My experience was great
My experience was great! The lady at the airport, the young man that drove me from the airport to Infinity office near by and the lady at the counter were very nice to me and did their job real well. The car a rented was fine.

Good option
The car was quite dirty in the sense that it had been to the beach and there was sand in the interior; also somo of the engine warning lights were on all the time. The staff at the Mérida offcie were helpful and polite and I got a great del because of those details. The person that handed me the keys was really through with the explanation as to why the light were on. The car had no mechanical issues whatsoever and I do really appreciate the extra effort put into the deal.

Un poco "tropezado" el trámite
Un poco tropezado el trámite, pero se resolvió con Infinity car rental, ser un poco más claro con los seguros adicionales desde su página web. La inspección inicial rápida, el vehículo bien y la entrega sin problema. Volvería a rentar con ellos. Camila Favier del Departamento de Calidad muy atenta.

Yo renté en Mérida, Yucatán, muy cerca del aeropuerto y desde el principio, recibí un gran trato; el personal fue muy amable y competente. El vehículo también excelente.👍🏼
Cuando regresé el vehículo, muy amablemente, nos trasladaron al aeropuerto, por parte de la empresa.
Definitivamente, utilizaré nuevamente sus servicios y lo recomiendo totalmente.💯

Tuve excelente experiencia
Tuve excelente experiencia, entrega rápida, tuve un ligerito accidente con la fascia y el seguro me cubrió y respondió sin problemas. En la entrega de regreso del vehiculo, fue aun mas rápida.
