I ordered matching rings for my cousin and I. We had gotten them in the mail and they were too small even though it was our ring size, it was because the band was thicker. I reached out to customer service to see if there was anything they could do to help and Holly helped me get it returned and exchanged for a different size.

I am very happy with the product and unfortunately I was missing a piece however when I email them they just replaced for me it was that easy . Mia helped me a lot with the whole process. Highly recommended

I ordered two rings for myself with mine and my husbands birthstone- and I had our wedding date engraved on one ring. Ordering rings is kind of tricky because of the size. The rings I got didn’t fit the fingers I wanted to wear them on, I contacted customer service and they were amazing. I had the privilege to talk to Abbie and she was just awesome. She communicated directly and very fast, and I am now waiting for my exchange and I’m so excited to receive them to start showing them off 😊 highly recommend indigo lune!!!!!!!!

I ordered two custom rings from the website. Both rings are absolutely gorgeous, but the color combination of the stones on one of them wasn't quite right for me (the difference between the "April" and "June" colors was barely noticeable). I contacted customer service via the website chat, and I have to say their service is fantastic! They truly met my expectations 100% by offering to let me return the ring and send me another one with a different color combination of my choice for a more visible difference! I'm delighted with my interactions with Chloe, who is simply wonderful!

Ordered the Eloise Birthstone ring, process took about 3 weeks from order to recieving.
Quailty/sparkle and sentiment was there. worth the wait and money.

I found this site for both me and my friend to get matching rings. We ordered them, customized and received them within about 4-5 weeks. When we got them we noticed there was a colour issue with the stones, Indigo Lune was super quick to rectify it, and send us new ones. There was also an issue with duty coming into Canada and they covered the cost. It was very much appreciated and great customer service by Abbie!

I have ordered two rings so far and am in love with the quality and the customer service is great! I had a ring missing a jem when I had received the package, I reached out to Indigo and they kindly sent me out a replacement. I will be purchasing more in the future.

I’ve ordered from Indigo Lune a couple of times now and I’ve been happy with my purchases. I recently reached out to them regarding a stone missing from one of my rings and asked if it possible to have it fixed and to my surprise they actually offered to replace my ring (in a different design as my original style has no more of my size) or I can have store credit for future purchases! Jake from the company was fantastic from start to finish and was very quick to reply to emails. I was very impressed with the after sales care and I’am now looking forward to receiving my replacement ring. Very happy customer!

The jewelry and customer service are amazing. I am super happy with the final product and very refreshed and appreciative of the supportive customer service. The only feedback is that the ring size measurement tool was very confusing, which led me to order the wrong size.

So so great! I’ve ordered from the twice now and it’s been so great! This last order I had to send it over to the UK and I must have missed adding in the 2nd piece for the 2FOR1 rings and I was freaking out a bit when it came with just 1! I emailed the support team and got basically an immediate reply from Jake and they put the order in for the other piece right away and didn’t charge me anything extra. It’s been such a great customer service experience!

I had wanted 2 matching rings for my best friend and I. We live in 2 different states. Her daughter who was a micropreemie passed away and she had a boy rainbow baby after. She made me the godmother over both. I can’t have children of my own. So, being a godmother means everything. It’s my greatest privilege in my life other than being bonus mother to my husbands daughter. I wanted a meaningful gesture to say I am always with her no matter how far apart we are. I apparently forgot to apply the 2for1 code and ended up a ring short. Customer service was quick, kind and helpful. They assured me I would get the matching ring asap.
