Oh my goodness. This is my 4th or 5th order from Irwan at Moments Made and I just absolutely love the care, attention and effort that goes into each item. The quality is incredible and each item is perfect. The way he takes your photos and creates a design is incredible and so unique.

Dispatch and Delivery was fast and it was well packaged and it was amazing to be thanked so personally for being a repeat customer.

Communication is fantastic from Irwan and you feel like you’re part of his community and that he really cares and values your business.

I would always recommend and always share him with friends.

I ordered a jumper for my husbands birthday, personalised with a drawing done by our child.
The order process was easy with lots of choice regarding style, size and colour. I then uploaded the image and sent my final choices. I was updated regularly during the process of the order to dispatch and delivery was very quick.

The product itself was lovely quality with the image I sent embroidered perfectly. Within the package there was a print out of the image wrapped in a little paper and some really thoughtful keyrings.

Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again!

Bought this for my husband's 30th birthday who just became a dad. He loved it.

I needed to check something before I proceeded with the request and the customer service was great. The quality is also great!

I bought a hoodie with mine and my friends dog on as a gift for her, as they are moving to Canada. The hoodie was gorgeous!!! The packaging was beautifully done, with a copy of the photo, and two little wooden keyrings included. It really made it special. It also made her cry! Thank you 💛

The contact was so personal, I felt like Irwan actually cared and was genuinely grateful for my order. Delivery was swift and I was kept informed about when I would receive my order. When it did arrive, it was beautifully packaged and contained some really nice touches. The t shirt itself was really high quality. Would definitely order again for a special present!

My product has a fault with the outline of the design not complete. Have sent 2 emails and a Facebook message over the course of a week asking for this to be resolved, no response to any of my messages and instead constant marketing messages and requests for reviews! I had a problem the first time I ordered with this company but wanted to give it a second try. Wish I hadn’t! Very expensive, poor service and left feeling very under valued as a customer.

Amazing company and product. The sweatshirt was of great quality. The colour, just beautiful.
The delivery was quick and I'd paid extra for the writing on the sleeve and it was worth every penny.
All the little unexpected extras were wonderful to receive too.
