J'ai cru que encore une fois je m'étais fait avoir. Mais pas dutout. Le colis a pris du temps a venir. Beaucoup de temps. Presque 1 mois. Mais finalement je suis super contente. Je l'ai reçu aujourd'hui et c'est vraiment super beau. Apres pour la qualité je ne sait pas encore. Mais la bague est très belle et le collier ne fait pas un jaune or dégeu. Au contraire très jolie

Indigo line is a great place. I found them through instagram adds and it’s safe to say I wasn’t disappointed. The first two rings I bought were the pia rings, one of them was custom and the other was the regular white stone. After ordering I was a little worried it was a scam because the rings took a month to get delivered but then I realised on their website it said the birth stone rings are made to order so the wait was understandable. The quality is amazing and I’ve had them for about five months now and they have yet to tarnish or lose color. Amazing quality. The second time I ordered from them I got the zuri rings and the aura ring. After a week there was no info about delivery time but the company reached out to me letting me know one of the rings was out of stock. They offered a refund or to change my ring to another style. I ended up choosing a different ring which was the Eden ring. The next day they were already shipped and a week later I had my rings. The customer service is great and they were ever quick and helpful with finding a solution. I love the aura ring and the Eden ring is nice however it is a little bit sharp so be mindful of that. The company ended up sending out the zuri ring that was originally out of stock to me free of charge which was a pleasant surprise. Overall I LOVE this company and the quality. Can’t wait to order more and to see what new styles they come out with. 10/10 recommend and they have awesome deals.

I ordered a birth stone pinky ring for my best friend and I about 2 months ago. Mine has already tarnished a bit and the gold has rubbed off even thought it’s water proof. Jake from customer service did an excellent job answering my questions and providing me with a replacement. I would 100% come back to buy another piece because everything is lovely and customer service is top tier.

I purchased matching rings back at the beginning of the year for my sister and I. The process was very easy and the customer service has been amazing through the whole process. One of my rings did begin to tarnish, but once I contacted customer service their support team was speedy with getting my problems resolved and made each step very easy for me. I cannot watch to purchase my next piece.

Nice and personalised designs, and excellent customer service. I ordered 2 rings that were unfortunately too small, but Humera kindly helped me to exchange the rings and was very understanding.

I bought 2 rings a few months ago and they were exactly as pictured, so beautiful. Unfortunately one of the gems fell out of one of the rings so I contacted the support team to see if there was anything they could do (not at all expecting for them to replace it in the first place). I got in contact with Jake and he was amazing! He offered to replace the ring free of charge and was so lovely about the situation. The rings I got are beautiful and shiney but very sharp and they cut my kid. No returns or refund available so I have expensive trash now. There was also a pretty large delivery fee once they arrived in Canada. Will not be purchasing from them again.

I reached out to see what was going on with my custom order. The site advised that it can generally take 2 - 3 weeks however it has been almost a month and I haven’t received any tracking information. I reached out to their customer service team and spoke with Humera, and she was extremely apologetic and let me know that due to an extreme amount of orders there are additional delays. Humera let me know to reach out at any time if I have any further questions or problems. My issue hasn’t been resolved but great customer service goes a long way, and it’s wonderful to see this especially coming from a very passionate customer service background myself. Please keep up the brilliant work Humera!!
