I ordered the Oriana ring but a stone fell off after two weeks. I messaged Customer Service and Jake assisted me thoroughly making it feel easy to address the issue and find resolution. Within a day of emailing back and forth for clarification, he was able to confirm a replacement. I hope anyone who experiences a need to reach out for support gets Jake because he definitely made me feel supported.

The packaging was very secured and the jewelry came in a pretty dust bag which is also secured in a pretty jewelry box. Very high end if you ask me!! Delivery time was pretty fast, I received my order within 2 weeks. The customer service 100/10. I reached out via email regarding my order ( I forgot to place 2 orders for their current sale) code :2for1. I was assisted by Jake who was very quick with responding and extremely helpful with correcting my order. Jake was so kind to place another order for me so I wouldn’t miss their 2for1 sale !! No additional fees !! I will definitely be ordering more jewelry from this company:) I highly recommend!!

I am in love with my two rings I got! I purchased the Pia birthstone ring and the Eloise birthstones, the Eloise represents my two kids and the Pia represents my boyfriend. Unfortunately my Pia stone fell out of the setting, but when reaching out to Jake he made the entire process fast, simple, and easy. He sent out a replacement ring ASAP and now I can continue to wear my beautiful rings to represent my loved ones. I've ordered 2 rings, one custom and one ready to ship. I took a while for them to be shipped because of the custom ring, but it was worth the wait. Unfortunately one of the rings lost a stone, but after contacting their customer service I was offered a new ring. Chloe responded within a few hours with a new shipping confirmation. Could not be happier with her service! The new ring is already on its way :-)
