Excellent service received at HotSpring.
Mark provided superb customer service throughout. He recommended several options for us to choose from to suit our garden. Once the deposit was paid we were kept in the loop with every stage. Everyone arrived when they said they would and were extremely professional.
We had a needed help with water care after the tub had been delivered and Mark was on hand to help us with this. Even offering to call in to show us in person.
Highly recommend if youre looking for a hot tub or swim spa.

Endless Pools R500, HotSpring World Sevenoaks
We purchased the Endless Pool R500 last Spring and have not looked back since. Alex at HotSpring World in Sevenoaks was very supportive in helping us negotiate the various steps leading up to installation and then in clearly explaining the operation and maintenance programmes. It is funny how looking up at the stars at night or taking sneaky early morning dip can so easily become part of your regular routine. We just need Summer to arrive now!

Excellent experience
We dealt with Antonio in October, as first time hot tub buyers we were a little unsure which to buy and if we would use it. Antonio was very patient and helped us to choose our hot tub. Whilst he was away Mark provided excellent cover and kept us up to date with everything. It is now nearly 3 months since it arrived. We are more than delighted with the choice and the guidance to get us here. The delivery and set up was very smooth, the guys clearly all knew exactly what to do. Our electrician was also guided by the engineers at HotSpring World to ensure we had the correct set up prior to delivery. Excellent service every step of the way from the first phone call to the daily hot tub we now enjoy. Thank you

Endless Pools E550
We purchased an Endless Pools E550 from Hot Spring World late last year. Alex was professional and knowledgeable, clearly explaining the differences between the available models and helping us make an informed decision.
Following installation, he ensured everything was working correctly and has remained available to provide ongoing support. We are very satisfied with both the product and the service received, and would recommend Hot Spring World without hesitation.

Anil's Hot Tub
We had previously had a Hot Springs Hot Tub which lasted us over 23 years so we had no hesitation in coming back to Hot Springs for another. I did look in the market but it was soon clear that the Hot Springs tubs are of a superior quality. We love our "Beam" hot tub and all the modern features. Sarah was great in helping us to choose the one that best suited us and guiding us through the maintenance requirements. We are looking forward to another 20 years plus of usage !

We bought our Prodigy hot tub in 2007…
We bought our Prodigy hot tub in 2007 (19rs ago) and we are still using it now. We have had a couple of services to make sure everything is running as it should and only once have we had to have something replaced, all is which was done by HTA. The service we have received from Hotspring Spa, now World, has been second to none. They have always given us sound advice when needed and never tried to abuse our trust by trying to make us purchase something that is not necessary. We will continue to liaise with Hotspring whenever we need to and if, one day, we need to replace our Prodigy, which I hope won’t happen for the foreseeable future, we will purchase from Hotspring World, Ashford. Fantastic hot tub experience
The showroom staff were excellent with knowledge and first rate customer service. (Sarah in Cobham).
Lots of follow up conversations and communication answering any questions we had.
Product is top quality and we absolutely love our hot tub time.
One thing to consider is a site visit to clarify the delivery arrangements as it is hard doing this through photos and videos alone and would have saved a lot of back and forth.
Sarah was great at co ordinating everything and we wouldn’t hesitate to pick up the phone if we need anything.

Sarah was brilliant! Sarah met us on day 1 and explained the pro’s and con’s of all the different hot tubs and was pivotal to us choosing the right one for our family. Sarah came to our home to ensure what we had chosen would fit, checked our power and how it could be delivered. Sarah remained in contact throughout delivery and installation and even took time out on a Sunday to visit us at home to ensure we fully understood the maintenance requirements, which were overwhelming prior to her patient explanation and now is so simple!! We love our Hottub, many thanks for all your help.

We visited Mark Jenkins to look at spas…
We visited Mark Jenkins to look at spas I wanted a better quality spa pool than I had already. We wondered around and we weren’t pushed into buying something. I chose what I wanted and where I wanted it to go. He came around and measured and made sure they could get it in as needed to come down a passageway and needed to fit under a wooden awning we had erected for the other spa pool. Everything was done to precision and exceptionally well! I love it and no regrets spending this money! I did however have to get the boyfriend to raise the roof a few inches so I could lift the lid off by myself half way. We visited him last summer but can’t remember the date! Sorry

From beginning to end Mark was approachable, polite and delightful! All the contractors employed for the delivery of our Swim SPA were also warm and polite and reliable! We are absolutely thrilled with our Swim SPA and strongly recommend HotSpringWorld Cambridge!

John Bird has been an absolute gentleman to deal with. He personally has been so patient with me and has organised and helped with all aspects of purchasing a new spa tub. His friendly nature puts you at ease straight away and his advice and knowledge is wonderful. I can't thank him enough for helping me.
