I am very impressed with the services from humber services especially from Luke. He called ahead of the delivery and was very professional. He delivered our furniture with a smile and even though it took longer to setup he was very patient and made sure everything was done perfectly before leaving. Very pleased with his services.

My delivery was apparently ready to be delivered 10th December. Fast forward over 2 months and I still do not have my sofa.
1) No response to my emails
2) Told DFS the sofa was ready on the 17th Jan (despite a text asking if they could deliver on the 10th Dec)
3) Told DFS they would finally deliver 18th Feb but no conformation sent to me - only when I rung DFS again did Humber say that there had been an error with their routing team and then I finally got text confirmation
4) Despite having confirmation again last night, Humber cancelled a few hours before my delivery today.
No Sofa, no communication, nothing to sit on in my flat. Really poor service. Think I've probably rung/emailed DFS/Humber over 10 times now.

Kyle and Luke delivered a bed and mattress for us. Rang ahead to say what time they would be arriving. Very friendly and couldn't do enough. Overall professional service. Thanks guys.

Joe and Jess were amazing. Our delivery couldn't have gone any smoother. Polite, respectful and friendly. They put together the sofas with no problems at all. Extremely happy 😊

Disappointing delays but delivery was good
We were given a delivery date, I stayed home, no delivery. Their online tracking said ‘delivered’ , when I finally spoke to someone they said they were having trouble with their systems. They agreed to deliver 1 week later, the earliest they could manage. On the day of delivery they cancelled claiming crew sickness. We have not received our delivery and they can’t tell us when we will.
Chair finally delivered, the chaps were excellent. Set everything up and took away all packaging

Bad experience with this company.
DFS order , I received communications through email and text, I received a text with a delivery date offering a week ahead a replied yes and got time off work. Received a confirmation text and email of the agreed date and stated I'll receive a text of time slot at 6pm the day before. I received that text of confirmation the day before delivery that it was going ahead, I logged into the tracker which showed a time of 1pm-4pm. I had sofas and furniture moved the evening before ready for them to come. 3 hours before my time slot I receive a text cancelling my delivery. Ringing the transport department didn't help and customer services couldn't help, it's with routing and I have to wait for them to offer a slot , I work , have nothing to sit on, had the phone put down on me. Absolutely shocking service and told I could be waiting another week for delivery it's not acceptable.

Carl and Luke brought our Simba bed this afternoon and I wanted to say what a brilliant job they did. They were polite, efficient, friendly and helpful. They removed the old bed and set up the new one. As we are both pensioners, we really appreciated their help. Thank you both.

If I could give a -5 stars I would, Originally got a delivery date of November 10th, no sign of sofa or recliner within 2 weeks of that date, rang and emailed finally got a delivery date for a Sat early Dec, Suprise Suprise no show, Got another delivery Date for following Monday( take in mind we had got rid of our sofas over the weekend as we were confirmed and giving a delivery time..No show! this happened 3 more times, they then informed me there was port damage from red warning and they would try to get it to us before Christmas, this happened 3 more times until I got a call from DFS explaining the situation, in fairness to DFS they gave a few bob for the inconvenience of it, Still doesn't take from the fact that it's now the 27th of January still no sofa or recliner and we had to borrow a 2 seater sofa to keep us tied over for the last month, Family of 5..Great crack!!

I really think that booking your delivery then not giving you a time frame for it until 6pm the night before is ridiculous. People can’t just take full days off work like that.
We got a call 11th December offering to deliver on 12th December. Too short notice so we declined.
Then on 30th December I complained to DFS about the lack of communication. That next day I received a text from Humber Services offering delivery on 8th Jan. 6pm the night before I got an email with a time slot of 7-10am. Got to 10am nothing. I rang them. Was told they only have half of our order. What?!?! 10 mins later I got a text saying delivery had been cancelled due to a vehicle error. They did turn up at 11.30 with one of our sofas.
our 4 seater did not arrive until 20th January.
When we bought the sofa we were told there was flexibility with delivery. Such a lie. You get offered one date and don’t get the time until 6pm the day before.

Ordered a Simba Matress on 9 Jan , received an email from Humber Services to say they would be in touch with a delivery date. After contacting Simba for an update I received an email from Humber saying mattress delivery would be 20 Jan , them on 19 Jan i received a message saying it wss a pm slot. at 11am on 20th Jan i received a mail saying delivery was cancelled due to a vehicle breakdown and they would be in touch with a new date. On 22nd I rang Humber to request a new date and was given Friday 24th , again I received a mail saying my slot was pm. At 11am on 24th I received a mail saying delivery was cancelled due to adverse weather and a 2nd mail stating it was rearranged for 25th. Again I was given a pm slot. it is now 21.40, someone has been in the house all day and still no mattress, no phone call , no email , nothing .
Absolutely disgusting service, or lack of it.
