The team worked with me to develop a ring my bestie would love and I honestly couldn't be happier with the service. Chloe, Mia and Jake all responded quickly and kindly. What a great experience that could have gone very differently!

I ordered matching bands for my best friend and I for our 40th birthdays and we love them. They did take longer than I expected since I didn't factor in the making of the bands. If you order just make sure it's well before the time you want to gift them. I had an issue with my purchase so I reached out to the company. Not only did I get a very quick reply, Jake provided excellent service to assist me. Would recommend and order again.

I had wonderful customer service whilst speaking to Jake about my order in which I forgot to add the promotion at the checkout. He was extremely helpful and got my order sorted straight away. My ring came and I love it so much it’s beautiful I’d highly reccomend this company.

Excellent service and beautiful jewelry. I forgot to add my second best friend ring to my order or use the promotional code and contacted customer service to see if they could send me the second ring. Most companies would have required me to return the one ring I received, but Jake from customer service got back to me the next day and helped me order my second ring. Unfortunately, on one of the two rings I ordered one had a dent on the band. I emailed the company and they sent me a gift card to replace it. What really made this a great experience is Jake!! He responded right away and was very kind and understanding. Companies need more people like Jake!

Ordered a size too small for me and the support was fantastic returns label was sent almost instantly and the new order was dispatched on receipt of the proof of postage. They initially made a mistake, but it’s no longer an issue. I was able to keep the incorrect order, and they responded very quickly and immediately created the correct order for me.

Love the rings from Indigo Lune and ordered a couple on their 2 for 1 sale - however - I made an error in ordering and only ordered 1 of each. Jake at Indigo Lune made it right and is sending both additional rings to me w/ free shipping! This is service with a "virtual" smile. The rings are lovely and I adore wearing them. The customer service here is so nice and very much helpful! My ring was faulty with my October gem falling out but i emailed them asking if they’re able to help get a replacement or anything. They were very fast about it and really sweet! Jake and Abbie were very much helpful and nice and are sending me a replacement for my ring! Can’t wait to receive it.

Ik had een verkeerde bestelling gedaan en kwam daar te laat achter. Ik heb contact opgenomen met Indigo Lune en Jake heeft mij goed geholpen. Er werd snel op de mail gereageerd en ondanks het buiten het bewerkingstermijn van de bestelling was heeft hij alsnog mijn bestelling willen annuleren.

The wait for the ring isn’t all that bad, considering ordering a personalised birth stone ring, completely understandable. My rings came and I loved the one, and the other one was too small and I personally thought it didn’t suit me, knowing that these are usually non refundable, I went to the live chat, chatted with holly and she was completely understand and helped me all she could and let me change my ring for a bigger size that I needed.
No complaint from me!!
