Please don’t order from this company!!!! I wish I could put no stars…..They are scammers and liars!!!! I shouldn’t done my research before I ordered anything from this company…... I called my bank to dispute the amount. I called the BBB to make a report…...I hope they shut down this company for good…. 😡😡😡…… please people don’t order anything from this company!!! I’ll save a headache……

Before you order anything from this company do yourself one favor. Check with the Better Business Bureau. I wish I would have researched them before ordering. They have been awarded an F rating due to customer complaints and no responses to resolve issues.
I ordered 4 60watt street lights plus 4 mounting brackets. Total order $400.20. Keep in mind the lights and the brackets are different items each with their own separate product code. I received an email within a day or so of the order stating the 60watt lights were no longer available and offered to send 2 75 watt lights instead. I agreed. Lights arrived within a week but no brackets. I waited several days thinking the packages had been separated. After a few more days with no brackets I contacted the company via their live chat option. Given, this was on a Saturday so perhaps that played a role. The company’s response was since I accepted the offer of 2 75watt lights to replace the 460 watt lights that relieved the company from sending the brackets. Over an hour spent on this live chat plus getting a “supervisor “ supposedly involved yielded no further results. I was told to call on Monday when someone would be available to better assist me. I called Monday and had to leave a voicemail since no one really answers the phone at this company. I was then contacted via text message and told they would send me 2 brackets if I paid $15 shipping fee. The company explanation for this was the 75watt lights come with an included bracket so I wouldn’t be any more. I explained I purchased lights from them on a previous order and I did indeed need the 4 brackets. I was then told “if you’re looking for something for nothing you have the wrong company”. I reminded them that I had ordered and paid for the 4 brackets and that is what I want. They refuse to send the brackets or refund the money for them. The brackets are listed at $38.95 each. I then told them since they won’t resolve this issue I would like to return the lights and just get my money back. Fine they said. They sent an email with return instructions. Now they want $65 restocking fee for each light. $130 to send them back. That’s not all. If they even so much as think anything is wrong, even the box you send them in they retain the right to then determine how much if any of the refund you get.
Now go back and read the BBB complaints and see how many of those people returned defective merchandise and have gotten no refund. Stay away from this company. FAR FAR AWAY.

Absolutely the best solar light solution to light up those areas that are hard to run electricity to. Very bright and last through the night

I was given the 60 watt 6000 lumen LED floodlight for Christmas. I am not pleased. I needed a dusk to dawn bright light as bright as in all of the videos to make me feel safe in very dark neighborhood. This is not as bright as any of the videos because it starts going dim only 4 hours after it turns on and stays dim until dawn on Auto which is the setting for dusk to dawn without motion sensing. What a rip off. I talked to the company who offered no explanation, no solution. I am stuck with it. To mail it back to my relative and then for them to only get part of their money refunded because there is a $30 restocking fee would be more financial and emotional trauma. I thought made in the USA meant a company would make products I could trust. Don't count on it. It's just another marketing ploy.

I like the light I received. Having a remote to control light is a big plus. It definitely lights up an area on my property that I'm unable to bring electricity too.

I've purchased from Home and Lighting many times, having purchased 18 lights from them, 8 mounting brackets and multiple replacement batteries. Their product is exceptional and I endorse this company and their lights highly. I recently purchased their solar powered cameras and am looking forward to trying these out too.

I've installed 3 of the 5 60 watt solar LED street lights. They aren't so bright as the ad shows them to be. I ordered them for general purpose lighting which they work great for my application. I haven't had any issues with them.

Needed some lighting for my pond/ hockey rink. Found a great 3 pack deal from Homeandlighting and ordered. They were delivered to the neighbors house a few days later unfortunately. Once I got them in hand a couple days after that, they went up easily and light up the pond well. Once the ground thaws I’ll set some poles and move them a bit closer but so far so good!

Sadly, nothing but trouble from this company. From subpar customer service to faulty products, I regret giving this “American based company” a chance. I do not like supporting Amazon but with the convenience of not having to deal with ridiculous traffic and inflated fuel prices, it’s hard not to use them.

I wanted a higher quality motion detection light so I looked around the internet and found Home and Lighting. Upon receiving the lights, they only stayed on 6-8 seconds when triggered by motion. They’re supposed to stay on for 20 seconds as per the manufacturer but these seemed to be faulty. Reached out to customer service and they instructed me to complete a troubleshooting process (with proof via video) to no avail.

So here I am with a faulty product and am advised that if I want replacements I must pay for shipping (~ $40). Once I got around to swallowing my pride I paid the money. The package gets delivered to wrong people due to the company staff not entering line two into the shipping address all though they argued they did. I live in an RV park and know for certain that if the second line with rv site # is not added the mail will not arrive - this has become SOP for those of us who live here. That said, I went to both adjacent businesses that sometime receive mail in these instances but no one had the package. When I called back, I advised the rep that I gave my due diligence in physically trying to track down the package to no avail. The rep then told me he would contact UPS and open an investigation as UPS would not allow me since I was not the shipper - this entire situation had become absolutely absurd by this point.

Fast forward, no response from Home
and Lighting. A couple weeks later I was contacted by the golf course maintenance division and advised they had my package. Once I received them, the new lights had the same exact issue as the last lights. At this point, it’s not worth the mental stress and time for continued wasted efforts in trying to rectify this entire situation so if anymore energy will be used it will be filing a complaint with the BBB and/or other relevant authorities that govern business/consumer relations.

I am confident Home and Lighting will choose to not post this review for obvious reasons, therefore I will post the same review anywhere else I can in hopes that other people don’t have to deal with the same non sense that I have. It’s sad when you try to buy American and this is what you get - it’s no surprise China is winning.

Bought the solar flag light. Installed as per instructions it charged all day . It only lasts 3 hours . It's junk!!! Don't buy from this company. They do not stand behind their product. Phone calls are a waste of my time and they said I must be doing something wrong. I am not an idiot!!! Basically this product is a POS. "BEWARE"!!!!

It is not clear on their website that if you order a 60 W solar street light it does not come with a mounting hardware you have to purchase separately. Even though they say they have a 60 day moneyback guarantee it is not a full refund. I told them that I wanted to return the light for a full refund as soon as I received it. They told me there was a $30 fee to return it, again not disclosed anywhere. They told me that the mounting hardware is sold separately is in the FAQs.

Why would they bury an important fact in FAQs? Why would they not have something next to the picture of the light that says mounting hardware sold separately? Or something at checkout to draw your attention to the mounting hardware is separate this is deliberate of them, not being transparent.
Buyer beware of this company.

If you enjoy being harassed and spammed by a company, these are your guys! They will email you nonstop and never let you unsubscribe from their emails and then when you complain, they increase their emails! These are a bunch of assholes behind this company, all the more reason to believe its a scam or they wouldn't honour their product.

Try to call company to deal with the problem with the lighting. Never could get a response from them. They don't seem to back up what they sell. I went to another company. Much better good response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! BUYER BEWARE..

I ordered the light and it came quick and in good shape well packaged the only thing I would want any different is better instructions the light is high quality and easy to install I will be buying another one I will try the next brighter one to put in my entry way I like the remote so I can adjust it from the ground and don’t have to climb the ladder when I want to change the settings I will recommend it to my friends & family and I will order from home and light again

I have 16 lights on my land I am saving a lot of money. Thanks for selling me the solar lights .

These lights were awesome. 4 of these lit up my whole riding pen. The different modes on the remote make them even better. Definitely a great purchase.

**FRAUD** Worst customer service ever!!!!! American based yet it has a huge "made in China" label across the side. I received a light but it only lights barely for about an hour. I wanted my money back, but they said they would only replace it after I sent a video of it NOT working. They also said I would have to pay for shipping, warehouse fees and restocking fees. I have contacted my bank, the BBB and Utah Dept of Commerce. Hopefully someone can get them shutdown. What a shame people are so devious.

I place all 5 of the 800 44 LED Motion Sensor lights in rooms. Charge one day and the sensors work for 2 nights. I have not installed the other recent purchases yet, but I bought three 6000 Lumen motion sensor lights in 2021, and they have performed well. They pick up the motion of cats, racoons and foxes and people. I even snapped some pix of a gray fox that wandered past my window one night.
