Warned they were super busy on the site but was recieved in a week.

10/10 easy ordering. Delivery said 5 to 7 days......it came in 3 was well chuffed. My 3rd pool liner well it is for the dogs, cheaper than driving them to the lake.

You pay a lot for very slow delivery . They emailed this after placing an order:

Delivery expensive from within the Uk, and very slow

Bought a trampoline over a month ago, we had to get someone to collect it for us as it wouldn't fit in our car. After our neighbours driving a 3 hour trip we got the trampoline and it was missing a number of different parts. We contacted I leasure and they apologized and said they would send the parts... 2 weeks later the wrong parts came . We contacted them again and they said it was a mistake from the warehouse and they would send again. Still no sign of them so I contacted them yesterday and they said that the parts were returned from there warehouse.. I explained that the trampoline was a birthday gift for our son and his birthday was over a month ago and he is in bits every day waiting to play on the trampoline. I have said to just send me a refund and I'll buy it local and they are telling me to return it to where I purchased it which was Argos ( 3 hours away) .... Absolutely awful customer service.

Unfortunately, the replacement trampoline mat has arrived slightly damaged, which I didn't notice until I had put the trampoline back together. One of the seams is already giving way, so it is unlikely to last very long.
Delivery etc. all good - just the product itself is not in perfect condition.

Absolutely brilliant. After taking my pool down and leaving my less than year old pool in my shed over winter I went to collect it a few weeks ago and noticed it had been nibbled by mice, I thought I'd have to buy a whole new kit but ileisure had the exact same liner for alot cheaper than a whole pool set. It arrived quickly and was perfect. Thank you so much as you've saved me not only money but sanity too.

After placing my order I waited and wait for delivery, I decided to contact the company to question where is my order to be told the next day that they didn't have any stock nor did they to begin with, so I can't review the item as it never arrived

Parts were reasonably easy to find on the website, albiet with the assistance of the original manual in-hand to check the part number, as the name of the trampoline and the online manual didn't quite match up with mine which added a little confusion (my trampoline manual names it as a '10ft Quad Lok Trampoline and Easi Store Enclosure', which is the 'Argos 10ft folding trampoline' on their website), otherwise it would be 5 stars all the way.
Once ordered the part arrived prompty, with a good service given from their courier too. We now have 3 safe and happy jumpers again, and at a 10th of the cost of a new trampoline. Also how refreshing to be able to repair something instead of having to throw it away, kudos to the company for that.
