I own several products from Hyperice and Normatec & usually don’t have any problems with them. I recently purchased a venom 2 back belt and it’s amazing, but a few months after I got it the vibration started intermittently working.
I reached out to Hyperice with really low expectations. The product is outside of the return window, so they don’t “have” to deal with me at all…but they did.
Breanna responded to my inquiry almost immediately, and after providing her with information about the product I have, she processed a return for me and a replacement. She was amazing. Very responsive and extremely helpful! Great company. I’m so glad we bought these therapy products
product disintegrates
I bought this expensive shoulder ice compression device. I rarely used it. I kept it in the original box. I went to use it today. The ice bag had disintegrated. All that I’m left with is the shoulder wrap. Products should be better than that.

Customer Service - Warranty Claim
Hyperice customer service for my recent warranty claim was fast and superb! My Nike Hyperboot failed (battery issue) and within the same day of claim submittal, Hyperice reviewed and provided me with a shipping label to return the unit for investigation. Within a few days, they determined that the unit was unrepairable and shipped me within a new unit. I received a new Hyperboot less than a week later.
The customer service rep was very professional and eager to help, and the overall process was seamless. Always enjoyed the Hyperice products, and appreciate their customer service.

Brilliant Products ... and brilliant customer focus
I recently bought a Hyperice Hypervolt Go 3. I contacted Jack in customer success with some questions about how to best use it. He was super thoughtful and thorough in his responses and the Go 3. I knew the product was an A+ engineering feat, and know I know so is their focus on our success as customers.

POSSIBLY A SCAM.....DON'T USE Hyperice
I purchased a Normatec system directly from Hyperice based on their advertised delivery timeframe of 3–5 days. It has now been close to three weeks, and I have received no shipping confirmation or meaningful update on my order.
I have attempted to contact their Australian support channels multiple times — including customersupport@, info@, and the website chat bot — and have received absolutely no response. This is particularly frustrating given these are the official contact points for Australian customers.
Out of concern, I escalated the issue by contacting the US support team. While they did respond promptly to my initial enquiry, my follow-up response has since gone unanswered, leaving me no closer to resolving the issue.
At this point, the lack of communication is unacceptable. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no indication of when — or if — the product will be delivered. I will now be contacting my bank to initiate a transaction reversal.
Very poor customer service overall. I am extremely disappointed, especially given the brand’s reputation and the expectations set at the time of purchase.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Hyperice, both with their products and their support team.
As someone who is in the performance and recovery space, I value tools that are not only effective but practical in real-world use. And Hyperice consistently delivers. Their products integrate seamlessly into both my own routine and those around me.
What stood out just as much was the level of customer support. The team was responsive, professional, and genuinely attentive throughout the process, which goes a long way.

Purchased Normantec Elite $1800 over 3 weeks ago. Delivery said 2-8 days. Company is difficult to contact. No telephone numbers. Non-committal email from them to say they will tell me when order on its way. Still no confirmed delivery date. My son’s birthday date now passed. Don’t advertise 2-8 days delivery if you can’t guarantee. Extremely disappointed with service. We’re not dealing with small $ here.

Customer service quality rivals their product line!
I am a veteram Hyperice client, over 6 years. I love their products and now I love their customer service almost as much! My Gen 2 unit had developed a nasty vibration. It was supposed to be a replacement for my Gen 1 trustworthy workhorse Hyperice massage gun. Alas, the basic unit did not hold up to the rigors I had in store. Breanna understood my situation. She upgraded me to a Pro 2 unit to meet my needs. It's perfect!
It's such a refreshing customer service experience. Intelligent people that are working to keep their patrons satisfied. Cheers!
