After emailing them thousands times for 12 months, finally seen a refund in our bank account, BUT after a day the money disappeared, and the money never came in. Called our bank right away, and informed us that Hutchgo did not continue the refund.This people are criminal.

This is the worst experience ever! My refund proposal was approved in March, but until now, I still haven't got my refund. Also, like others, every time when I asked for the process, they would reply to say the airline hasn't given back their money yet. What a liar! disgusting! I hope people can see all the reviews before they are hooked by this most horrible travel agent! Boo!!!!

Long story short, if you think that all this scam won't happen to you because odds are not that good, then try and they won't disappoint you. I wish i came here before buying tickets with hutchgo. Now i am in waiting for a refund which will arrive in 6 to 8 months..come on. Is this the world hutchgo is operating in.. 6 to 8 months refund time!!

THEY HAVE CHEAP FLIGHTS FOR A REASON, ITS ALL A SCAM

Very very very bad experience. No email reply or response for > 2 months. Suddenly one email dated the day before flight arrived stating flight is cancelled! One day before??!! After that, again no reply no response when when we want to re-book since flight is cancelled. For more than 8 months now unable to rebook flight because agency is uncontactable. When I called the airline to get number from airline, the answer was - you called the wrong department, we are back office, you leave your number and we will contact you. Refused to provide me with the correct department's number.

"Very bad, very unreliable" is an understatement. As customers, you are left with no response and no answers after paying thousands of dollars for yr flight tickets.

Please remember NEVER to book from this travel agency.

Please stay away from Hutchgo!! This is a scam agency that will make you regret every decision you ever made for ever reading their name! Email them many time about I want to cancel my flight but they say not refund since it coz the pandemic! I really hate this agency. I just feel so regretfully with this!

When I ask about official receipt. Not even reply give the official receipt. What is this. Please stay away from this devil parasite agent.

I bought tcickets on January 2020 for May 11 th 2020
Eva Air refund Hutchgo since May 12th 2020. Hutchgo told me on October 7th, they have no refund so i contacted Eva Air to check with them, they sent me the proof of their refund to Hutchgo on May 12th 2020.
Since October 29th i send them email everyday.
Disgraceful !!!!!
I think Hutchgo doesn't care about their reputation

My family & I are bound for San Francisco last May 15-27, 2020. But due to the pandemic flights was cancelled.
Up to this date Sept. 30, 2020 Hutchgo has not been replying to my email.
I found out sometime Sept. 21, 2020 thru
PHILIPPINE AIRLINES that they already refunded the 5 round trip plane tickets to Hutchgo.
But Hutchgo was telling me last Sept. 14 that PAL did not refund it yet. How true is this?
I am very disappointed & frustrated with HUTCHGO!
Please return my money ASAP!

Booked 6 tickets from Jakarta to Dammam cost me around USD 3600.
After made payment by debit card, website shown error and said booking failed - contact hutchgo CS for further information about the booking and your payment status.

Called them but they kept me on waiting line all the times. Send few emails and they replied that my booking was failed, they will refund the money but until now no further response and haven't received the money.

Watch out for this scammer travel agent...
Will report this to TICHK.org for further action

I did not get any refund from Hutchgo until I cced the Airline in the email correspondences. Hutchgo Customer Service was absolutely NOT responsive to calls or emails.

NEVER AGAIN!

It took some time (3 months) to get the refund of my flight I couldn’t take in June 2020. I received the money today as they initially told me. Very happy with that considering the current situation of the industry. I’ll definitely use their service again.

Asked for refund since 17 March, every month emailed to ask for update they replied with the same excuse "We still haven't got any refund back from airline".

Frustrated, and disappointed! I asked Cathay Pacific directly, and it turns out the airline have processed the refund back to the agent since 5April.

Now, 26 August, I still have not received any refund from this fraudster company. I am yelling and shouting to the agent over 1 hour, and then they just keep giving the same excuses, at first blame to airline, when I showed the airline's email to the agent, they mentioned the ticket issued by other agency, that they are not connected to airline directly, so need to wait other agency to transfer. They already caught red handed but still trying to get away and pointing finger at other party.

What a scammer, unprofessional and fraudster!!

Our family booked a flight from Singapore to Vietnam last June. We sent multiple requests by email but no one replied. I saw one of the reviewers here said to include the airline in your emails and it worked. At last they replied my email and processed my cancellation request but their is a catch...it would take around 12 months to return the money. It is also not sure for now how much it will be. So never ever book with this company no matter how cheap their work offers are.

Scam company, I booked ticket on 27/2/2020 and cancel on 17/3/2020 and until now no respond from them about my refund.
I booked ticket by my master card so today my bank warning me that there is a new charge from Hutchgo is HKD 5.497. Instead they give my money back, they still use my master card info and try to withdraw my money. That is terrible.
who was use visa or mastercard to book ticket on this wep. Please carefull. They scam and fraud .
After longtime requested dispute from my bank, i just got refund money from Hutchgo after 6 months reuqest.

Same to me. Asking for refund since March but no response from them after that. Should go to make a police report since this is a scam company.

Scam company. China air refunded cancelled ticket 30 March 2020. 3 months later Hutchgo Hong Kong still lie about refund status. Do not use this cheating company. File criminal and civil lawsuit with authorities against these Hong Kong thieves.

Not when flights were changed, not when they were cancelled. Not ever when we try to contact them.
Avoid this company

My sister and I from Philippines are going through same issue with Hutchgo right now. Have been trying to cancel her “Cancelled” PAL flight but when I use automated system it won’t accept the reservation code she was given saying it is “Invalid”. Did we all get scammed? Hutchgo is horrible and should be taken off the web!
