WARIng ery disappointed

WARIng ery disappointed! Booked a wonderful trip to Euro Disney for a special birthday. Arrived to a mould ride room. The tickets was not correct and could only vist on park when booked parks. There are not very good customs service and getting back to you. Not prepend to refund money. Very misleading conartist, do not part Very your hard earn money to thus company .

Beware the selling technique of this company!

Beware the selling technique of this company. After you've booked your holiday and agreed to the amount - the sales team will transfer you to another sales person who aggressively sells you an upgrade. They add £ 180 to your bill and very little else! They will blame the supplier and question your hearing and understanding of what you paid extra for... It takes them months to resolve your query! After apologising profusely and validating your complaint in full they offer a ridiculous £ 45.00 voucher off your next holiday. Laughable!

Left my family when we needed them!!!

I used Holiday Buzz to book our holiday this year to Icmeler/Marmaris for a 10 night stay in a hotel called Ekinci Palace.
After having an awful experience at our hotel, whereby after making a complaint about the music at 2am we were met with rude and hostile owners literally shouting at us for complaining saying I should have respect for his business?? The following day we received nasty looks from the hotel staff and were laughed at by the hotel owners daughter.! (She is around 30yrs old).
Due myself and family now not feeling safe and terribly unwelcome I spoke with the Rep who told me to email my travel agent (Holiday Buzz) and they would look at a possible hotel change for us. We may have to pay a top up (we didn’t mind we just wanted out).
I did this over our WHOLE HOLIDAY.! It took Holiday buzz up to aprox 30 hours before our check out to look into this. I am still emailing trying to get an answer for why we were just left there to suffer on our family holiday.
Because we could not get a hotel change due to Holiday Buzz’s ignorance, we were moved rooms. The second room we were moved to had a broken shower and no bed for my 16 yr son to sleep in. I had to put two chairs together myself to make him one. Despite my asking the hotel for this we were ignored. We were ignored further when I asked for clean towels, and, we were even looked at with complete disgust when we shopped at the supermarket (on our self catering holiday?). The hotel was too expensive to eat at for us (asking for £30 for a rump steak meal?) hence we either ate out or brought food back.
We could not be around the pool without buying from the bar.?
Again despite my emails to holiday buzz…. We were ignored.!
We were also told by holiday buzz that our hand luggage was included in the flights when booking… it was not and I had to pay £98 at the airport to get 2 bags on the plane (one way), I then had to upgrade my flight on the way back to include this for a further £39.
We flew out on 24th June.
The contact number they provided me did not work!
The email sent at the airport regarding the hand luggage was and has still been ignored! Emailed 24th June at the airport.
I emailed again on 27th June regarding the hotel and our experiences.
I was not contacted back until 1st July (7days after my initial email, 4 days after our hotel experience).
And when I was emailed holiday buzz did not speak with myself at all, instead they batted emails between myself and the Rude hotel owner. The hotel Owner began to lie about myself and family making up false accusations with no proof. Even stating that we had been looking for a place to fight? (I mean really?). Of course I was outraged and searched the internet for recent reviews other guests had left the hotel also stating their own experiences with the rude and hostile owner. ( even the broken showers) again I emailed holiday buzz with this information. I still have not received any feedback from Holiday Buzz just silence.!

So if you do look to book with Holiday Buzz, please be aware that should the worse happen while you’re away….. you’re on your own and left to deal with it. Holiday Buzz will NOT CARE to get back to you, They will not bother looking into alternative accommodation either. You will just be given a number you CANNOT call from abroad and your emails IGNORED!

Scammed for a non-existent room upgrade?

Booking the trip was fairly easy but did we get scammed? We booked through an advert for a very reasonably priced city break but the agent told me that the accommodation at the hotel was a low-cost basic room with no amenities, such as tea/coffee facilities, TVs etc. To upgrade to a standard twin or double would cost £28 per night which I agreed to (£104). He then asked me for £208 extra. Apparently that was £28per PERSON per night. When I told him not to bother he said it was too late as he had included it and it would cost £100 to change. At that point I should have just hung up the phone, but for some stupid reason I let the booking stand.

When we got to the hotel I discovered that they don't have any low-cost budget rooms and that none of the rooms have tea/coffee facilities. However, ALL rooms do have mini bars and TVs. At best the agent made an honest mistake, or at worst, we got scammed. I know which I believe.

Upon returning to the UK I demanded a refund of the £208 for the non-existent "upgrade," but as you'd expect, they didn't want to know. Customer services actually confirmed that they had listened to the call tape and confirmed we'd been given an upgrade. Over a number of email exchanges I just could not make them understand that the hotel didn't have any basic rooms, so an "upgrade" was impossible.

I wrote to an address shown on the website and threatened legal action but it was ignored. I then got the name of one of the directors of Holiday Buzz from Company's House and wrote directly to him, again threatening legal action, but again, heard nothing.

When I started the paperwork for the court action, I decided to try and recover the money through a cashback on my credit card and, having supplied them with all the evidence, the card company upheld my claim and refunded the money. At the time of writing, Holiday Buzz are still able to appeal, but if they do and it goes against me, I shall have them in court in double-quick time.

My advice to any prospective customers is to fully research your chosen hotel before booking so you everything about it and can refute, if necessary, any claims that you need to upgrade your rooms.

Don't take a chance

Firstly, I suspect most of the good reviews on here may be written by non customers...

Mostly the experience was ok, hotel was good, transfer should have been ok, but an error was made by Buzz and the pickup didn't arrive. So we got a taxi as instructed by Bedsonline who provided the transfer, not their error, and the agentwas very professional. Return transfer was punctual and there were no issues. Asked for a refund for missing transfer, and that's where it all went wrong. It's only £25, why won't they just pay the refund, but even though I've told them mistakes happen, no hard feelings, just refund the money, no luck. I eventually threatened a bad review I still haven't received the refund. I certainly wouldn't use them again, I expected something would go wrong ever since booking. I'd not take a chance with something serious going wrong next time, I'd rather enjoy my holiday.

Don’t ever use this company have been…

Don’t ever use this company have been trying for a refund since April after they missed sold us accommodation in Poland. The hotel/hostel was very much in breach of health and safety, also no fire exits, wiring/plugs hanging off the wall, boiler next to a shower with no cover and electric on show.
Have posted on my social media but still no response from them.
