The are dishonest and do not deliver. We ordered 2 light and a bracket. All we received was the bracket and for over a month kept telling us they were tracking the other package down. I finally had to make a claim of fraud on my credit card. They were very rude on the phone. Do not buy from this company

Complete scam
Complete scam! Lights they sold did not work well to start, and completely dead in less than a year. Despite advertising a warranty, they refuse to replace them. They did not respond to a single email and the only way to get in touch was via facebook. When confronted about the warranty, they blocked me. Avoid this scammy company at all costs!
Edit: In response to the company's response. You know you are full of it. You know I am a real customer that spent hundreds on your crappy lights and I reached out within two years of purchase to try to get them replaced under your supposed warranty. You know when you refused to honor the warranty and instead offered me 10% off of buying additional lights, I said I would let everybody know my experience, and you proceeded to block me on Facebook after I left bad reviews there. I'm sure all of your "100,000 good reviews" on your website are just made up, like you would really allow a real customer to post a bad review there. You know you tried to get this review removed and I provided my full name and order number, so you know exactly who I am and that I am a real customer. Please feel free to reach out directly and make things right and I'll happily remove this review. But until then, keep lying to everybody you scammy, no good, deceitful, poor excuse for business people.

Have purchased in past street lights…
Have purchased in past street lights which work reasonably well , short days in winter only last about 3 hrs but good in summer . This time I purchased a flood light to try , the glass arrived chipped on edge which may or not affect led lights depending if water gets into bulbs. Was offered return which they would provide refund , keep light and get additional 5 percent off or get an additional light at discount . Charged light and worked well so decided to go with the option of get 5 percent refund . I have yet to receive a response from Patrick after weeks and resending request for credit promised . On top of that the received an invoice from fed ex for 133 for clearing customs and pay Canadian taxes . Fed ex was not asked to handle and home and lighting listed value and full retail value not actual value I paid which is all tied to percentage charged to handle by fed ex as well as tax purposes . So instead of a 20 dollar tax bill I’m sitting with a 133 dollar fed ex bill . I also sent this to Patrick at home and lighting 2 weeks ago saying they need to correct the invoice with fed ex . No response what so ever from them . So much for free shipping and customer service . If your lucky and get product as expected great if you have damage or other issue your out of luck
Follow up to home and lighting response
I would strongly suggest home and lighting discuss there paperwork with fed ex as whatever they think they are doing with paperwork to not have Canadian customers responsible for any taxes they are doing it wrong . I was told by fed ex to pay the invoice in full or I had to take paperwork direct to customs and pay the tax and provide them a copy of documents tax was paid before they would cancel their import charges . I did this reducing my cost for taxes down to about 30 dollars . They need to advise there shipper fed x in this case that all cost for import are to be build to the origin not destination .

When Canadian customers order, we send them all the forms filled to declare in customs since our Canadian customers must not pay any type of tax when they receive our products. With that being said, I encourage you to take a look at the emails we have sent you so you can introduce that to customs and void the charge.

Lighting problem solved
I finally got to install the lights I had purchased for our backyard; the weather not cooperating at all. We have a fenced in yard for our dogs. At night it’s difficult to see them because of the size of the yard. Problem solved! I couldn’t believe the lights actually lit up the entire backyard. I purchased the mounting brackets, but chose to mount them to the roof of our back porch angling the lights directly at the yard. I am blown away how well they work! Great lights at a great price! Thanks for the great product

Crap product and worse customer…
Crap product and worse customer service. Ordered the 14000 lumen light; doesn’t work and they have been dragging me along with trying to get a refund. It’s not 30 day money back guarantee. They charge $30-$130 for restocking if they get back to you. I’ve been trying to return the piece of junk for two weeks… Patrick is waiting for my return authorization number. A bunch of BS. Don’t buy their garbage. Business address is actually a storage facility in Utah. The return shipping address is to a third party mailing service in Michigan. I confronted “Patrick” on the phone about this and he copped an attitude and claimed they worked from home when I asked for the office location. By the way… Patrick has an obvious foreign accent. BBB doesn’t have a record of the business.

Absolutely horrible and dishonest company. Falsely advertise then try to bribe you into making a video and give them a great review to make them look like a honest company. They will try to charge you an outrageous return fee to send the items back. Avoid at all costs, these are not good people.

To be forewarned is to be forearmed.
There is right and there is wrong….no grey area. I try and support American companies but these folks are very deceptive. They advertise the light and mounting bracket both in opening page and order form. No place is it mentioned that mounting pole is not included. Like advertising a car for sale but without the tires. You have to read the FAQ to know that poles are not included. Total scam and very disappointing. I had to order the poles. So the big savings perception…not the case. If they were smart….they would have sent me the poles at no charge but it appears customer service is not their deal. I could have received the poles for free if I sent a video showing how happy I was with the purchase…hence all those glowing reviews which are all bribed. I could not in good faith do that. To be forewarned is to be forearmed.

75W Solar Street Lights
I have two 75W Solar Street Lights. Installed one at my automatic gate opener and one at my pool. The units work as advertised. They are the only Solar Lights I found that stay on all night. I am very impressed with this product.

All videos and advertising shows poles and brackets in the box with the lights. When I received them there were no poles or brackets. Sent them an email and they said they could where their might be some confusion. But poles and brackets were not included but I could purchase them. Asked for a return label and refund and they pointed out their clause in their "terms and conditions" which say I have to pay to return them and there is a $30 per item fee. Which is not in their "actual and ready available" return policy. Do not buy from this company because of their false advertising and poor customer service.

Buyer beware!
Not what I expected. The light arrived w no way to mount it. They force you to purchase a mounting bracket. And outrageous return and restocking fees. Plus the buyer pays return shipping. A total cost of $60.
Be warned!!!! I also did not like the way they continually try to upsale at every step of the order process, should have been a warning sign.
Never again!!!! Buyer beware!!!

I ordered a light from this scam…
I ordered a light from this scam company based on the reviews, photos, and videos from customers. When I placed the order i was asked if I wanted to add the mounting pole for another cost. I declined based upon the fact that all sales info shown on (photos/videos) the site included the pole mount. When I received I was shocked to find no mount, making the purchase useless and not in accordance with all of the sales literature.
I requested a return immediately upon delivery. They have informed me that, regardless of the "100% guarantee" and "no risk" money back guarantee, they now want to charge me $30 for the return. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THE NOTE/RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW BELOW IS BOGUS. MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED BY HOMEANDLIGHTING.CO. DONT BELIEVE THEIR LIES!!!!!!!

Hope you're doing well. By checking all the information you submitted to Trustpilot, I would like to let you know that unfortunately, you didn't order from us. The reality is that there are a bunch of resellers that are acting like they were us selling replicas where they steal our graphic content, videos, customers videos, photo reviews uploaded by our customers on our website and everything related to our branding.
We're constantly reporting these websites and our legal department has filed multiple lawsuits during all these years we've been in business for copyright infringement, but these resellers keep doing it anyway.
We've been dealing during the past years with:
1. Resellers stealing all our promotional content and running ads with them. We're constantly reporting them, but at the end, they continue doing it. They show all our packaging, customer testimonials and products, yet when you enter on their website the product is completely different than ours or is just a replica, people still decide to buy from them because the price is 2 or 3 times cheaper than ours.
2. Resellers manufacture replicas of our solar lights and selling them 2 or 3 times cheaper than our products. These resellers make people think the products are the same due to the design (since is a design without a patent) but what makes the products durable are the pieces inside of them which of course they are not the same as ours. That's the reason the product cost 2 or 3 times lower than ours.
We appear as the number one search on Google every time because we're the number of sellers across the United States of solar lights. We're a USA-based company that manufactures the highest quality solar lights. We provide 1-year warranty and extra 4 years since our products last over 5 years. We're the only ones that provide a such warranty because we believe in our products and the components we put inside of them.
We offer a priority service to our clients and that's the reason our customers ALWAYS come back for more of our products.
