This company is completely a SCAM, never responded to any refund emails.

I’ve sent 5-6 emails regarding my flights status which I have directly consult the airlines to get refund, but they refused to respond. Thus I’ve tried again and this round I’ve included cc to airlines customer service and surprisingly they’ve respond to my very last email. They quoted me some amount to be refund and with discount on the handling fee deduction - which was hkd420, now only hkd210. I think you guys should do the same. Cc your email to respective airlines customer support. But then the refund process would take 3-6 months. Slower than a snail. Will add some review later after officially getting the refund 😉

It is not fair, we have made all full payment and the booking airline said already submitted and said fully refund to you but failed to get any single cent refund to us ? . We want to lodge a report and make a complaint about this. It is not that we missed or made any mistakes. Flights were cancelled by your side and we have to suffer all losses and you didn’t even make an effort to reimburse us a voucher that we can use in future? We are not even asking for cash refund , just a travel voucher that we have paid in full. Please look into this urgently and please response to me at least have a courtesy call and action plan . Very disappointed !!!

The worst service I have ever used. Slow or nonexistent replies from customer service. It's a joke.

I booked a flight to Beijing by Air Macau through this agent but due to the Covid I emailed them for update on our flight, but there was no reply! How can i know if my flight is cancelled or not? and can I get the refund? This is frustrating! Very unreliable and bad service!

Totally scam!! I "bought" a ticket there but they never sent me any confirmation email or other thing. They only charged me money! And there is no possibility to actually get contacted with them at all!

This company is a total SCAM - I tried to make a booking a while back and never received a confirmation email... They did however take my money!!! I have tried to contact them multiple times via email and the contact form on their website but no reply. I can't cancel my booking, nor do I know if it was actually ever confirmed. NEVER AGAIN!!

My flights (Thai Airways) was cancelled. I sent multiple emails to Hutchgo.com. But, no reply. Really really frustrating. What we should do with this kind of agents? Please Help.

They are not responding to my email, my message and even my call!
The airline has announced to a full refund and I just want my refund back, is it really hard for you to make a refund?

HUTCHGO IS A SCAM!

Due to Covid lockdown situation in Manila (non-essential travel are not allowed), I had to either rebook or refund place tickets made with Hutchgo. I emailed them a million times, no reply, no acknowledgement whatsoever!

I contacted their Facebook page, similar pathetic situation, no reply, just an automatic redirection of queries to the same email address wherein I have previously emailed them.

I called their office number, no reply too! Really really frustrated and definitely mad! Is there is a rating lower than 1 star? that would be Hutchgo!

This is a scam company, I sent them message time after time but no reply.

My flights got cancelled and I've been trying to get in contact with them through email but no response. Ive been trying to reach out to them for months now and they don't even have a number I can call. They're a scam company. NEVER BOOK FROM THEM

Terrible customer service. Email them but nobody answer my question. Vietnam Airline already cancelled the flight to Busan but this agent never refund to me at all. While my sister bought via Expedia for same air tickets she got fully refund.

You're probably panicking and ignoring all customer support queries about the covid19 situation. I understand that you may be on the brink of collapse from this. But you cannot stay silent as a company with a responsibility to your customers.

Your ability to offer cheap tickets went to waste with your customer service! No one is responding with our request to rebook flights due to the respective lock down and ban of international flights. Please respond otherwise our tickets will be burned just like that. I've sent multiple emails!

Very bad service and nobody returning email for changing flights during this coronavirus period. Airlines should discontinue this agent .

Very poor service. Not response to customer enquiries about changing flight due to Corona Virus. Just kept silent. No update flight info. If Singapore Airline not telling me directly about changing flight, I wouldn't know. DO NOT BOOK WITH HUTCHGO.COM!!!!!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with your customer service. I have sent multiple emails to your company but have yet to receive any response. Bangkok Airways is telling me that my tickets were issued by your company, thus, requires your company to process the refund and cancellation. But you are NOT cooperating and still asking for fees to be charged. While the whole world is working hard to curb the spread of Covid, you guys are robbing us! What a shame.
