Can highly recommend Nabiitopia! I ordered some stray kids merchandise and it arrived neatly packaged and with some freebies! The Nabiitopia team was also kind and quick when answering questions 😊

I was so excited to receive my package in the mail, it is amazing and it was so exciting to get! Thank you so much!!!!

Ordering and delivery went perfectly fine. My main complaint is that I received 4 of the exact same PC.
I appreciate it’s effectively a blind order and randomised, but you cannot tell me it was impossible for them to swap even ONE of them out. I’m now stuck with 4 PCs that cost me £30 each that I have zero chance of getting any value back from.

I placed an order in October, and at that time I was told that the product would be delivered in January. By February, nothing had arrived, so I contacted them by email. I received a reply saying that delivery would take place in February.

Now it is mid-March and I still have not received anything. I emailed again and within one minute I received exactly the same reply as in February.

I then wrote that I would appreciate a personal response, because I am slowly losing trust. Shortly afterwards, I received a reply saying that I am a rude person, that I am no longer allowed to order from their shop, and that my order would be cancelled!

How unprofessional is that? Never again from this shop! They are only polite as long as you stay quiet. Really disappointing.

Now I am curious to see whether I will actually get my money back. I will provide an update!

the first order i received turned out to be the wrong item, however their customer support was amazing with quick response times and a pre-paid return label.
i was then assured that they would send out the correct item within 2 days with a new tn, a week passed but i heard nothing so i had to contact them again. this time they said it would be dispatched that day however, it was sent out a few days after this
i received my order today so thank you, however i probably won’t shop here again due to a lack of reliability imo. i don’t want to shop somewhere and be constantly in doubt of whether i will receive my order, i have to wait on 2 other preorders to dispatch so hopefully those go more smoothly

Had no problems with my purchase, everything was perfect.

Very slow with shipping. It says my package had been sent on dec 29th. It didn't they created the label, that's it. To get that info, I had to download an extra app. Not going to order there again if they mess up with my second order there too.

Absolutely happy with the items I ordered. The design of everything, like keychains & charm bracelet, is sooo pretty, cute & dainty. It's a fabulous mix of pastel princess aesthetic & Stray Kids. I can't wait to order more!
