Breanna's customer service is top-notch!
Breanna is THE BEST!!! I had ordered the Hypervolt 2 Go plus an add-on, which was supposed to be discounted, but at the checkout I wasn't charged the discounted price. She was able to resolve the problem immediately and provide a refund for the difference. Coincidentally, I've connected with Breanna on another 'support' question. About a month ago I reached out to support about a random request which was asking for more Hyperice chapstick since I'm obsessed with it and NEED it while I'm training (IYKYK). Not only did she send me an additional supply, but she also went above and beyond to provide tracking #s to ensure I received the package and a cute little travel bag. Hyperice is such a great brand that supports recovery in all aspects!
Ordered on 23/05 and nearly 7 weeks…
Ordered on 23/05 and nearly 7 weeks have passed and have not received my order! When emailing, they have suggested they are fulfilling orders… but waiting nearly 2 months after paying a very large amount plus shipment has been very disappointing. I bloody hope they’re good!

Company is unable to fulfill orders
I know the Normatec Boots are great as I use them at a local fitness centre so ordered my own. I was advised they are out of stock and will be back ordered for a month. After waiting 6 weeks I checked in and they are still unavailable. Waiting the next shipment. I was offered and accepted a refund no problem. My issue is the whole time they continue to promote the boots and they are not marked as out of stock or back order on the website. I thinking this is deceptive marketing.
Great product, awful service and integrity from Hyperice. Beware and check stock availability before ordering.

“Extremely Poor Service and Communication from Hyperice Australia”
I placed an order with Hyperice Australia in April 2025 and was told the product was out of stock, with dispatch expected in early May. Since then, I’ve received no shipping update, no tracking, and no follow-up — despite sending multiple emails over several weeks.
The only reply I received was on 6 May, promising shipping “next week.” It’s now nearly the end of May, and there’s still no sign of the product or any explanation. I’ve now lodged a payment dispute due to the complete lack of action or support.
What makes this worse is that there’s no alternative retailer — so when Hyperice Australia fails to deliver, customers are left with no recourse other than chasing refunds or escalating disputes. For a brand associated with elite recovery and performance, this is shockingly unprofessional.
I would not recommend purchasing from Hyperice Australia unless they radically improve their customer service and fulfilment.

Fast and Helpful Customer Service!
My experience with Hyperice has always been great. I own several products from them spanning over 5 years. I recently asked them about a replacement charger for my Hyperice that is somewhat outdated. I was surprised when they sent me a charger, free of charge! Thanks Jacqueline P! It saved me money and also a lot of time. I am very grateful for their fast and efficient customer service. They have always been helpful to me.
Good customer service
I own the Hypervolt 2. After about a year and a half, the motor died out. I emailed Hyperice and Javier with customer service sent me a replacement even though it was out of warranty. I appreciate a company that stands behind their products.
Worst customer service and excuses
They launch a pre order for a $2000 top of the range product only to take all our money and delays mean the product lands a month late. I could live with this because it’s not their fault but then they sit on the product for a week telling me it’s shipped then two more weeks of excuses then finally they said it shipped only to find out it actually went 4 days later and they sent it regular post meaning it’s now another week and a half delay, the customer service team couldn’t care any less or be any less unhelpful.

I bought the Hyperice knee at the end…
I bought the Hyperice knee at the end of 2024. Used and loved it. In March the battery would not charge. I dealt with a William in Customer Service that made the process as painless as possible. First we troubleshooted and then ended up replacing the device at no charge.
In today’s world it is always a pleasure to deal with a company that stands behind the product.

I purchased the Normatec 3 Legs standard size but unfortunately they were too large.
I contacted their customer service team and arranged for an exchange. They kept me informed and the exchange happened quickly and smoothly. I personally couldn’t have asked for better service. Alex Moscalu provided me with outstanding customer service. Kept in constant communication with myself and answered all the questions I had.
The product it’s self is fab. However tbh I’d probably should have paid extra and not have the hose but that said it’s not an issue as whilst it’s heavy it stays on the side and doesn’t cause any problems. Also meant that I was able to purchase the Venom 2 Back and both combined are just amazing. I put in my iPods and have me time. I highly recommend both their products and I can’t thank Alex enough for all his support.
Hypervolt 2 died and co customer support
I purchased the Hypervolt 2. It worked well for almost a year and then the front piece disassembled. I have tried multiple times to contact this company via email, web chat and phone and have had no response. It worked well before it broke but I have not been able to file a warranty claim and the customer support so far is non existent.

Absolutely terrible with communication
Absolutely terrible with communication. Ordered my boots 25th feb and after 10 days the date was pushed back twice and was told they were to be shipped last week. I contacted them last week with no response. I have emailed them daily for the last 7 days for an update and still no response
I was prepared to wait the “3 weeks” they said then the extra one and now no response is just crap

Do not buy from Hyperice
Really disappointed with these guys. I placed an order over two weeks ago, and had to reach out to them myself only to find out I would have to wait an extra week for my order to be sent. Well, that week has now passed and my order is still " being processed". Three email have now gone unattended. Unimpressed and disappointed with the lack of care Hyperice has for a customer

The WORST customer service- i have been trying to get a replacement FORK HEAD attachment for my HYPERVOLT PRO 2 and the offer international warranty but do not respond to my queries, instead deleting them forcing me to buy a whole new set. I live in the UK, the customer service team are totally incompetent

I’ve been waiting to receive my Normatec boots since December 27th the delivery date is getting pushed out over and over again. They keep offering me refunds but I don’t want a refund I just want my boots. I can’t understand why they also keep advertising them for sale when they have no stock it’s very frustrating.

I had had my eyes on Hyperice for some time now and my daughter had 2 products of theirs and I loved using it when I visited her. I had a few questions and concerns and Breanne was excellent and very helpful in answering my questions and most of she was very patient with me. Hyperice is truly an investment so you have to make sure you know what you are getting into and measure correctly etc. She was wonderful. I typically don’t care to use a chat but given the time I chose to do this, it was all that was available but Breanne was phenomenal and was there for me every step of the way. Kudos to you Breanne! Thank you! We shared a few laughs along the way too. That’s how you know it wasn’t a bot and a real person. I’m looking forward to my order. Thank you again!
Worth the price
These are expensive but they do work. The wireless feature is great and they are very adjustable and personalizable for the amount of pressure you desire. Worth it even if not an athlete. I have MS and have spasticity in my legs and the pressure relieves the spasticity. Excellent for circulation if you do not have blood clots, as a PT, PhD do not use if you have a history of lower like blood clots!
