I'm not one to leave reviews often but the great service and quality product has prompted me to - communication with me was very clear/prompt and the sign arrived really quickly, highly recommended!

Excellent service from ordering through to delivery. Communication was timely and the product is good quality. It has significantly enhanced the look of our property. I should have done this a long time ago.

The quality of the signs is excellent for the price, they look great. They were delivered promptly, very well packaged, and the overall experience in dealing with House signs Wales was easy, the team there are very polite and responsive.

What a lovely product and quicker turnaround than expected, cannot fault the selection process and the updates throughout. The sign has been put up on the wall today and I am thrilled with the result, it looks better than I envisaged. It is always a little nerve wracking to purchase something on the internet which is bespoke without seeing it. However the process of selecting and viewing online made it far easier and the quality is excellent.

Thank you again, it has finished off my newly painted house perfectly and I would highly recommend.

The sign arrived quickly, is great quality and just what we were after. It looks really smart.

I bought two signs, with a Classic edge and secret fixings. They are beautifully smooth, heavy slate and look excellent quality. They took just over 4 weeks to arrive. Would highly recommended. They also answer queries very quickly and rang me with a query and were really helpful. Not installed the signs yet - the screws on the back are plastic, so hope they’re easy to fix.

It was easy to choose and order it on the website. It looks even better in real life though, so it was worth waiting a couple of weeks for it.
It was really easy to put up too, it looks perfect on our house. And it was good value. Would recommend.

After reading many reviews on this company, I was in two minds whether to invest in purchase. I’m so glad that I did.
The product is gorgeous, perfect fittings (hidden screws) and exactly what I ordered. Price paid was favourable as others were much higher.
If I had to add a negative comment it would be customer service. Quite slow on response and updates which can cause unnecessary stress.

We have used Housesigns Wales for the first time. I have to say there communication and the actual product was excellent. So much so I have just ordered another sign which is of top quality. Delivery was 2 weeks from payment to delivery so not bad considering we are in Ireland. I would have no hesitation to recommend this company. Many thanks

Overall their communication is dreadful, if you manage to get any communication from them it will always come across that it is your fault and that you are stupid.

I had a sign from them that is poorly finished.

After initially having to chase to find out when the sign would arrive (having paid extra for their speedy service), apparently i had been sent the tracking info....clearly I hadn't as I wouldn't have had to chase....and having successfully received all their other E-Mails except this one clearly it was my fault....stupid me..!!

Any way currently i have E-mailed them on 17th July, 21st July & 26th July raising the quality issue and had zero response...maybe they should check their spam folder..!!!

I would suggest you do not use them....the finish is poor and their customer service does not exist.

We ordered 3 slate house signs and they are superb quality! One arrived with a Chip in it but was replaced with no fuss. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I placed my order on 6th July. I received and email confirming delivery details and tracking number, tracking details show that the collection of my sign was cancelled at 12:58hr on Tuesday 27th.i have sent various emails to Housesigns but not received any response. No telephone number provided either. Not very good service and this present now looks like arriving too late.

Reply: I have sent up my emails so any responses would go to my inbox and have not received any response from you which is why 'unfortunately' I have had to resort to this method of contact. Your 'live chat' facility appears to have been removed along with any telephone number making it very difficult to contact yourselves. Could you advise if I am likely to receive the sign before Saturday which is when it was required for an opening ceremony!

Can't wait to put our sign up. Just what we wanted for our new home. Really good quality, would highly recommend. Lucy was really helpful. The time scale for delivery was obviously longer than normal in these Covid times, but we were advised of this from the start & it was only 3 weeks. Well worth the wait. I am delighted with my house sign. I couldn't find the layout I wanted on the default settings, so I emailed and explained what I wanted and they sent me layouts. I then messed around with alternative fonts and every time I received a cheery and helpful response. Once the sign arrived I was absolutely thrilled with it!

Place an order for a sign 3 weeks ago. Everything initially was good but recently received an email saying due to be delivered. Tracking info has no record despite have a ref no. Cannot contact anyone by phone and emails not answered. Not good so far !
