New 2 Seater Hot tub install
Excellent service provided by Wayne and the team. We took delivery of our spa just a few weeks after we ordered it. Delivery on the day went smoothly although they came with the wrong lid. Not a problem This was rectified within 24hrs with minimal hassle. Would definitely use them again.

Hot Springs hot tub review
We have just purchased a hot tub from Hot Springs in the Blue Diamond garden centre in Peterborough. The salesman Jon Young was extremely helpful and made the whole process very easy. The tub was installed by 2 installation engineers on Friday as agreed and we are very pleased with the service provided.

Bought the new 2026 design Azure…
Bought the new 2026 design Azure Premier. Just taken delivery today, installation was straight forward thanks to the two installers. When they left the hot tub was fully operational just waiting to reach temperature before using.
I must say special thanks to Jon Young who from start to finish has been brilliant. When you speak to Jon you will quickly see he is a naturally kind and considerate person, giving honest advice. Made the whole experience painless. Forecast for this weekend is 28 degrees, perfect hot tub weather.

Buying a hot tub
Luke Skilton who is based at hot springs in Norwich was absolutely brilliant when we came to choose our hot tub, he gave us all the information we needed to decide which one was best for us. We had a slight problem with our hot tub (not enough water)and had to call Hot tub Assist out but they couldn't come for 4 weeks but I contacted Luke at the shop and he spoke to them and they called back saying they could come next day, Luke went above and beyond to help us sort out our hot tub. I do use it for medical purpose.

Superb hot tub and superb team
Superb hot tub and superb team!
Our hot tub is better than we thought on its tech with lots of adjustments to fit all needs. It got expertly delivered and installed by a very competent fast and efficient team.
Wayne in the commercial team was amazing at supporting us all the steps of the way, answering all our questions (even stupid ones!)even popping in when we struggled the day after installation.
Can’t praise them all as everybody was top customer service oriented!thank you guys!
Now time to go back to my hot tub! :))

I bought my first hot-tube 4 years ago, and I am very happy with it.
I have salt water system. They came on site, explan me how everything is operating. For the last 4 years I don't have a single problem. Installation went very smoothly. Very professional team. Highly recommended. Well done guys.

Sarah was amazing and so helpful from start to delivery and beyond. She is very knowledgable and answered copious questions we had and organised delivery re/scheduling after building delays, nothing was too much trouble. Hot Spring service is fantastic and their aftercare has also been amazing, Sarah is always willing to help and I would definitely recommend Hot Spring Cobham to anyone.
