My UPVC patio door had a fault and I was trying to get someone to fix it however after finding out that the company who fitted the door had gone into administration I contacted Hydroguard Legal as they had written about this.

When speaking to the team I found they had amazing knowledge in this matter and were in no rush in explaining the situation.

Despite the possibility of being able to put forward a mis-selling claim against the company their priority was ensuring that I could get my door fixed leaving my home fully secure.

Allowing me to explain the situation allowed them to advise me that the credit company used for the purchase of the door are now liable to cover the warranty. Without this information I would of spent thousands of pounds replacing the door but with the help of Chris and his team I won't have to spend a penny.

Cannot speak highly enough of Chris and his team and would highly recommend.

I would like to thank Hydro Gard, they have worked hard to reclaim my sola pannel outlay as the company went into liquidation, I would like to highly reccomend them as a top rate leagal services company one of the best.

Was contacted randomly by company. We had all apprehensions regarding the case. Took the chance, putting faith in the company's rapport. Though our case seemed to a weak link, but I have to admit Hydrogard legal has put up a good case for & vola !... the positive result. We have been granted more than we could have asked for. Excellent service, everything was explained very clearly. Told the truth that is could take a while to receive any refund. I contacted Chris who came to my home and filled in all the paperwork he needed to, with regard to claiming for my solar panels.He said it would take 6-9 months to resolve and sure enough just over six months and I received the offer of a settlement , which I was very pleased with. It was sheer luck that I contacted them in the first place from an add that came through from the post. I don't normally bother. After a long and difficult claim, Hydrogard Legal Services got us a full refund, we were kept informed every step of the procedure, everyone we spoke to were helpful and courteous. My husband and I would recommend you give them a call if you are having any problems with any mis-sold home improvements.

A while ago, I had paid a very substantial sum for roof treatment which later proved faulty. Hydrogard offered to apply for a refund. Initially, I was not sure I wanted to be involved but they were very professional and yet friendly. They soon obtained a full refund and thoroughly deserved their fee. Highly recommended.

Short and sharp. Without being contacted by Hydrogard L L i would not have been any the wiser and would never have received the money I mis spend on my roof tiles. It has been very professionally dealth with and from now on I always will use my credit card for part of any payment I need to make.

We received a visit from the Hydrogard representative just before Christmas 2016 saying that we had been mis-sold work by Thermal Coatings and that the company had gone into liquidation. At first we were very suspicious of the caller and only agreed to meet again once we had checked out their website. They seemed a genuine company and agreed to meet up 4 days before Christmas. Having agreed for Hyrdogard to represent us we were informed that most claims were settled in 8-10 weeks. Unfortunately ours took almost 12 months but thanks to all the hard work by Hydrogard including dealing with the Ombudsman we have now received the full amount plus interest. Excellent service, kept us informed on the progress of the claim and cannot thank them enough for the help given. Well worth their fee on a 'no win, no fee' basis. Lesson learned - always pay part with a credit card then you will be covered under Section 75 if anything goes wrong!

One of Hyrdogard's Representatives cold called me to let me know I had probably been missed sold Thermal Coating for my roof and I would probably be entitled to my money back. An appointment was made and details given after which I was kept informed of the progress of my claim stage by stage. The final result was a full refund after which I paid Hydrograd's agreed fee as the work had been done on a no win no fee basis. I have no hesitation in recommending Hydrograd for this type of work.

I was approached by Hydrogard as I had potentially been missold a Roof coating. I was visited by a member of their staff who explained the procedure and having supplied details of the contract and payments I subsequently received the full amount plus interest.
