They were both great. On time and quick and efficient. They demoder and tested the sofas and tidied up the packaging before leaving

I Would give zero stars if possible. Avoid this company. I guess if you are buying Simba mattress you can't avoid this company so better avoid buying Simba mattress.
Bought a Simba mattress and it was supposed to get delivered last Friday ( 14/03/2025). Got a text previous day to remove all my old mattress and a time slot was given.
The driver never showed up or any notification about not being delivered.
Tried calling the customer service and got a very cold reply saying they don't know why it didn't get delivered and they will reach out "as soon as" possible. The customer service agent kept replying the same with out any meaningful updates.
Very bad customer service.

@Megan .. thanks for your response. But there is no response or no resolution yet. I talked to the same customer service agent yesterday, she promised to give a call to provide an update but none so far. I believe your response is just a standard template response for all negative comments rather than trying to resolve the actual problems.

Ordered before Christmas 2024 and the first delivery the bed was damaged either at the factory or in transit. Then it's just got from bad to worse 3 attempts at delivery and there is always been a message saying there has been an issue. We've been told the last message we would be priority delivery and you would think that would mean on the day of our delivery would be in the morning but no. I'm still sitting here right now at 21:30 and have been in the house all day and the courier is saying now 22:00 our bed will be delivered and i have 2 young kids in my house sleeping so the couriers better not wake them up. EVERYONE AVOID SIMBA LITERALLY THEE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE DELT WITH IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!. I will be speaking to Simba very soon once I get my bed eventually for a major compensation.

Not impressed, took the day off work delivery never made. Don't use this company. Don't communicate with customers, delivery driver very rude and aggressive. Did not have my order on the van.

Extremely impressed with Brad and Liam who delivered sofa bed in evening. They rang as we’re running late were very charming and polite and made my sofabed fully functional and even went through how I put it up and down.
Highly recommend and whatever you pay these lads isn’t enough as they’re worth holding on. Sarah

If I could leave a zero, rest assured I would. Delivered a Simba mattress to my property in November 2024 and the incompetent driver reversed into my house, causing damage to the bespoke guttering. Driver refused to give me his name and said it wasn’t his problem.
After sending over 30 emails, and making even more calls, I finally got a response from the Commercial Manager, whom I am not able to name due to guidelines, accepting the blame and advising that this would be settled via their ‘accounts’ departments, who incidentally are non-existent and have not responded to a single email sent. It’s now been over 4 months and I am still waiting for a resolve, and for my claim to be settled.
Enough is enough, I have now opened a claim via the Small Claims Court NI due to the lack of responses to my emails/calls, and the length of time it’s taken to resolve. This company is incompetent from the ground, right through to management. So not only will this company have to pay for the damage, they will also have court fees added - idiots!
Avoid this company like the plague. Ordered a 4k simba bed, was contact my simba to say the bed was with Humber and would hear from them. I didnt despite emailing them and trying to call. After weeks of chasing I finally managed to get a delivery date for the 11th March between 8 and 10am. At 9.15 I get a call saying they were cancelling delivery due to loading issues. No offer of a new date and time. Contacted Simba to be told sorry we will email them... like what the hell? Clearly neither company care about customers. Avoid avoid avoid both company's.

Absolutely awful service. Still waiting delivery. Ordered a DFS sofa on 30th December. Since then I've had Humber schedule 4 different deliveries and so far they've cancelled every one.
1. Delivery 24th Feb - Driver Sickness
2. Delivery 28th Feb - Problems with loading
3. Delivery 8th Mar - Informed today that they don't have the sofa in stock??? Rescheduled delivery now for the 13th Mar.
If it wasn't in stock, why did you arrange the prior deliveries? It will be 10 weeks since ordering next week.
I'm absolutely gobsmacked at this service. I have no faith that it will be here next week now if ever. These companies seriously need to sort themselves out and stop messing their customers about. Never seen anything like it before. Order no D1A14038402

After a bad experience last week with this company I have to say Gary and Craig who today redelivered my sofa were exceptional. It was not easy access with it being a flat and the sofa wasn't the easiest to assemble but credit where it's due they went above and beyond today and turned my negative experience with the company around. Thank you both.

Simba Sleep use Humber for their delivery and fitting of beds. Simba sell a VIP service and I can assure you its anything but VIP. The bed was delivered by SIMBA to Humber and becuase they hadn't scanned one part the delivery date couldn't be scheduled. It took me 2 weeks of chasing to get the part scanned so a delivery date could be arranged. Delivery day comes and in the delivery slot they cancel y delivery due to "illness". When time is taken off work, there is finical implication which humber or simba do not care about. Second delivery date is arranged and at 8:15pm the driver calls, that's right 8:15pm to say he is 2 hours away and it takes 45 mins to fit the bed and he won't be coming. The VIP service doesn't allow you to pick your delivery date or delivery time. They cancel and expect you the customer to work around them. Avoid at all costs.

We bought a 3 seater reclining sofa and chair on January 2nd after spending months looking for a quality one. We went ahead and placed the order and was told it would take 3 weeks. After the date passed I contacted dfs to see what was going on and was told the delivery company "humber services" would be in touch. Days went passed and nothing happened so I called dfs and was assured they had my correct details and would be in touch. A week later still nothing so again I called them and asked for humber services direct phone number to call them direct but couldn't get through. Another week passed and still no sofa and no contact from humber or dfs. I eventually got in touch with humber who had the incorrect phone number for me so once they got the right number I got a text saying it would be delivered next day. I declined as I was at work so agreed the following Wednesday. Tuesday night I got a confirmation text of the time and then on the day they was supposed to deliver it they "broke down". Seems they break down every week!! Or when they get behind on deliveries they auto send the same pre typed text as an excuse. Upon checking other dfs customers they also get the same excuse of breakdowns.
2 months later the sofa arrived but missing the ezygliders we paid for!!.. again called dfs who told me I have to wait 72hrs!!.
All in all its been a stressful 2 months since buying a sofa and clearly not 3 weeks delivery like they claimed.
I have to say we will never ever use dfs again and they need to get a new delivery company.
Awful experience avoid.
Read all the bad reviews about humber services and the "megan" auto replies.
Jamie & Ritchie were brilliant, on time, tidied up after themselves and made sure everything was ok before they left. Would definately recommend !

Currently waiting on this company to deliver a product from Simba sleep that was ordered in January. They have now cancelled on me 3 times with very little notice (40 mins notice on 1 of the cancellations). I have spoken with their customer services who provide no update or reason for cancellation, and no forecast on delivery. Absolutely shocking level of service in this day and age. As for a supposed reputable company (Simba Sleep) continuing to use this company, it beggars belief. Looking at Simba negative reviews, they are mostly around deliveries from this company. I will update this if i ever receive my order..!!

Luke and Kyle were excellent, I was given a 3 hour time slot the day before and then I received a text from them to say they would be there in 20 minutes, and they were right on time. They were very helpful and really nice.
Jamie and Ritchie delivered our new sofa this morning. They were really helpful and friendly, got the sofa in and set up quickly and left the place neat and tidy

Appalling service! 2 cancelled deliveries in one week and little to no care! Poor excuses of a van not working and now they are sick! They either need to get more staff and better vans cause from looking at their reviews it’s the same excuses they provide. Avoid at all costs!!!
