Not only does this company produce beautiful, unique jewelry; they respond to every email so quickly. Even being in a completely different country, they were very timely with responses. I absolutely adore my new pieces and will for sure be a returning customer.

Contacte avec le service client qui m’a proposé uniquement un renvoie de 2 autres bagues reçues le 24 mars … différence de couleur entre les 2 pierres vraiment légère, on pourrait croire que c’est les mêmes

I ordered a matching set of rings for my sister and I. Sadly, one of my stones fell out but Abbie in customer service took care of the situation quickly! She made sure the quality check department was aware for the future, and kept in contact with me throughout the entire replacement process. The rings are truly gorgeous and I’m so happy to have it back!

Recently had an issue with one of the personalised rings. Contacted customer service to try and sort it out. Holly dealt with my query and was super easy and quick to deal with. I placed an order for a ring and a bracelet last December, and recently a small piece of pebble broke off the ring for some reason. My girlfriend got upset and I sent a question to the support service if it was possible to do something about it. And you know what? The next day, a girl from the support service named Abbie answered me and kindly offered to exchange the goods or return the money! And then I also helped to understand the sizes and also with the color due to the changes during this time in the availability of the store.

My 2for1 discount code some how did not get applied to my order and I reached out to customer service and Humera fixed this right away and credited me the $ back. Super friendly and responsive and I cannot wait to receive these rings! One of my friends has one and I saw it in person and it was gorgeous.

I ordered two eterna rings which are so beautiful but Unfortanetly when I put it on a birthstone fell out within an hour of wearing it. I reached out & was helped by Humera who offered a gift card or a replacement. I went with a replacement & they made the process seamless!

I ordered two rings from Indigo Lune, but they, unfortunately, were lost in the mail by USPS. However, when I reached out to the company their representative, Paris, was incredibly attentive and helpful. She immediately put in a new order for two new rings. I am very grateful!

Accidentally ordered a ring in the wrong metal, customer service got back to me very promptly and helped resolve the issue, letting me send back the ring to exchange and quickly got the replacement out for me. Quality is beautiful and will be ordering again!

I ordered one of their Eterna birthstone rings for my sister in law and saw that they had a 2For1 code so I thought I could use that so we could have matching rings and at checkout I tried to add the code but it didn’t work so I just continued my purchase and emailed them explaining what happened and one of their clients Jake emailed back so quickly fixed it all up for me and explained it to me he was very kind and helpful would happily email if I had any more questions or concerns 5 out of 5 service.

My Gold Band Leesha Birth Stone ring was so beautiful but unfortunately one of the claws on the larger stone was not secured properly. I reached out to the Indigo Lune team and got Abbie. The process was seamless I was offered either a gift card or replacement ring. It was quick and Abbie was very helpful. It was very customer focused. Very good, my husband and I are going to get a ring for my mother in law for her birthday.

I ordered a couple of rings from Indigo Lune about 7–8 months ago, both rings have maintained their color beautifully and still look as good as new, which is definitely a big plus.
However, I did experience a small issue when one of the stones on a ring became loose. I decided to reach out to their customer service.
I’m really glad I did. A representative named Humera responded to my email promptly, and her service was excellent. She quickly offered me a replacement ring.
Overall, I’m very satisfied With the quality of their products.

Ordered two Eterna Birthstone Rings, customized to reflect January and December birthstones. Upon receiving the rings in February, I noticed the January (which should be a deep red garnet, as advertised on Indigo Lune’s website) birthstone was instead very orange.

I contacted customer service and was assisted by Jake who was great and raised that Indigo Lune had recently changed their stone for January to be more red, as of early 2026 (after the date in which my order was placed). Jake was very professional and prompt in responding (especially given the time difference between Canada and the UK). All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely fashion, and he offered me an exchange which I proceeded with.

I received the NEW rings today but the January birthstone is still very orange, and not the red that Indigo Lune advertises online. Ultimately disappointed by the color.

Such a fast reply, solved the issue straight away, Thank You!!!
