I am grateful to have this service-plan in that it reduces worry while increasing the likelihood of finding a decent contractor. The only drawback is dealing with contractors that intentionally take on projects they are unable to attend within 24 hrs. It feels unfair to customers.

Anytime I've had to contact HomeServe they have a plumber schedule and at my house to resolve the issue in under the 4 hour time frame. Highly recommend people sign up for an extremely affordable for peace of mind when a situation happens.

My wife & I have owned three older homes (over 50 y/o) in SW Missouri. We’ve invested in HomeServe programs (inside plumbing, outside sewer, etc) on all of them of which we’ve had to use several times. We’ve literally saved hundreds of dollars. Their customer service is awesome: courteous, knowledgeable, with clear communications and most importantly, responsive. The companies they contact with are just as competent and professional. We strongly recommend Home Serve.
