Always great customer service! Jake was a great help and sorted everything for me

I purchased 2 rings from Indigo Lune, I absolutely love them! About a month later one of the gems came out of one of my rings and I was devastated! I contacted Indigo Lune and received the best response from Humera! She contacted me in less than 24 hours offering me a replacement. She was so kind and pleasant, I loved speaking with her! It’s rare to have good customer service these days and so far, I am beyond happy with Indigo Lune’s customer service! Can’t wait for my new ring to arrive!

I had to contact support in regards to editing my order. Upon purchase, I was never given the option to choose the stone colors of the birth stone ring. I emailed them and heard back in a timely fashion. Jake, whom I was in contact with, swiftly fixed the issue. He was able to get my birth stone preferences to the warehouse. I would 100% recommend Indigo Lune in the future.

Jake helped me reorder my birthstone ring that I had customized as a gift for my mom for our upcoming wedding. The rings had two different stones in them since I had had a previous exchange. Indigo Lune ensured that my ring was redone with the correct stone (since the previous shade had been changed) without hesitation.

I needed to make an exchange and Chloe made the process easy and seamless. The communication and attention to detail is what every company should strive for in customer service. Extremely happy.

I am so happy and obsessed with my rings. I purchased Eloise and Leesha Birthstone rings on March 23rd. It took 3.5 ish weeks to arrive. The wait was worth it. I was skeptical with all the reviews but I’m glad I went for it. The packaging is simple. Email updates are given through each process.

The rings are definitely true to size but for me, i’d say size up. I had uncertainty about my ring size and I was going to exchange it for a bigger size. I was then helped by IL team member “Holly” who explained the process to me. Thank you Indigo Lune and the team. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

I purchased friendship rings, but one of the stones has fallen out on day 2 of owning the rings. I emailed Indigo Lune immediately and asked for a new ring. Humera replied incredibly timely and shipped me a brand new ring within just a couple days with no charge at all.

I ordered 2 rings during the March 2 for 1 birthstone sale and somehow I didn’t put in the correct size on the second ring so it defaulted to the smallest size. I was so disappointed when I received them because they’re BEAUTIFUL, but then I reached out to their customer support and Holly sent me a return label and started processing the ring in the correct size immediately. I was blown away by how wonderful she was and now I’ll get my ring in the next couple of weeks, in the right size! Thank you so much Holly :)
