Improve by STOP taking poor people's money. We pay for this service monthly, pay for technician b4 any type of work is done and then the service request is denied. We pay $2K or over yearly, and can't get a $500. work order to go through (even if it could be a safety issue). Who is benefiting from signing up to this kind of contract. Stop stealing from the average American people and help them. I pray that others will open their eyes to the real truth of these types

It was easy to get in touch with them and schedule an appointment for someone to come out and look into my problem. The technician showed up on time and was very personable. He explained everything to me in detail. I was pleased with the service.

I have been harassed and another contractor came by that I did not approve. I have been harassed by Water Heater Contractors. One company even came to my house when I specifically stated that I did not want their services. Another scheduled an appointment without my knowledge.
