Bad Experience using Hutchgo App
I never had such a bad experience ever with huchgo CS. I sent my complaint email to CS, no any feedback though. I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent booking I made using your app for a family trip. Unfortunately, I forgot to log in before completing the reservation. When I contacted your customer service, I was informed that it was not possible to add this booking to my account, which means I will not earn MoneyBack for this trip. I find it disappointing that the app cannot accommodate manual adjustments.

Hidden fees, bought a ticket posted for 285 meanwhile charged 308 and customer representative not helpful at all. I bought 4 tickets and the same happend on all 4. I will avoid and warn everyone I know! Very disappointing experience, would never recommend

This travel agency is a scam
This travel agency is a scam! I paid online for what the price of the ticket but they charge me morethan what was the price . ! And on top of that they won't allow you to change booking schedule incase of emergency. They only after your money .They show cheaper flights but no it's just a scam! don't ever try to use this website for travel flights . Buy tickets directly to the airline website so you can manage your flight by yourself if you need to chance the schedule. I will not recommend this website to any of my friends.

hotelsuites did not match description
Booked 2 suites at Golden Tulip in Saint-Witz France with the clear indication both had a bathtub in which we could relax after a long roadtrip. Upon arrival the hotel did not have any rooms with bathtub.
No reaction came from Hutchgo on the mail and review that was sent directly to them.
Never again will we use them and advise others to stay away from them

I was going to select HutchGo and when…
I was going to select HutchGo and when it came to the payment, I found that it was not only in USD and then seemed to add about a 10% markup beyond the actual exchange rate. Seems like a nickle and diming type of scheme that many people wouldn't notice. I did and opted for a competitor. It's a cut throat world out there and this is the way HutchGo tried to play the game with me. (and because of this unethical or even fraudulent practice, I decided to write a review to warn others.)

Hutchgo scammed me for 250 dollars also
I booked an hotel in paris for the wrong night a month later and since i am not going to use that reservation or service i have contacted their support email and phone number to ask for a refund but without ANY response. I should have looked at the reviews on here beforehand. This is really a disgrace and i have started a dispute with my bank. This company should be looked into !!

Hutchgo scammed me for 500 dollars (UPDATED)
I booked a flight from Hutchgo and the payment went through right away. A month later I got an email that my flight didn't go through and I wasn't refunded for it. They would reply to my calls and email.
P.S.
Hutchgo reached out and took care of the booking already after this review and dispute claim through my bank. It's fair to keep the review as it is til I get on that flight. I need something to fall back to because just in case they fail to deliver. I'll keep updating til til the flight.
