We bought a hot tub from HotSpring World Cobham last year. Sarah and Ken have been very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, including helping with some maintenance issues I had. We're very happy - I'd thoroughly recommend them to anyone!

We visited Shane at the Knockholt showroom and agreed to purchase a Limelight Flair display model for a really good price. We had concerns about the delivery of the tub as the side access is not large enough and we were not prepared to pay additional costs for a crane to lift it over our roof. We live in a narrow road used by Vet, School and Church visitors and blocking the road with a crane was not an option. Shane doggedly set about finding a solution and was able to find one which was acceptable. The tub was delivered and installed very satisfactorily. The deal included chemicals, steps, handrail, lid and and lid hydraulics. We were very satisfied with Shane and his colleague's determination and help.

We went over to Notcutts in Norwich not to buy a hot tub but to generally browse for a fish tank.
However I started to look at the hot tubs and Maxine Green asked did we want anymore information on them, of which she provided extensive information on all products and various models that would suit our requirements. Maxine offered us the opportunity to try them of which we did the next day. This was very much appreciated in every way as we could see how they operated and the functions they had. Maxine made us feel very welcome and there was no pressure on us at any point as if there had of been we would NOT have bought one. We could not decide on the colour and this took us a couple of weeks to decide. Same again there was no pressure on us to purchase one during this stage. Upon purchase Maxine was superb working with us as I had to build the area where the hot tub was going. Even when the hot tub arrived in the warehouse there was no rush for this to be delivered for that we thank you so very much. After the hot tub was fitted and set up Maxine was on the phone and was available for us whilst we had questions and queries without brushing us off. Her after sales help was also superb and we have to say that Maxine is a superb sales person and is a credit to Hotspring Spring World. We will deal with Maxine again and if any of our friends or family want one we shall tell them to speak with Maxine and her only as she is Superb! A+++++++

Ray Wells at hot spring world has just been amazing; nothing is too much trouble and his response times have been 100%. He bent over backwards to be helpful and accommodating and has given top customer service to me and my family

I can’t speak highly enough of the service I’ve received from HotSprings World, and in particular from Ray Wells. I had a specific issue that needed careful attention, and Ray went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly, clearly, and with genuine care. What really stood out was his customer focus. He took ownshership of the issue and followed it through until everything was fully resolved. It’s rare these days to experience that level of dedication, professionalism, and personal attention. Thanks to Ray’s support, what could have been a stressful experience turned into a positive one. He’s an absolute credit to HotSprings World, and the kind of person who makes you feel valued as a customer. I would highly recommend HotSprings World, especially knowing that people like Ray are part of their team.

Visited the Cambridge show room. Mark was very attentive. His attention dropped the minute we walked out the door having placed an order for a swim spa and a grandee hot tub back in February.
The swim spa arrived with a faulty hood which had to be subsequently replaced. No chemicals were received nor any manual. Very disappointing. We eventually received chemicals after complaining and had to be walked through the initial chemical addition. The hood was eventually replaced but HTA (Hot Tubs Assist) who delivered and installed were careless and left screws in the bottom of the spa! They had to come back to check the hood was on safely. No apology received and the engineers looked really put out they had to come back! We eventually received a manual in the post which was a print out and not the original!
The hot tub arrived 2 months after the 10 week timeline which Mark had suggested for delivery. Again no chemicals but we did get a manual. We had to chase for chemicals. Less than a week after delivery and used just 3 times the front control panel stopped working. An HTA engineer came out, failed to keep me updated as promised and left. I had to ring both Mark at HotSpring World and HTA. This was a Friday and neither the left arm or the right arm knew what was happening. I eventually got an email on Monday advising the part would be installed the following Friday. I did ask for the installation to be expedited but didnt for one minute expect it would be. The engineer arrived on the Friday, and asked what was wrong with the hot tub as he didn’t know 🤦♀️ but he did have the spare part. At this point my patience had run out. Mark at Hot Spring World failed to answer his phone and I’m still waiting several hours later for a response on WhatsApp. The part has been replaced and we’re working again but I’m still waiting on contact from a customer service manager and I still have spare parts that had been delivered incorrectly waiting to be removed. The company and the lack of care and professionalism is a shambles. The CEO can expect an email as this is a high value item with low value care!

John at the Ashford showroom made the whole experience a breeze. We were given all the options available to us and a detailed run through of what each hot tub offered, really did help us narrow down our choice with so many options out there. For us John is one of best salesmen we have come across, not pushy at all, knowledgeable and on hand to answer any questions with honest feedback, a really great guy and one of the reasons we decided to purchase a hot tub from HotSprings. Delivery and setup was great as well, with the team that did it really helpful in running through how it all works! Thank you so much again!
