Really bad quality that you can’t return because it’s “custom”. Way overpriced cheap garbage

I had a really positive experience with the customer service team. My issue was handled quickly, professionally, and with great care. I’d especially like to highlight Jake and Humera, who both went above and beyond to find a solution and kept me updated throughout the process.

I ordered custom matching rings for my sisters birthday present. After my local post office lost the package I was extremely upset and flustered and reached out to Indigo Lune to explain the situation. Jake responded and was able to send out a replacement and initiate an investigation with the carrier. I felt so supported after a negative experience with my local post office

Ordered two rings, one came incorrect. I reached out to customer service and they responded very quickly and rectified the situation immediately. I interacted with Jake who was wonderful! I ordered the Toi Et Moi ring. It arrived sooner than expected and the quality is better than I expected. I love it!
Mistakenly, I didn’t check out my cart correctly so when my order arrived, my second ring was not there.
I contacted support and received an immediate response from the lovely, Jake who exceeded my expectations in providing a quick solution.

I received my first Indigo Lune order about 4 weeks ago and I instantly fell in love with my pieces! However 3 weeks into having the Zuri Ring a stone came out of its setting. I contacted customer service and was connected with Abbie and let me tell y’all, Abbie came through honey! She was so gracious and helpful, I literally couldn’t ask for a better customer service rep. She was able to send a replacement piece, that again I absolutely love and because of her service I can’t wait to shop with IL again!

Would be nice to have a repair as an option though and just offer a reply paid envelope instead of a whole new ring and it seems wasteful having a ring sitting around just because it’s missing a stone 😔

Beautiful, high quality pieces. Unfortunately I was sent a wrong item. I reached out to customer support online (at night time in the US). I woke up to a response from Holly. Holly was so quick to respond, and got me a replacement shipped free of charge immediately. I will be purchasing from this company again

I originally received a faulty item. I reached out to the customer service and Jake helped me solve the problem. They responded the next day after I sent the email. The ring itself is beautiful even though it was missing two stones. However we got the problem solved and it was overall a good experience.

Customer service with Indigo Lune is amazing, I’ve had to contact them twice now, first about an exchange in the ring sizes and they were so willing to exchange and made the process super easy and quick. Recently the stone of my ring fell out and when I reached out to them they were really helpful in getting me a replacement. And the quality of the rings is amazing as well. I’ve been in contact with Mia and Abbie and they were both super quick in responses. Thanks girls

My ring came with a lighter stone than anticipated for July. Customer service was great and offered to replace my ring and swap the July stone with January to look a little more like the Ruby. They were very quick at responding and providing options! This is my second time ordering here and I absolutely will again!

I had a bit of a rocky start with my order from Indigo Lune, as my first package couldn’t be delivered. However, Abbie, a truly kind and helpful member of the Indigo Lune team assisted me with so much care and patience. Thanks to her support, we decided to give it another try and placed the order again.

I ordered a set of two rings; Unfortunately, one broke the first day it was worn. With that being said, Indigo Lune's customer service was prompt and completely cooperative. I was able to replace my ring with a different item. All that to be said, the ring was absolutely beautiful!!

Great experience with support team. Paris helped me through getting a replacement ring due to one of the gems falling off the one I originally ordered. Super helpful and the jewelry is beautiful too!
