Hyperice Aus is 100% a scam. Their expensive gear breaks and you’ll get zero support or email responses.

Expect ZERO help once the 12 month warranty has expired. They don't even bother to reply to emails. I have spent six months trying to simply order a replacement charger so now basically am going to be throwing out a $500 massage gun which was kept in perfect condition and looks like new but I cannot charge. Shocking.

Advertised as in stock, but once you order, you’re basically ignored. I ordered during the Black Friday sale and heard nothing until I chased them. Was told the item was still arriving and that express postage would be arranged — then complete silence. No replies to emails, no updates, no items. It’s now almost 24th December and I still have nothing. Misleading stock information and terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Do not purchase anything from Hyperice Australia. There are huge delays in shipping times. Not weeks but months to receive goods.
The promised 10% discount for 1st time customers doesn't work when you try to apply it.
There is no contact phone number and emails sent to them are simply ignored.
They keep no stock whatsoever and just order it in when they have enough orders and just do one bulk order once every month.

They launch a pre order for a $2000 top of the range product only to take all our money and delays mean the product lands a month late. I could live with this because it’s not their fault but then they sit on the product for a week telling me it’s shipped then two more weeks of excuses then finally they said it shipped only to find out it actually went 4 days later and they sent it regular post meaning it’s now another week and a half delay, the customer service team couldn’t care any less or be any less unhelpful.

Normatec Boots - Purchased in 2021, used regularly for about 6 months, then didn't start using again until 2023, broke down within a few months. BE AWARE, WILL NOT WORK WHEN BATTERY FAILS, even when plugged in. Warranty is for 2 years, given the price, I expected much much more.

Super responsive on messenger. Great price, amazing product, and quick delivery - i'll post if I have any issues with the product after some continued use....
