Had an amazing experience with Sarah, I found her knowledgeable and approachable. She was incredibly kind to my family’s needs and went above and beyond to get everything done on a very tight time frame!
She was accommodating to our requests and we were made to feel like everything was as possible.

I had a very good experience at Hotspring World.

I was greatly impressed by the huge showroom and wide choice of pools available. The lovely Sarah was on duty and extremely helpful - she let me try out four different pools and answered all my questions.

I was in the showroom for nearly two hours until I knew exactly which pool I wanted! There was no pressure or rush to make a decision.

The pool is certainly expensive to run, but a wonderful luxury item that has brought me a lot of pleasure in the last two months... If you are thinking about getting one, do not hesitate in heading to the showroom and taking a dip.

A final thanks to the installation team who did a great job in super fast time.

When we asked about heating costs for our Endless Pool, they were evasive. We realised that meant the costs were probably going to be high, but the actual cost is much much worse than we ever imagined - and that was in the summer.
Now it is winter, turns out that whoever mentioned draining it down for the winter was mistaken, that is not recommended. Instead all we can do is turn it down to the minimum temperature which is 15 degrees C!!!! I cannot understand why it needs to be that warm, it wouldn't freeze at 10 degrees less than that. It is costing us a fortune when we aren't even using it. I feel we were misled by omission, I don't think this is 'suitable for purpose' in this country, I would not recommend this company or the Endless Pool.

I would like to thank Billy for all his help and advice in the purchase of our hot tub it was along time getting here but that's what you get when you order one in covid he kept me up to date on my purchase it is the best love a good soak watching the stars at night with a glass of wine

ONE STAR IS THE LOWEST I CAN RATE. STILL TOO HIGH FOR THIS COMPANY.
I WOULD NOT EVEN RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY. DISGUSTING SERVICE. THEY CONSTANTLY PROVIDED US WITH MISINFORMATION. THERE ARE HIDDEN COSTS THAT WHEN THEY CANNOT PROVIDE THE SERIVICE AND HAVE TO REFUND THE INITIAL DOWN PAYMENT, THEY REFUSE TO REFUND THE (IN OUR CASE THE £360.00 0F WOOD THAT THEY INSISTED WE BUY SO THAT THEY COULD DRIVE ON GRASS NEXT TO OUR HOUSE) YOU MAY THINK THAT THIS IS AN OK THINK FOR THEM TO REQUEST BUT AT NO POINT DID THEY TELL US THAT WE WOULD NEED TO FORK OUT THIS EXTRA MONEY. IN FACT WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO DETERMINE WHERE THE HOT TUB WAS GOING (BILLY FROM HOTSPRING WORLD NEAR DOBBIES IN PETERBOROUGH) TOLD US THAT THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM. WE WERE AT NO POINT TOLD THAT THERE COULD BE A PROBLEM WITH GETTING THE HOT TUB INTO THE COUNTRY BEAUSE THESE SUB PAR, RUDE AND USELESS STAFF TOLD US WE WOULD HAVE IT BY NOVEMBER AT THE LATEST WHEN WE PURCHASED IT LAST AUGUST. EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AND HAVING TO CHASE INFORMATION THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROVIDED (INCLUDING WHERE IS OUR ORDERED HOT TUB) THEY MOVED THE DATES SO MANY TIMES THAT EVENTUALLY WE HAD NOT TRUST IN THE COMPANY AND WERE LEFT WITH NO OPTION BUT TO CANCEL AND BUY FROM A REPUTSBLE COMPAINY. WE FOUND ABOUT AND PURCHASED THE WOOD WHEN WE WERE TOLD THAT THE HOT TUB WOULD BE DELIVERED BY 12TH MARCH. A DATE THAT THEY ONCE AGAIN CHANGED TO MAYBE APRIL AND WHEN CHALLENGED I WAS TOLD THAT WE SHOULD BE GRATEFUL BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE ARE HAVING TO WAIT A YEAR OR MORE. WE ARE £360 OUT OF POCKET AND I HAVE JUST SPOKEN TO THE MOST RUDE MAN WHO POINT BLANK REFUSED TO REFUND ANY OF THE COST FOR THE WOOD. WOOD THAT BILLY TOLD US THE COMPANY SHOULD HAVE PROVIDED. TO BE CLEAR WHEN WE PURCHASED THE HOT TUB WE WERE NOT TOLD WE HAD TO WAIT FOR IT TO BE IMPORTED. WE WERE NOT TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT DELIVER THE HOT TUBS. WE ARE £360 OUT OF POCKET AND WE WERE NEVER IN RECEIPT OF THE HOT TUB THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED LAST NOVEMBER AT THE LATEST. AT NO POINT WERE WE TOLD WE HAD TO WAIT FOR IT TO BE IMPORTED, UNTIL FEBRUARY THIS YEAR WHEN WE WERE TOLD IT HAD DOCKED, HENCE THE MARCH DELIVERY DATE.
YOU MAY THINK THAT DUE TO THE PANDEMIC WE SHOULD BE PATIENT BUT THIS WAS ORDERED DURING THE PANDEMIC SO THE PROMISED LATEST DELIVERY DATE (NOVEMBER 2020) WAS GIVEN IN FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE CURRENT CLIMATE.
