What can I say, just WOW. Went into the showroom at Dobbies in Milton Keynes, intending to purchase a cheaper basic hot tub, Wayne & Hot tub Harry helped me through the process and I finally bought the SX, twice what I wanted to pay, but so glad I did.
The hot tub was delivered, but I made a mistake on the electrics, so they had to return to finish it, all the installers were helpful & knowledgeable. Any time i contacted the sales guys they were so helpful.
Had my 1st dip this morning, just loved it.
This was a present to myself in my 80th year, and im looking forward to many years soaking in my tub.

We purchased a hot tub from Hot Springs and cannot recommend Sarah Matthews highly enough. She has been amazing from start to finish and ongoing. She goes above and beyond, even replying to us over the weekend to help us newbies with our hot tub. We had a few small manufacturing issues with our hot tub - cracked front panel and steps upon delivery - which Sarah has helped organise replacements of. Sarah’s customer service is amazing, had it not been for her we would not have bought our hot tub - so we can’t thank her enough!

We purchased our hot tub through Luke in Norwich, all I can say is the whole process has been superb, the delivery guys who installed it were fab, knew exactly what they were doing and what they were talking about. Luke has been an absolute gem on the end of the phone for me night or day with any concerns I have had, best thing we ever purchased!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service – Sarah is a Hot Tub Superhero!
We recently purchased a brand-new 2026 Aria hot tub from the Cobham showroom, and I have to say the experience has been nothing short of fantastic.
A huge shoutout to Sarah Matthews, who has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Buying a hot tub is one thing; figuring out all the settings, features, water chemistry, and mysterious buttons that seem to belong on a spaceship is another! Thankfully, Sarah guided us through everything with incredible patience, expertise, and a smile.
No question was too small, too silly, or too repetitive (and trust me, there were a few of those!). She was always quick to respond, exceptionally knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure we got the very best from our new Aria.
If hot tubs came with a “guardian angel” option, Sarah would be it.
The Aria itself is fantastic, but the level of customer service Sarah provided elevated the whole experience from a simple purchase to a genuinely enjoyable journey. It’s rare these days to find someone who goes so far above and beyond for their customers.
So, if you’re thinking about buying a hot tub from the Cobham showroom, do it. And if you’re lucky enough to deal with Sarah Matthews, you’re in very safe hands.
Five stars for the hot tub. Ten stars for Sarah!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new HotSpring Flair hot tub, and the entire journey from our accidental first look to delivery has been flawless.
We actually attended the Homebuilding & Renovation Show at the NEC with no intention whatsoever of buying a hot tub. However, we happened to meet Vincenzo Standardo there. Vincenzo was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. There was absolutely no high-pressure sales pitch; instead, he took the time to thoroughly explain how everything worked.
We were so impressed that we later attended the grand opening of the new HotSpring World store in Peterborough. Vincenzo was there to greet us again and invited us to have a "test dip" in the Flair model. They looked after us incredibly well, supplying drinks and chocolates for a thoroughly comfortable and relaxing experience. The tub itself was amazing—in fact, once we were in, I couldn't get my wife out!
After that careful consideration, we decided to buy the Flair. A huge selling point for us was the FreshWater IQ salt water system, which completely monitors itself for total ease of use—making it an even better fit for us than the model we originally looked at.
The sales process was excellent from start to finish, with every detail clearly explained, and the delivery team was outstanding—efficient, professional, and careful.
If you are looking for top-tier customer service without the pushy sales tactics, go see Vincenzo. We couldn't be happier with our choice!

Excellent service provided by Wayne and the team. We took delivery of our spa just a few weeks after we ordered it. Delivery on the day went smoothly although they came with the wrong lid. Not a problem This was rectified within 24hrs with minimal hassle. Would definitely use them again.

We have just purchased a hot tub from Hot Springs in the Blue Diamond garden centre in Peterborough. The salesman Jon Young was extremely helpful and made the whole process very easy. The tub was installed by 2 installation engineers on Friday as agreed and we are very pleased with the service provided.

Bought the new 2026 design Azure Premier. Just taken delivery today, installation was straight forward thanks to the two installers. When they left the hot tub was fully operational just waiting to reach temperature before using.
I must say special thanks to Jon Young who from start to finish has been brilliant. When you speak to Jon you will quickly see he is a naturally kind and considerate person, giving honest advice. Made the whole experience painless. Forecast for this weekend is 28 degrees, perfect hot tub weather.
