I had wanted 2 matching rings for my best friend and I. We live in 2 different states. Her daughter who was a micropreemie passed away and she had a boy rainbow baby after. She made me the godmother over both. I can’t have children of my own. So, being a godmother means everything. It’s my greatest privilege in my life other than being bonus mother to my husbands daughter. I wanted a meaningful gesture to say I am always with her no matter how far apart we are. I apparently forgot to apply the 2for1 code and ended up a ring short. Customer service was quick, kind and helpful. They assured me I would get the matching ring asap. I’ll definitely purchase again and recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you Indigo Lune. It means more than you know.

Well deserved wait time- BEAUTIFUL

I reached out after ordering, because five weeks had gone by since I ordered my items, and I needed them for a trip I was taking to see my long distance best friend the next weekend. Paris, the customer service associate, understood my worries, validated my concerns, and provided expedited shipping when the items were ready. They shipped in time, and my best friend and I absolutely love our matching birthstone rings. It was a birthday present to remember. Thanks Paris and Indigo Lune!

Customer support was exceptional!

Today, I had to reach out to customer support and Chloe assisted me. The process was incredibly simple and extremely fast. I had an issue with my product and within 10 minutes I had the new product on its way! Chloe was so helpful with everything and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied as the customer.

Quick Fix

I absolutely fell in love with this brand but when my ring came, I was missing a gem and I reported immediately. Holly was very quick to get me a solution and her response time was immediate.

Exceptional customer service

I became obsessed with their birthstone rings after seeing Instagram Ads and immediately ordered (and other jewelry) I got a pink and blue birthstone ring but was expecting it to be red and blue. Customer service was exceptional! I reached out to ask if I can get a different month stone so it can be red and they were quick to respond. Jake and Chloe were both very understanding customer service agents and responded in a timely manner. It was a super easy, fast, and smooth experience. They sent out my new ring immediately! Can't wait to wear it

very friendly

I was very pleased to receive such a quick response; I hadn't expected that. Holly's friendliness also really pleased me. I'm from Germany, and when I order from other countries, they're usually very disrespectful or don't reply at all because my English isn't very good, and I always have to use the translation tool. I ordered the rings and when they were delivered you could see the quality of their products and how careful they are with details. One of my rings had a minor detail but Humera quickly gave a solution to this.

Ordered the Eterna Birthstone Ring and…

Ordered the Eterna Birthstone Ring and had a small issue with my 2-for-1 order not coming through correctly. Humera from the customer service team sorted it out immediatel, no fuss, no back and forth, just a straight solution. The ring itself is absolutely beautiful, the quality exceeded my expectations. Rare to find a brand where the product and the people behind it are both this good. Will be recommending Indigo Lune to everyone. Thank you Humera!

Amazing service and even better products!!

Unfortunately my birthstone made to order ring broke. Completely by accident no blaming! I got in contact with a lovely lady named Abbie. She responded with speed, and was more than happy to assist with my issue. I was offered either a complete replacement of my item, or the refunded amount on an Indigo Lune gift card. I went with the replacement and within 4 days, my confirmation order came through (bare in mind their 'aim is to respond to all enquiries within 3 business days'!) The customer service is absolutely amazing, and the products are too.

I had such a great experience with Indigo Lune 💗

I ordered a birthstone ring for my kids and when it arrived, it was missing one of the stones. I reached out and Jake and Chloe responded so quickly and were incredibly kind and helpful.

They immediately offered to replace it or give me a gift card, and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. You can really tell they care about their customers.

Great Customer Service

After contacting Indigo Lune about my order, Jake was very prompt with a response and very willing to offer a solution.
My package was believed to be lost in transit. Not only was I offered reshipment so I am not out of pocket, but I was also informed my order will be actioned as priority.

Awful customer service

I emailed and sent a DM within ten minutes of placing my order to request a simple change to the ring’s colour arrangement, so that the larger stone could represent my oldest child. I was advised to email, which I did promptly, but then received a generic response from Jake that clearly did not address my request.

Instead, I was told I couldn’t change my address due to not contacting within a certain timeframe, which is irrelevant to my situation. My request was made almost immediately after ordering and was a very simple adjustment.

This level of customer service is extremely disappointing. What should have been a meaningful and personal purchase has now been completely overshadowed by this experience.
