Such a terrible experience. They canceled our booking a day before the scheduled flight. Do not book on this agency if you don't want to have headache and waste your money.

The flight was cancelled in May 2020 by Qatar airways due to Covid-19 and I have requested for refund. As of today Hutchgo did not refund and keep on saying that Qatar airways have yet to refund to them. I checked with the Qatar Airways and was told the travel voucher were issued by the airlines for a full refund to the customer. I was asked by Qatar Airways to coordinate with the Hutchgo and show them the travel voucher for cash refund and yet Hutchgo say the airlines yet to refund. We the customer are stuck in between the pushing games in this 2 parties. Please help!!! It is more than 1 year for flight ticket worth USD 10,000. I booked the ticket via Skyscanner.com which in turn show up Hutchgo.com as the lowest price fair!!!

Customer service is terrible. They reply late and give no solution. Never again. I recommend booking directly from airlines.

I have to cancel my flight due the Covid19 infection rate that keep escalating in my zone.
The airline that I will flight with, Batik Air already have temporary policy about 'ticket cancelation' in certain time, including the date of my flight schedule, said it's free and I can get the 100% fullfare refund of the amount I paid for the ticket.
The ticket itself is around $HK349.
But Hutchgo said their refund fee are $HK421.
So ridiculous.
The service fee when I was reservating actually is more than 30% of the ticket actual price too.
What a leech!

I am worried about my booking since I saw lots of bad reviews. So I tried to check it on the said airlines, and it’s confirmed. Woohooo 👏🏻 Thank you hutchgo for the cheapest airfare, but legit

I paid for 2 tickets, and the flight was canceled. I tried to confirm to airline. The Air Line does not include hutchgo.com in their list agency. It's been 3 weeks and I didn't get my refund or EMD voucher. They also not reply to my email anymore. Sky Scanner has to blacklist them.

Hutchgo is too bad site of booking flight ticket.
I booked the ticket of flight with debit note.
The booking was completed without any problem.
But Hutchgo informed me to reject my booking and they didnt disclose the reason to reject.
The cost of flight was charged but they said that it takes 1-2 months to refund money.
I don't use this site any more.

Company has no flights, will take your money but offer a ticket.
If you book via skyscanner make sure you escalate via them to get your money back from huchgo

How they do it? After i paid, i checked on the airline site. My booking ticket is already on the airline website. But then after a week i paid… its goneee its goneeeee 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

I was scared with this agency since after I booked, I searched if hutchgo was legit. made me nervous tho however after I booked, I received my confirmation e ticket. i also checked the given airline reference number which I confirmed with the airline website.

I buy ticket on this website and after payment success they didn’t give me a booking code and I don’t have my ticket so i try to email the customer service but still didn’t answer hopefully they want to refund my payment

Crooks. Thieves. It's been more than a year now and they still have not refunded our tickets from Thai Air. The airline had given them the money already but this company still has not given it back to us!

Scammer. My money was deducted yet I didn't get my ticket and now they dont respond to any of my emails. Skyscanner needs not working wiith them anymore!!

They can’t refund or rebook according to their terms and condition. Its a scam

I had the same experience whereas I made a booking made this morning from Manila Philippines to Tokyo (Haneda). When I booked and completed the payment details and processed the payment the site said it was unsuccessfully processed however I received a notification that it has been deducted to my account and also check my online banking and confirmed the my credit limit was reduce. I already sent an email to customer service but not sure how long will it take for them to cancel this transaction. Any advise how to escalate this issue to expedite the process? Thank you!

Booked a ticket before on their website and they deducted it on my card and yet the booking is rejected and now still haven’t received a refund. I Booked again a cebu pacific ticket thru their website and tried to add baggage but couldn’t make it. I E-mail their customer service but they’re not replying and not assisting properly. Very poor customer service. Also have alot of hidden charges. Very stressful!

Booked a ticket with them, couldn’t fly because of COVID took 10 months for a refund and they still charged me 50euros booking fee even though my flight got cancelled

If you want to avoid stress for your flight booking , please “STAY AWAY”from this travel agency. They will book you a ticket and the confirmation will be sent to your email , then when you go there in airport there will be no flights available.It’s so sad that they cannot refund the ticket.What a SCAM!
