I booked a flight last nov 2022 and it happen to appear this site. They gave me booking number through air asia. When i tried to chat air asia to inquire and book baggage they havent found my booking number. I contacted them again to verify but to no avail. My upcoming trip is on april 1. Plan to call citibank to file a dispute case so i can refund my payment. Dont ever transact with this horrible site. Totally a scammer.

I ventured net for online airline
ticket in the Philippines as i normally do. This time this scammer HUTCHGO.COM appeared easyhandedly for that transaction. It looks LEGIT and easy smooth going without me knowing im falling to a TRAP. Yes the site is designed for scamming. Normally before going to payment stage youll get a review to confirm FLIGHT details I got used to. This time around I made a huge mistake. I paid it successfully but my destination was WRONG which I have notified them immediately by mail in less than 5 minutes. They replied of course but I was sorry according to them their no such thing as changing details or even refund. And so that it they got me money SO EASY. Good luck scammers

I booked a flight with them. The flight changed by several hours which would make me miss connections. I asked to be scheduled on an earlier flight or get a refund as this is not what i booked. They said if they gave me a refund they were going to charge me a $79 cancellation fee on a $100 flight. I was not cancelling, they changed the flight to something I would never have booked.

Buyer be Aware!

I am a pro traveler, and I have seen all different shapes and flavors of bad service, but Hutchgo was bad on another level which made me leave a review.

Just a heads up:

1) Seems they do not have IATA# or can purchase the tickets from Airline as an agent for you. Their website is just a money collection webpage and they may be sourcing the ticket sold to you from other 3rd parties. I checked their license # and verficiation failed!

2) The email address and the customer service phone # on their website are all fake. It is an answering machine that says everyone is busy and they don't even put you in a queue to talk to an agent. Good luck reaching anyone.

3) If the two reasons above are not enough to make you run away from them, be careful with the actual price currency they are quoting. From one page to another page currency changes from CAD to USD or AUD to USD!

4) All around this is a shady business. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Trust me when traveling goes wrong, you wish you have spent 50, 100 bucks more buying your ticket from a reliable agency.

There is no zero Star but Hutchgo is not worth half a Star even. Be careful, this is a scamming company. They dont send tickets. And if they do, they send so late, that you booked with another company. They promise the ticket within 48 hrs (why not instantly like all others?) and if the tickets arrive after 60 hrs and you booked with another company, coz you have to fly the day after, they will not give you back the money, even if you cancel in the right time.
And if the pay back the rest of the vslue, the need 5 month to pay. At least. Keep away from this company.

BAD EXPERIENCE BUYING AIR TICKET FROM THIS AGENT! THEY WON'T HANDLE THE CHANGE BUT PUSH TO VIETNAM AIRLINES! WHEN YOU CONTACT VIETNAM AIRLINE DIRECT, THEY WILL PUSH YOU BACK TO HUTCHGO!

This website is a scam. They will steal your money and when you ask for a refund they will say that their internal fee is the value of your ticket. PLEASE avoid at all costs! I have tried emailing them and asking for a full refund and they keep changing their excuse. They said the airline refund fee was too high but when I went on the website the airline clearly states it does not charge fees. Now they are saying their fee is higher than the cost of my ticket.

Think twice before you book the service. This is the worst service platform I have ever used. No one responds to an email for more than 20 days, and no one answered the hotline for many times. The customer service team also did not have the patience to help solve the problems. Even Carmel Cheng, the manager of the customer service department, did not actively help the customer to solve the problems that should be solved. After the hotline get through just put customer on hold to wait until I lost my patient. Is that the service your team supposed to provide?Very, very very disappointed for the terrible experience, will never ever use it again.

There should be an option for zero star. This travel agency is the worst one ever. Customer service is useless. It's a scam so beware.

Worst customer service ever! Do I even need to say more? Might as well not even have a customer service department! Who works in it? One guy part time or something? Mental! Responses are almost zero, have to email 6-7 times before you get a reply, then when you do they clearly haven't bothered to read your email as their response has nothing to do with what you asked and then you have to email another 6-7 times for a reply. Been emailing since May and it is a complete waste of time. Just ignoring us until we give up as there is no customer service at all. I don't know one person who has ever had a refund from this place after a ridiculous amount of time chancing. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Bought ticket from hutchgo departing Singapore to China and connecting flight to Shanghai. Due to the delay by China eastern airline, the flight was misconnected and we have to rebooked another ticket to Shanghai. When we wrote email to seek hutchgo help to assist to rebook the flight, they keep entertaining us by saying they will try but no guarantee and confirm airline can change for us. If you purchase the ticket from 3rd party, I don't see any problem the ticket cannot be changed due to the airline fault. Hutchgo just trying to delay to contact airline for the rebooking. I suppose they never even contact to airline in the first place instead just wasting our time. Personally I don't think hutchgo deserve 1 star for this review but since I have to open this review no choice but to put it. I strongly believe this company will never assist any help you need after you booked ticket from them, not even to refund you back the unused ticket due to disconnecting flight by the airline. Even despite we have given the letter from airline, no help was rendered to us. As such, please avoid using this 3rd party hutchgo to buy your ticket, they just scam your money. Never buy tickets from hutchgo as they will not assist you for any refund or rebooking issues. Maybe their customer service just sit at their desk writing email to entertain you buy nothing has been done at their back end at all. This is a real disappointing company I have ever came across !!! Avoid them at all cost.

I'd like to cancel my flight and get refund.
Trying to reach them for about a week from email, every customer service on their website, but nothing works.
Their phone number is from HK, my provider doesn't allow to process international call from Thailand.
I randomly found their cheap ticket on SkyScanner.

Never use this traval agency! At first confirmed our tickets and baggages, then cancelled our baggage but refused to give a refund of our flight tickets! Tried to call them and sent +10 emails. Extremely rude customer service that have been ignoring all my messages and calls once I asked the recording of the first phone call because they were scamming us. Please, don’t trust this company, we lost our money because of it! Asked my leagal right to get the recording because I want to get this case forward as I’ve started already. Haven’t replied to my many messages since that! Please avoid this company and spread the word to other travallers.

Book an airticket through Hutchgo for airasia Indonesia and the price is attractive. However, I have to check the airasia website to find out the flight has been cancelled and inform Hutchgo. After numerous email follow up, they agreed for a refund, but I was informed I have to wait for 3-6months from the airline. is this normal??

Don't book thru HutchGo! Very bad customer service. If anything happened to your flight, they won't take any responsibility. I have emailed their customer service many times but no response at all. Impossible to reach them after booking for the flight. Very BAD SERVICE!

We booked a flight using hutchgo and the price is really low and it was too good to be true but it didn't fail us. We checked air asia app many times and totoo naman nakabook kami under their agency nakabalik na kami from our trip

I am reviewing based on my experience. Last November 15, 2022 I booked my flight received the confirmation a day after. While booking there is a doubt due to negative reviews and low star rating but upon checking the reviews, it is from years before and during pandemic where there is always a possibilities of flight change and cancellation so I gave them the benefit of a doubt. I had booked my ticket and it is a smooth transaction with hutchgo. I simply select the date of travel (november 22), pay and wait for the confirmation. For those who book with third party websites. Always check your reference number with the airline website so you will be updated for any changes.

I booked a domestic flight last week and it was fine. I got confirmation and e-ticket but there is no terminal stated in my e-ticket. I emailed the customer service but got no responses. And I have heavy doubts that I was scammed when I read the reviews. Some said that their flights were cancelled without being informed so I am afraid this might happen to me too. Very disappointed with the Hutchgo.com. Please don't book on this travel agency.

I was book a flight ticket from this travel agency, unfortunately one of the routine flight is cancelled by the airlines, so I was asking for the refund through the email but there are no respond from them, it's already 5 days. Really terrifble services.

Flight bookings of Air Singapore and Scoot done by Hutchgo was changed twice, I had to pay more for rescheduling, then schedule changed again.
Connecting flight after 2nd change LEAVE 10 MINUTES BEFORE LANDING TIME OF PREVIOUS FLIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HAD TO BUY AIR ASIA TICKET AS ALTERNATIVE, much better website and service.

No response from Hutchgo after numerous attempts of re sheduling and for a refund for their messup.
