...Sam hangs up on you...or doesnt answer the phone at all...and only gave 1 star as i could not leave this review if i had used no stars.

as an edit - i was never rude - i have been extremely patient given that i have been waiting since January for masks i am yet to see.
i am now angry and fed up.

They take your money and don’t deliver your product.

I purchased a printer Dec 2021 and I’m yet to receive it. Really poor Customer service. Each time I called I spoke to different people who all failed to resolve the issue of my printer not being delivered. Asked for a refund but was told it was delivered when it wasn’t. This company claims they have insurance for when items are not delivered but I tried to get a refund but yet to receive one. They are quick to take your money but have no customer service skills when it comes to resolving issues. Don’t buy from them as they lack integrity and can’t be trusted despite what they say on their website.

Bad communication and customer service, refused to admit mistake made or resolve issue

I ordered a few PPEs from InkMasters back in Nov 2021 and was told that I would receive them within 3 days from Melbourne to Sydney. However, one week has passed and I no longer need the PPE anymore (for travel purpose) so I called the Account Manager (Leda Ching) to request for the items to not be shipped and asked a refund for it. This is the chronology of what has happened after:

4/11/21 - Order placed
12/11/21 - Phone call to request for items not be shipped and refund if possible. Leda confirmed that this can be done and she will check with warehouse, refund can be made if the stocks have not left the warehouse.
18/11/21- Followed up with Leda again, got a reply saying refund request has been made on the same day we spoke (12/11/21) and that she will check for me again.
22/11/21 - Items finally arrived (after a good 18 days)
24/11/21 - Followed up again on the refund request, no response from Leda.
6/12/21 - Followed up again, no response. Also called multiple times, my phone number got blocked by her eventually.
13/12/21 - Called the Director (Sam Klagsburn), was being told rudely that Leda is very busy and that they always ship their stocks within 24 hours of order, hence refund cannot be processed.
On the same day, Leda also replied to me saying that goods have been delivered hence cannot be refunded, also included a screenshot of goods being picked up and delivered on 22/11/21 (contrary to what the Director has said).
14/12/21 - Finally replied saying I could return the items to their office however I will need to cover for my own shipping, which I have also paid separately when I ordered the items. I requested for a shipping fee to be compensated as I have specifically requested for the items not be shipped since it's way past the promised delivery period.
16/12/21 - Was told that she will check with Accounts team if shipping fee can be covered and get back to me.
21/12/21 - No response, followed up again and got the same reply.
6/1/22 - Emailed and called, no response.
11/1/22 - Emailed and called, no response.

I have since decided to give up and not return the goods because I cannot trust that they will process the refund to me as promised. I do not wish to incur additional shipping fee to send the items back, only to be told that refund cannot be made. The lack of communication and willingness to resolve issues from InkMasters is absolutely disappointing. I have wasted so much time trying to contact InkMasters or understand the status of my order/refund.

Definitely do not recommend this site if you would like to get your items on time or try to get someone to help you if you have any issues later on.

Agustin was by far the greatest customer service rep. I ever talked to, he was sweet, patient, and fun to talk to…He made feel good about getting my LLC. I definitely feel like he deserves a promotion. 10 stars coming from a new client. Thank you guys so much

I was a repeat customer of ink masters.
so had no doubt about the quality of the product and service as I didn't experience anything bad before.
However, I ordered some toners and N95 adult masks and N95 kids masks ( as advertised on the ink master website). when I received the order I realized that non of the masks were not N95 especially the kid makes were very in very inferior quality.
So I emailed Sam at ink masters to let them know about my dispute and ask for a resolution. It's been more than a month despite numerous emails I haven't received a single response from Ink Masters. So extremely disappoint

Would not recomend this company to anyone. Ordered rapid tests 12/1/22. Still waiting on delivery. Unfortunately i didnt read the reviews and am now out of pocket. Have emailed constantly and phoned as many times with no response at all. Took my money so quickly but not happy to give it back. Very bad customer service.

30/12/21 Ordered a pack of 5 rapid antigen tests and 1 saliva test. I have received the 1 saliva test. But not received the pack of 5 nasal tests.
Have emailed to both email accounts, attempted via messenger, and by phone. No success with any contact.
Have opened a PayPal dispute and hope to get my money back. Just a warning if you have any issues, they won’t and will not respond. Also lodged a complaint with consumer affairs.

UPDATE: PayPal refunded, then the RATS were miraculously shipped. Upon opening the box, they had sent oral tests not nasal. Happy to return at the cost of Inkmasters. Now they want me to pay for tests that I requested be cancelled weeks before they were shipped, I no longer require as the urgent need has now passed and were the incorrect type that was ordered. Terrible service and zero communication unless they want money. ACCC informed

Terrible service. Quick to take your money but no product

Terrible experience and really would not recommend purchasing from here. Like many others (as I've just discovered), I purchased a 7 pack of RATs on 1/1/2022. There was an order update on the 4th (from Robert) saying that they were out of stock (despite what the website indicated at the time) and the ETA for stock made of the 12th. This came and went. I enquired via email as to the status of my order and was told they were due the following week (by Sam). That too passed and I emailed (Sam) again and received no response. Two subsequent emails have gone unanswered (to both Robert and the general email address) and the phone line reverts to a message that asks you to email Robert. So I have done this again.
I have asked for a refund as they clearly are unable to fulfil my order, and do not appear to have any interest in dealing with me as a customer.
They are very happy to process your payment quickly though!

Update - Buyer Beware - This company is a scam and supplies customers with shonky, inferior products!

After reading the review of LA there are surprisingly (or not), the same scamming tactics being employed.
I made my purchase through MyDeal with InkMasters being the seller. As mentioned, the product I received was a counterfeit and an inferior product to the one advertised which did NOT have the quality assurance markings that were in the advertising and pictures. I also noted that yesterday after lodging a complaint with InkMasters via MyDeal 12 days ago, and saying that I will take it to the ACCC, that there was also a mysterious addition to the bottom of the product description stating ""NOTE: ALL PICTURES SHOWN ARE FOR ILLUSTRATION PURPOSE ONLY. ACTUAL PRODUCT MAY VARY DUE TO PRODUCT ENHANCEMENT." Clearly InkMasters are now trying to cover their backs for supplying a shonky product different to the one advertised. Interesting to see that the other InkMasters products (on MyDeal) did not have this addition to the product description - only the one that has been taken to PayPal and ACCC - until of course they read this and decide that they better cover their backs all round. Such a Sham!

REPLY to INKMASTERS: - Sorry InkMasters but you can't pass the buck here and blame Mydeal. You are the SELLER on the MyDeal site and you are trying so say that it's ok for you to sell counterfeit products and cheap imitations but you have no responsibility in this?? Your reply really just reiterates that your company is completely shonky and should be avoided at all costs! P.S You also were contacted by MyDeal and tried to claim it was a genuine product. Now to the ACCC.

Update 2:- Of course you would vigorously and strongly deny it. That's what scammers do. And do you vigorously and strongly deny every other claim on here because we can't be all making it up?!
If they are the genuine product, even though they don't have the NIOSH approval stamp and TGA approval code, (which was in the advertised picture) I believe you would be happy to provide contact details of the manufacturer and wholesaler so this can be taken up further?

Deceitful business- don't buy, report to ACCC, misleading & false advertising, no customer service, sent inferior products- requested refund -no reply (happy to return shonky goods)

Avoid this company at all costs. Report your experience to ACCC & your local fair trading.

They falsely advertise goods as "in stock"- & they confirm this if you call (yep- looking at them now, will be sent asap- i.e. next bus day). Says free shipping over $199 - checked postcode & eligible - then charged shipping without seeing this or consenting, after clicked pay- it was added and charged (this was refunded weeks later after sending screenshots).
Later told stock on backorder and said inventory was not up to date & have an email to show this (but they made out I was wrong & always on backorder).
Don't fill orders- over 6 weeks later I was sent the entirely wrong and totally inferior & cheap products (doubt would pass TGA) without any communication about them doing this or them asking if I would agree (definitely wouldn’t have agreed). Have asked for a refund - they haven't refunded (stated I will happily return the shonky goods when they provide a return postage label)- but I haven't heard back at all so now raised a dispute with the back.

*UPDATED- post Inkmasters reply- NO REFUND has been issued for $299 owed (wrong, inferior & cheap products sent) but won't respond to me - so this is deceitful to claim you have. You don't have 100,000s of happy customers with reviews (falsely claimed on your website)- the Trust pilot review has 130 reviews with 42% the lowest score possible which are increasing daily - the others I question if they are genuine. Please reply to my emails / messages (rather than feedback here) and REFUND my money & send a return label for the wrong goods sent.

My other experience - separate order- again listed as 'in stock'- then see an email stating they have stock - ring and they confirm they have the item- when I asked why my order from over 4 weeks prior hadn't been dispatched told would look at it and provided the wrong email address to contact them- never got back to me. Rang again - told they were cancelling the order for 200 customers, and they would need to order again and pay the new and nearly DOUBLE price - despite paying for the item at a set price, that was in stock (sure they sold my stock at a higher price after ordering). Price gouging comes to mind! I asked for the goods ordered to be sent, and they refunded my money & emailed stating I had requested a refund - not true at all.

They don't answer the phones or return phone messages, don't return emails.

Sam was rude & aggressive & sent unprofessional emails.

Mysteriously, after raising the issue about the breaches of consumer law- new 'terms & conditions' were added to the website but they are not listed as T&Cs – part added to the bottom of the actual product description & then added to shipping page. If you genuinely don’t know the price, then don’t take money from customers and hold their money for weeks & miss ordering from a genuine store that will fill orders.

If you have bought here & having similar issues- please report to your bank/ PayPal & ACCC (not just your local fair trading etc) - we need federal action to ensure a consumer warning is issued- look at the growing reviews on here but also Facebook - some seem bogus- they don't even mention a product.

The worst kind of business - predatory behaviour to make money & rip off people during a pandemic!

Absolutely do not recommend

Note: they have obviously asked friends and family write good reviews on Google as their ratings have suddenly gone up. The ratings on Facebook is a more accurate representation.

Context: I ordered from this company twice via the website, paid in full, only to be told both times that the item they had wasn’t in stock. I need gloves for my studio and there seems to be quite a shortage, so I have been searching around online to find some. I had to get refunded twice as the item I ordered and paid for was not in stock. Sam was rude both times. Finally I found some gloves via Catch Of The Day and placed the order. When the order arrived, not only were they completely inferior quality, but the sizing was completely wrong, rendering them useless to me. I contacted Catch and asked them about how to get a refund and found out, to my horror, that InkMasters was the supplier. Catch said that it would be quicker for me to contact the seller myself, especially as I had dealt with them previously, but if I was not happy with the outcome, to contact them and they would escalate the claim. I dealt with a lady named Leda who was actually very nice to deal with. She said that if I sent the product back, they would be happy to refund me. Seeing as I only live around 30 minutes from their warehouse, I asked if I could return the item directly to save on shipping costs. She said that that was fine and when I returned the item, she confirmed that she had put through the refund request and I should receive it back in my account within 3-5 business days. Weeks went by and I did not receive the refund. I tried to get in touch with someone to follow up and couldn’t get through to anyone. Finally I got through to Sam, the owner, and he was so arrogant, rude, dismissive and condescending, not only to me, but when I told him I had a whole email thread with Leda confirming the refund, he threw his own employee under the bus saying she was incompetent and didn’t know what she was doing. In the end, I had to return to Catch and explain what had happened. I explained how awful Sam was to deal with and that I did not wish to deal with him again. They completely understood and luckily dealt with it all for me, but even they found it difficult and said they would look into whether they continued to use them as a supplier at all. Thanks to Catch, I got my refund, but if it wasn’t for them, I would still be out almost $250.

I am absolutely not surprised by the other negative reviews here. Absolutely abhorrent customer service. Sam, the owner, is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Patronising, spoke over me, wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say in regards to the refund I was entitled to, even when his employee authorised said refund. Am absolutely disgusted at his treatment. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with this companies incompetence, as they frequently list items for sale on their website that aren’t actually available. Buyer beware.
