SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COST

I searched for plane tickets through Google Flights. Google Flights has a filter to include carryon and I check every time that I book tickets. After setting my filter to include carryon, Hutchgo comes up in the list of travel agents to book with so I proceeded and checked during booking that it was included. During check in at the airport on day of travel, I was told that my carryon is not included. The check-in agent was sympathetic and explained he has seen this many times and Third-party travel agents can be dishonest. What to do at that point. Just a heads up to travellers.

Company booked wrong flight for me and wouldn't return the fee . Tried to contact them and phone number didn't work and Emails were ignored . Don't use this company .After many days they did respond saying they don't refund anything or change or adjust tickets . Bad experience.

Scam website. Trash service. They did not mention anywhere on booking page that the fare does not include even carry on bags! (which are normally included unless specified). Had to pay $70 extra on a $200 flight

Inaccurate advertising about luggage and unclear cancellation policy.

do not book to this website. they are scammers. i booked a flight and the amount showing upon payment was 35k php but when I checked my card, they charged 37k php.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was about to cancel my flight due to pregnancy, sent them all the documents as proof and I'm asking for a refund and til now no response from them. Never trust this agency !!!

Horrible.I booked a flight for the 20th of April. But when booked the confirmation sent me 20th of August.

I’ve contacted for a change in dates to which they can’t do as no seats are available. I’ve checked skyscanner and I can see there was space available for 2. I can see they have lied or not bothered to see if they can change dates. I then ask for a refund.

They reply they can’t change dates or refund. This CS agent sent this without their name so Im not sure if this information is correct. I’ve gotten in touch with my bank and they will help me.

Horrible service. The office is NEVER available; dont listen to the auto loop, after 3 days of calling throughout the day they just never have staff. The dates of my tickets are wrong. I am making a complaint to my bank to reverse the charges and am going to report them for fraud. Nobody will answer me and I have these totally useless tickets.

Pay attention to those people, they change the exchange rate and charge you more than they show you. keep a screenshot of the bill before paying

I booked with this company, and only moments after the confirmation email I saw a discrepancy on the ticket, and have been trying to get that resolved and they tell me booked is booked no changes and no cancellations!!!!!

Scam. DO NOT USE THEM. Payed for tickets. Flight was cancelled and the new flight they gave was completely wrong! Then they said the airline does not actually offer that route (then why are Hutchgo selling it???). They said if we want a refund it will take 6 months to process, and if we dont reply in 1 day they will not allow the refund!!

I bought a plane ticket, I received a confirmation and a ticket. 6 hours before the flight, hutch notified me that I would not fly because the plane was overbooked. They don't answer my emails and they never returned my money.

Saved money!! Everything works very good with their site!! I got everything.... It works very good... they are not scam at all...

This company really suck. They charge to my card and never produce my air ticket. I saw many comments and now I noticed this company is a scam. suck blood. I think Interpol must do something about it. This company has been cheating people. Someone, do something to this company, please. Give me back my bloody money.

Worst agency experience ever in my life. Basically scammed over $2000 worth of ticket for 2 passengers. I requested a refund immediately, the agency asked me to pay over $150 in refund fee. It was inevitable, so I agreed. The agency then proceeded to reply back and forth using tricky language and not ever confirming my refund. Till my travelled date, they claimed I never replied to confirmed. I replied to cancel and ask for refund agreeing to the additional fees. I have email proof going back and forth with them. I recommend nobody to ever use this agency!!! No matter how enticing the price is. The price will be subjected to more charge than you see when charged to your statement anyways. This is extremely awful. $2000 absolutely wasted.

Highly encourage everyone to do research on the agency prior to booking…read their (scamming) policies beforehand. If you do read them…you would never book with them to begin with.

In addition. Having spoken with the airline of the flight that hutchgo claimed to have booked me. The airline confirms that the status is pending. Meaning that Hutchgo confirms your ticket, but the airline might not have seats and you might not be granted a ticket on the day of your travel.

AWFUL HORRIBLE COMPANY - LOST MY BOOKING THEN ADDED THE WRONG PASSENGER DETAILS AND WOULDN'T CHANGE OR REFUND ME. BASED IN HK SO NO LOCAL SUPPORT - TERRIBLE STAFF ATTITUDE - GO WITH ANYONE BUT THIS BUNCH
