I booked a MAS flight with this travel agent but they got my name wrong and when I contacted them numerous times, they did not bother to respond to me. I had to buy another ticket as I cannot fly with the wrong name.This travel agent did not provide any customer service to their clients.

I have been purchasing airline tickets for my husband since September. The website seems to be working well and at a good price. Unfortunately, it was showing an error during the payment process. My money was taken from my debit card, but I didn't get any e-mail about what happened. I tried to find all the contact details from Google, which is so difficult as there is no phone number. I sent an e-mail to their customer service several times, but they never replied, which is really slow. My booking was rejected, which is what I thought it should be. ​ They​ told​ me​ that​ money​ will​ return​ to​ my​ debit​ Card​ with​in​ 2-5​ day.Until now, almost a month later, I still have not gotten any refund. I tried to resend an e-mail to them many times but got no response, even on Facebook chat.

I booked a extremely cheap fly from Bkk to Hoshimin. My booking reservation did not check in airline website. It had been stressed me a lot, but then I decided to call and check with airlines. They confirm my booking and fly, so all good.

Hutchgo Travel is a rogue merchant. They have a no-refund, no rebooking fine print, even if it's an immediate change of mind by the customer. This breaches basic reasonableness by any standard of laws, be it lemon, consumer act and fair trade act!! They are not based in Singapore and therefore the local laws cannot touch such dishonest, para-scamming merchant who is out to cheat and fleece customers. Best of all our local bank UOB cannot even exercise their due judgement and moral obligation and authority as a local licensed bank to protect the interests of retail customers such as myself. They insisted I pressed the OTP approval, but so has so many other victims of handphone scams who also knowingly approved some links! If banks can do reversals, on such strong grounds of misleading and high-handedness by a merchant, why can't UOB help at the first instant?! UOB is only interested in making money without any regard of the means through which it is done. I have been a long--time customer of UOB for decades. I am utterly disappointed by their lack of care and by their negligence and non-chalance and lack of empathy.
I have been bullied and victimized twice over by the two of them. UOB conniving with Hutchin Travel is deplorable and disappointing. Beware everyone!

The worst travel agency I have ever used. I traveled on 25-08-22 from Kuching to Kota Kinabalu (Malaysia) with tickets booked through HutchGo. They clearly said 30kg checked baggage but at the airport, Malaysia Airlines told me there was no checked baggage booked. I had to buy 29kg extra checked baggage (for me and my girlfriend) for about 250 euros, while the flight itself was 100 euros for the two of us. Now HutchGo keeps ignoring my emails and not responding at all. Again, worst travel agency ever. Never book through HutchGo or expect to get screwed.

My flight was cancelled by the airline. When I asked HutchGo for a refund, they said that I should expect it in 3 to 6 months. I know that the airline gives refunds immediately as they refunded me for another cancelled flight which I had booked directly with the airline.

Now HutchGo don't respond to my e-mails, so I have had to make a claim through my credit-card provider.

Booked a flight to them and the airline cancelled the flight. When i try to request a refund from them, they said airline cannot refund for the departed flight thus advising me to contact the airline directly, so whats their job here as an agent?

If 0 rating or negative ratings are allowed, I would rate this hutchgo.com negative rating because it is the worst online travel booking I ever experienced in my life. They want that even when you are covid positive, you use your booked flight because they will not credit back or rebook the flight. Also, the fx rate is so expensive, better to book direct through airline website and never use this site, it’s a scam! Contacting via email even before the flight due to passengers’ positive covid test but no one promptly replies. Then they replied and said, even with covid you cannot refund or rebook! ! do not recommend this online booking even with PCR test result, they will let you use the flight with covid than refund or at least rebook.

you cannot expect anything from them. rebooking/refunding etc. I suggest book directly from websites. SAME PRICES! IT JUST LOOKS CHEAP. BUT WHEN THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD, YOU'LL BE SURPISED CAUSE THEY CHARGE DIFFERENT CURRENCY AND HIGHER PRICE.

GOOD THING ABOUT DIRECT WEBSITE OF AIRLINE IS THAT YOU CAN REBOOK/ CONVERT TO FLIGHT VOUCHER!!

My flight was changed and I wasn’t informed, they refused to refund me despite falling to notify me that on day of the flight the flight time was changed to 5 hours earlier. One star is overly generous.

I had a terrible experience with Hutchgo and thought they're fradulent. I booked flight tickets but never received them. The flight departed and I was charged. I wanted to amend the return tickets but no one replied contrary to their alleged claim of next working day response. I asked to be connected to their legal team but it's only customer services who denies any connection. They're fraud.

This is the worst travel company I have ever dealt with. My flight was cancelled but they did not inform me. Then when I asked when I was rebooked they did not reply to me and cannot tell me. Now I ask for my money back and they don't respond. If I could give them 0 stars or negative stars I would. Avoid at all costs!

They blow up big time in resolving my situation. It could have been better if they have a reliable and assuring customer service representative but their senior csr is doing a terrible job that can't do s**t. I made a wrong decision booking ticket from them when I have no choice but to book for them because they offer the time I want. I should have known better.

It is a real scam, customer service is horrible.

So horrible. I received the email from them, the date was correct, but in the official website the date was wrong. When I asked them what happened? Then they still insisted oh our email is correct and after I insisted them to make sure the official ticket date is correct then simply reply me the flight is cancelled!! I don't blaming them for cancellation of flight, but dont even have a courtesy to inform me about this??? What if I don't ask and trusted their email is correct and show up at the airport 😡. And I ask for official notification fr the airline then say dont have any 🙄 very very untrustworthy. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS

I booked a flight on may 28 and 4 days later I still don’t have received the electronic ticket. I had to go to Cebu Pacific to get my ticket for a flight on June 2.
They are not serious.
Also, check the currency.

I bought 400 usd worth of tickets that the airline said does not exist. Customer service is poor. This is a scam.

I book a ticket through Skyscanner and forward it to Hutchgo.com. Booking and payment did, but 5 minutes after the transaction, they sent an email informing me that the ticket hasn't available. And need 2-3 weeks for the refund.... and I write this report 3 months after they very difficult to contact and no response for my email.
This company is a scam, please someone report it to Hongkong authorities.
